Been working around for a while, every morning use to buy a strong latte and a ham sandwich, I never had a good coffee on that location , always to hot to to cold or it’s burn , also the sandwiches unsold from last day they are resale in the mornings

Staff so friendly so much better than Marchesi( the other store which supposedly provides high quality of customer service, but resulted in a huge disappointment ) in general pret is the best they should all train their staff like you guys lovely experience

It's worth coming for breakfast

Classic bar/grocery store chain, hit and run, fairly clean and well managed place, quick and courteous service

Good but slow only two staff serving behind the counter but more the other side but it was about 13.30-14-00 quite busy

Always Pret. Airports, high streets, wherever. A great place to grab a coffee and a bite.

This Pret is rarely open on time. Supposed to open at 7am. Its much quicker to go to the Pret at Bond street station.

Got a toasted sandwich and coffee , it does what it says on the tin , staff always friendly!

Often closed when should be open.

This little Pret shop has no seats inside, but a few outside in the pedestrian lane. Service is fast and cheerful and they stock most of the brand’s usual range. It’s a useful stop if you only want a take-away. There are plenty of bigger shops nearby with lots of seating.

Quiet branch so don’t have to queue often. Hit and miss on customer service depending on who serves you. Have stuffed up my coffee order (black americano - how hard is that?!?) a few times.

On the small side but well stocked, lovely staff! 😀

Good for lunch but no inside seating. Range is limited due to its size and availability isn't always great but handy if you just need something quick.
