It's friendly, there are outlets, and there's always plenty of seating.

The food was well presented and very fresh but the manager she was acting very rude.

The mamager was badly dressed with clothes like rags, and very rude with the customers

The lady manager was very rude and unprofessional, she was not rude only with the customers also she was rude and demanding with the staff.

The barista Raisa was so amazing, this encounter was a couple days ago. She was very jolly and helpful, she made my ice latte very quickly and it was perfect. Thank you so much Raisa for your amazing service, your huge beautiful smile made my day!

I ordered an iced black Americano, but the barista first gave me a white Americano by mistake. I asked for a remake, and they gave me another drink. When I took a sip, I noticed a slight taste of milk, and under natural daylight, the coffee looked brown instead of the usual dark color of a black Americano. I went back to ask if milk had been added by mistake, but the staff insisted that the color was due to the espresso crema. As a Head barista and coffee trainer, I can confidently say that this was not caused by espresso crema. If this drink really had no milk in it, then they need to check their coffee machine immediately because something is clearly wrong. This was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t trust this location for properly made coffee.

Ordered a matcha latte, and it was horrible . They didn’t mix it well at all. The powder clumped together in clusters, and it was completely undrinkable. Had to throw it away after the first sip. Really disappointed.

Please refill the hand wash from time to time in the toilet

Again lovely food from Pret. Not as speedy delivery as last time but it was Saturday morning when everyone fancies croissants and coffee! Very happy with the experience.

The magic of receiving Pret goodies straight to my door, all fresh!! The cappocino never apoeared- my fault. Memo to me, check order before pressing submit. The perfect flu pick me up! Might get addicted. Amazed at the speed of delivery.

The Belsize Pret, is my absolute favourite branch! Every visit is a treat, and a big part of that is thanks to Islam, the best barista!! He consistently makes the perfect coffee each time, with just the right balance of milk (milky macchiato fan). His extraordinary customer service truly stands out—he’s always friendly, attentive, and makes me feel welcome. Highly recommend this spot!

Went in for a filter coffee….no filter coffee available. Seems to be a regular occurrence here (happened more than a few times)….trying to avoid giving customers the cheapest coffee on the menu? 🤔

This is the cleanest PRET I've ever been to in London. Maybe it was because I went early on a weekend, but it was still good. the guy works here he keeps cleaning the table and organizing it. So nice and clean!

This place is fantastic very clean and good food.

The employees are great, but they do not serve filter coffee.. walked all the way from Hamsptead to figure out that they do not have this :( very disappointed

The perfect Pret! Wonderful staff who always remember their regular customers orders and greet you with a smile to start your day off right. They have to put up with such a range of difficult customers and it’s a real team effort feeling there. The way they can fly through the orders with a queue to the door is something Starbucks needs to take notes on! Keep up the excellent work guys you’re a really special team. Ps. The new cinnamon pastries have been taste tested and it’s a yummy thumbs up from your no.1 customer!

Seating area outside, presents a lovely opportunity, to watch the beauty of life, especially, when you are given a free hot drink on the house, from Carla. Carla, is truly a welcoming, polite and friendly lady, providing service with a smile. Who went above and beyond, helping me where others in the past, didn't hear or see my need, Carla is an expectional woman, which made the whole experience for me magnificent. ;-) x Her collegues, were also polite and friendly, I definitely would go back and recommend others to pop along. Very pool quality fruit that was not fresh as quite hard and crunchy.

I try to give the benefit of the doubt but haven’t had great interaction with the staff. Either dismissive or today just rude. I asked for a napkin. I’m from the us and wasn’t thinking. the long haired kid w glasses, behind the counter mocked me, responding ‘napkin’ in an American accent. Totally uncalled for and not professional.

Please stop putting mayo in everything

Limited choice of vegetarian options, tables and floor are usually quite dirty, not that great for sitting in, but decent quality of food as you’d expect from Pret.

Always a good experience with staff, efficient and remember my usual order :)

Very strange interaction with the cashier, does not say hello, ask eat in take out or coffee? Whats happening here.

I would have given this a higher rating had it not been for the shocking service! Lovely branch. I got the Pret Cooler Mango Sunrise on a hot Sunday afternoon. Very nice and refreshing in the heat. Staff were rude, lazy and unfriendly discussing how they didn't want to be at work on such a nice day and already talking about closing when closing time was a good few hours away. I get that you may not want to be stuck at work on a hot day but there is customer service. You are paid to do a job!

