I had an exceptional dining experience at this Thai restaurant! The flavors were authentic and vibrant, with each dish beautifully presented. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced, and the Green Curry had just the right amount of spice. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were attentive and welcoming, making us feel like valued guests. The food was terrible. The green curry looks good but was watery with zero flavour, which is nothing like a green curry. Will not return again.

Sad the evolution of this restaurant. Very far from what it was in the past. Flavorless dishes, some even impossible to eat, small quantities, sticky table... we will not return.

Liza was absolutely amazing today. She cared deeply and made sure my evening was perfect. I came in with my boyfriend, and we couldn't have imagined better service from our waitress. She checked on us regularly and recommended the Asparagus Rice, which was mouthwatering! ✨✨

We went to this branch by chance. It was a celebration for me and my wife. Food was superb baring in mind it’s a chain. Service was friendly and ok enough. Value for many good too. All in all nice evening. Don’t expect miracles but it’s decent food and place…

Worst food experience in London! First of all, tables were all sticky. Couldnt even lift my napkin from th e table. My elbows were stuck too. Food very blunt. No flavours or aromas from thailand. A blunt fried dry chicken with rice. Do not recimmend.

Really poor. All of our dishes were cold (we saw them brought out about 10 minutes prior, but the wait staff were confused as to which table they were for). The green chicken curry was very odd - an unnaturally bright green unlike any Thai green curry I've had before, with a small amount of gristly chicken, little flavour and no spice whatsoever. Even the calamari, previously a Busaba favourite, was greasy, chewy and cold. The service was slow and confused. Busaba used to be one of my favourite restaurant chains, but they've fallen a long way in recent years. Avoid.

We were exceptionally pleased with our meal. I ordered the King chili Prawns with a side of Jasmine rice. The spice and flavor levels were great.The vegetables were crispy and fresh with prawns cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the Crispy duck noodles and did nothing but rave about them while consuming every available bite. The atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable yet stylish. There is a private dining space downstairs that would be perfect for a family or work event.

Writing the review cuz of the MANAGER WAS SUPER RUDE!!!!!! when someone helped us order, she suddenly said “help pass the food first”. And also when I asked her for order, she said “ORDER YOUR FOOD QUICKLY “ :) It is not the good way to do service! But Liza was really nice and friendly , always smile :) PLS learn to be a person before u become the manager

The manager here is really rude, and I am not satisfied with her service, totally no service. But Liza is very kind and smiling all the time.

Attended here for a birthday and it was an interesting setup with large square tables for 8 filling the room… Food was ordered quickly which was good after we’d waited a little while to be seated for our booking! The drinks took a while to come for people with some arriving after the food, along with the food coming at very sporadic times I tried the jungle curry which was pretty good but not really spicy and it was quite a small portion of both the sticky rice and the curry It’s a nice venue but at the price point and the service I’m not sure it’d be at the top of my list to return

It’s a chain restaurant, kind of cheap asian food, quality is 5/10 from my view and service was decent. Restaurants are big so you can find a table easy and they have big tables for groups of 6-8.
