Went for early dinner on a Friday night. It wasn’t very busy but it had a good atmosphere and staff were very nice. Triple cooked soya was a bit overpowering and chewy. Good nibbles - prawn crackers, edamame and spring rolls. The varnish on the table was super sticky though - was a bit off-putting.

Horrible service, mediocre food for the price you pay the portion are tiny. Atmosphere very noise. I would not recommend it and I wouldn’t go back. It was empty on Friday night when everywhere in the area was super busy, so a clear message that my experience is not a one off but a standard of this restaurant.

Lovely welcome and attentive service. Nice atmosphere. Just my choice wasn’t for me. It was tasty but very sweet. On the top of that I have ordered coconut rice which, didn’t think too much of, it was also sweet. I will be back just not for the green chicken curry 😉

I’m a oversea student, today it’s my first time visiting this restaurant with my friend. The most terrible service but delicious meal! I am young and not that fluent in English, so the manager took advantage of me. 1. A 10% tip is automatically deducted at checkout by the system without any notice by staff or system. Most restaurants seem to ask you how much you wanna tip at last, but in this restaurant the tip percentage is already settled and has been done for you automatically. After the checkout, The manager told me if you don’t wanna tip, you should say earlier. But the system has already closed, so I was asked to go there tomorrow chatting with the general manager and negotiate whether can I get a refund and pay it again. 2. The first sentence I asked after I entered the restaurant is: Do you have a student discount? The manager said yes so we eat there. I have my student ID card on my neck all the time, but I didn’t get that discount at last. She is not sorry about it at all, and said I should told her earlier. But I already asked! The excuse is: there were so many customers asking her, she can’t remember, then I point out there were just four including my friend and me. Then she said there was only one staff there, she is busy. And I should check the bill before paying it. So the problem could be :me not familiar with the vibe, too many customers, her colleagues were not there, the system deduct that tip. But it couldn’t be her. Who can protect the right of customers? Considering the discount is just a favor, at this stage, I wanna ask for 2 things 1. A sincere apology from the manager for her bad attitude ruining my mood and promise you would not do that again to any other oversea students. 2. Could the restaurant improve your tip system? Or it’s just the manager lying, did she really add it by herself? I have no idea. You can keep the tip, it’s just 3 pounds anyway. I would probably go there every week because the good food, but I do not dare dine in there again before I’m totally familiar with the rules. I can delete this review once I see your sincere apology.

Very quiet on a Sunday afternoon which was perfect for a family catch up. The food was delicious.

Not quite traditional Thai food... The waitress was incredibly nice, but it seems the restaurant is understaffed during weekday lunch hours. It was fully booked, but there were only two waitresses and one manager. Despite being extremely busy, the staff remained polite. However, the food and waiting time were a real issue. I ordered a classic pad thai and tea while dining with friends. After 5-10 minutes, the waitress returned to inform us that they had run out of tea.(Seriously, running out of tea in London?) The food itself took over 30 minutes to arrive, and it was cold. As there was an issue with my order, the waitress had to take it back and correct it. After another 10 minutes, the food was still cold. The flavour was rather bland and oily—we even had to ask for additional seasoning. Thai food is known for its strong flavours, but what we received was just a disappointing stir-fried noodle dish. Additionally, the menu advertised a "Lunch Deal: enjoy any rice bowl or pad thai for just £13.50." However, if you order the chicken pad thai, they charge you £15 instead. It turns out the offer only applies to the classic pad thai, so do check with the staff if you'd like to take advantage of the deal.

Good food quality, had starter,main and a large beer. Fast and efficient service came out at £40 per person.

Very RUDE waitress with brown hair pony tail and wheat coloured skin shouted at us and showed an impatient face to us. We are foreigners travelling here and didn’t know the rules for restaurant, this is our bad but this waitress had no right to shout at customers who pays the service charge for their wages. She can notice us nicely instead of being very rude. This totally destroyed our mood and will never return to this restaurant. Btw, the food we ordered were really salty, nice apple juice though.

An incredibly great restaurant with something to offer for everyone. The atmosphere is very cozy and invites you to linger. The food is just great! It was a taste explosion and, above all, prepared with so much love. In addition, the prices are totally justified and a little teaser, if you are a student you can save a little by presenting your student ID.

The food was terrible. The green curry looks good but was watery with zero flavour, which is nothing like a green curry. Will not return again.

Sad the evolution of this restaurant. Very far from what it was in the past. Flavorless dishes, some even impossible to eat, small quantities, sticky table... we will not return.

We went to this branch by chance. It was a celebration for me and my wife. Food was superb baring in mind it’s a chain. Service was friendly and ok enough. Value for many good too. All in all nice evening. Don’t expect miracles but it’s decent food and place…

Worst food experience in London! First of all, tables were all sticky. Couldnt even lift my napkin from th e table. My elbows were stuck too. Food very blunt. No flavours or aromas from thailand. A blunt fried dry chicken with rice. Do not recimmend.

Really poor. All of our dishes were cold (we saw them brought out about 10 minutes prior, but the wait staff were confused as to which table they were for). The green chicken curry was very odd - an unnaturally bright green unlike any Thai green curry I've had before, with a small amount of gristly chicken, little flavour and no spice whatsoever. Even the calamari, previously a Busaba favourite, was greasy, chewy and cold. The service was slow and confused. Busaba used to be one of my favourite restaurant chains, but they've fallen a long way in recent years. Avoid.

We were exceptionally pleased with our meal. I ordered the King chili Prawns with a side of Jasmine rice. The spice and flavor levels were great.The vegetables were crispy and fresh with prawns cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the Crispy duck noodles and did nothing but rave about them while consuming every available bite. The atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable yet stylish. There is a private dining space downstairs that would be perfect for a family or work event.
