Pret A Manger in City of London, Westminster

Excellent refreshments, you can also buy a warm pizza from the bar counter or even a warm soup. Great coffee, prompt service.

Service can sometimes be very slow in this branch of Pret. Too much focus is on preparing "coffees" I don't and have never drunk coffee in 50 years on this planet. All I want to do is to pay for my sandwich and leave asap, but i'm destined to be delayed constantly for someone who wants and somebody who prepare coffees. Pret have never solved this issue in any of their branches - might I humbly suggest introducing self service tills, btw I'm quite capable of scanning and paying for my own sandwich - they do it in supermarkets go figure hey! So basically I am queuing up to hand my sandwich to a person who scans my sandwich in then i pay for it - why do you need a person for this? I dont want a coffee, i just want to pay for my sandwich, but things never change @ Pret.

They don't have artificial sweetener- very poor if you're diabetic

It tastes good but if you're not a member then it's way too expensive. We paid €11 for a yogurt, a cocoa and a small cake.

Plenty of room but air conditioning on too high if you sit too close freezing had tuna roll and cappuccino it was OK as usual some people talking much too loud

I don't give a lower score because I can't.. My partner and I took two coffees with milk to take away.. And what a scam.. The coffee (if you can call it that) was terrible.. It tasted terrible, so much so that we had to buy milk in a supermarket to be able to drink it... And even then it was difficult for us to drink it.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Very good service. Perfect for quick breakfast, a good lunch or to work while enjoying a coffee or snack. Pret Club subscription is the best. There are so many Pret stores and each one of them is worthy.

Lots of choice, getting a bit pricy but where isn't.

Pleasant enough place, where we stopped, in the absence of other cafes in the immediate vicinity! On way to see our financial advisor, and both of us needed a refreshment first. My hot chocolate was good, as was my pot of caramel cheesecake; wife's coffee was good as was her croissant.

Very quick service, kind members of staff and the same great quality of Pret products we've come to expect. Couldn't ask for much more.

Not very busy for 1.15 pm on a Thursday, we were served pretty promptly and found seats easily.

Those ladies are so rude here! I just ordered a matcha latte and they’ve made me pay £3.45 when it was written £3.35 on their menu. I didn’t make a fuss because it was just 10p difference so I calmly spotted the fact that the it is not the same price written on the menu. The first lady seemed confused and asked to her colleague who told me: « It is £3.45 on our system, you want it or not?? » So rude, be careful there…

It's a Pret so you know what you get... This one has a decent seating area and a few tables outside.

The coffee was great and I also recommend avocado and herbs vegan tortilla.

Easily the worst Pret I have been to. Occasionally forget to make your drink, close randomly during the day, not all items available at lunch time. Going to the one in Cannon Street now even thow further away from my place of work. So much better.

Dry overpriced sandwich. Why charge so much more to eat in? You only get a seat by paying extra, no plate etc sandwich only half full with filling. Cheaper options nearby.

Well located , friendly stuff but only 1 plug which means if u need a place to work it may not be ideal. Also, tables and toilets are dirty despite the shop not being busy. I will not choose this place again to do my work.

Een mooie grote broodjes zaak. Bediening snel en goed. Keuze is groot en goed. Er zijn voldoende tafel om aan te eten. Er wordt ook veel lunches gehaalt om mee te nemen. Wc schoon en netjes en alleen toegankelijk via een code. Eten was goed en lekker.

The last resort sandwich stop when you really can’t be bothered walking a bit further. Nothing wrong with Pret but this one feels a bit anonymous and lacks character, okay sandwiches with a large seating area but there are nicer Prets further down the road!

Pret was good a few years ago, nit anymore, expensive, claims the new BLT is the best, boring sandwich stringy bacon, .dry boring sandwich, bread not even buttered. Latest brainchild napkins have been removed so you have to ask for them, if your selling food, napkins should be free to take from the counter. I used to be a big Pret fan but not anymore, there are better places now.

Muy buena calidad de comida para el precio que tiene y buena variedad de opciones para tomar y para llevar. Además cuentan con opciones veganas. Pero sobre todo destaco la atención y amabilidad del personal ya que en 2 ocasiones nos obsequiaron con un café gratis, cosa que es de agradecer.

Vasta scelta di panini e insalate contenenti buone verdure fresche. Anche macedonie e frutta fresca. Tutte cose difficilmente trovabili in altri locali a Londra. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Whenever we visit London and have to be in the St Paul's Cathedral area we visit this Pret a manger because there is a lot of space. The WiFi is good if you wish to work or relax.

Today very very disapointing, staff was taking 5 loads of refuse sacks out to "Biffo" dust cart as me and my colegues were eating our lunch. Pret customers were having to make way for the loads as they did not want to have garbbage refuse, over their clothing. Could not beleive my eyes, it was disgusting.

Great sandwiches but toilets not clean and with no soap.

Used the franchise at Heathrow Terminal 3 departures, great decor and layout with plenty of comfortable seating. Had our travel mugs with us which when we asked to be filled they gave a 50% discount so we only paid 0.98 pence for two Americano's. Amazing deal. On our return at Cafe Nero Terminal 3 arrivals we asked the same and they charged £2.70 per black coffee so a total of £5.40!!! We will never shop at Cafe Nero again and will always choose Pretty A Manger for the best deal!

Eaten in there a few time , good food at a reasonable price . Located in the village at Street , ample car parking space very close .

Is the blaring music at seven thirty in the morning really necessary?

It’s 12 degrees outside and early November. With most customers inside this branch of Pret wearing coats because the aircon/cold air is turned on and belting, it seems unbelievable when my request to a member of staff to turn the aircon off is met with a sad, powerless look and the retort “I can ask”. As if management as a rule prefer the aircon on, and so it’s a fruitless to challenge. Coat on, cold nose. Families wearing coats. Welcome to the igloo.
