Tend to take my coffee here because the service is faster than any other Uxbridge coffee shop. Staff are always friendly, to me, and work hard to keep the place clean.

This is one of the bigger Prets that I have been to, a former Nat West, now a sandwich shop. Other than a fairly nice building, there is nothing special about this branch - same sandwiches, same mostly lacklustre service and just across the road is another Pret with all the same failings

Riverside Way Phase 500Used this Beefeater for several years now closing. Never received my birthday meal. My son who also has a loyalty card has received 50% off because of closure I have received NOTHING. How's this for loyalty

8 Clive ParadeI understand it’s Christmas Eve and food retail staff have had a long season, but the level of customer service I experienced today was unacceptable. Dismissive (when they had prepared an incorrect drink for me) and unfriendly attitude by staff left me feeling unwelcome. A little courtesy goes a long way, even during busy times.