The staff was lovely, they ran out of plain croissant so they sent me a selection of other pastries! So nice of them!!!

Some of their staff are very unfriendly, they don't say hello, thank you or goodbye. And some people make absolutely disgusting coffees. A real shame when it is the closest prêt à manger from my work!

Freshly made and healthy food, and it is convenient for the tube. Would be good if staff would serve with a smile. It appears that the space is used for people to work when you buy something to eat and want to sit down, there is no space available as they are occupied by people with laptops

Took forever and they didn't have many items available

Service too slow. Unprofessional behaviours from memebrs of staff in front of costumers.

I had the most bizzare, rude and freaky incident at this cafe. The guests sitting before us on the table had children so naturally the table got dirty. Noone came to clean the table after we sat. When we requested, a staff woman came and took 2 seconds to clean, leaving all the messy food on the table as it was before. I very politely asked if she could clean the bit from the corner I was sitting on. I kid you not, she gave me a very angry death stare for a good 10 seconds like I had made a huge maitake by asking her to clean. She kept staring at me like that untill my friend intervened and said "it's okay, thanks, we don't want the table cleaned." She rolled her eyes, gave me one more look and left. The incident completely freaked me out.

Service is mixed and not particularly friendly. Perhaps understaffed.

It was very pleasant experience, specially the server Adil was very supporting and helping nature.

Poor services, the lady is very mean. There are other people wait for their drinks, I have no idea the drink is mine or not. Someone took mine latte and the pret lady blamed me. Weird. Is it the right attitude for customers? I meet a lot nice people here, but she lets me feel bad about this place.

The lady at the counter was to busy lecturing me on how the pret subscription worked (even though I have been using it for the past 2 months with no issue) to fully complete my transaction. Then embarrassed me by calling me up to the register again to tap my card again. Really mean for no reason

I would like to make a complaint about the woman who tried to stop me from using toilet .. so I showed my medikit card .. it says that if I need to go to toilet I should be allowed to… but still she won’t let me and said can go to other public place to use the toilet … the time was 7.15 so it wasn’t that close to closing time … I wouldnt give up till she let me in … it upset me big time … I’m very ill with bowel issues … the reason I like to go there because it has everything like drink eat and sit outside and especially toilet which is great and very useful for me as I need to go out for a walk but sadly that woman’s attitude wasn’t good …

Very poor service from the barista that works Wednesday evening. She was very rude and with attitude towards me because I asked for a splash of oat milk. I asked her that she can change me extra if that is the case instead she replied that to leave

This is just the worst pret ever. They always take FOREVER to serve drinks and it always tastes absolutely disgusting. There is always something out of stock like oat milk, skimmed milk, caramel, hazelnut and vanilla syrups, cream or all of the above. I've been here so many times as I leave nearby and I have the pret subscription so it would be perfect for me if it could just be a decent pret like all the others but at this point I just give up on this place.

Polite service however the cinnamon bakery was awful. Pret a manager have really gone down on service I’ve ordered from two separate branches ..with same issue, the quality of food isn’t as good anymore

Worst pret in London! Few days in row no ice. Waiting time about 10 minutes. Staff grumpy!

The shop has its own sorcery which cup of coffee to do first. The barista are confused to whom to give the cup. I was served later than the new comers. They almost forget my order unless I reminded them because they served the newer customers. Another lady beside me was not pleased from the disorganised system of the coffee shop.

The sandwiches now longer taste as delicioud as they used to.

Terribly understaffed - usually a queue of people out the front door with only one staff member serving whilst another barista makes drinks. 9 out of 10 times i come in here, the hot food is empty and the staff are too lazy to refill the shelves from the kitchen despite being requested to, i give up on this place. .

Just called to wait for someone, Friendly staff, easy-going atmosphere with sockets to charge phone, didn't check the price because prets are usually expensive even if still considered for food because they do it's fresh daily..

Nice place to have a coffee next to the Belsize Park station, there is always people working with the laptops so it's pretty quiet. The only bad thing was the bathroom because was out of service, I don't know if they already fix it. The staff was nice and efficient 👌🏼

Staff are always friendly regardless of how busy they are. When it is busy they always work hard to get coffees out as quickly as possible.

Given many consumers are rude, these staff members are constantly smiling and always going above and beyond. Really appreciate all staff whom work at this store.

The lady who served was so rude. She was talking yo another costumer while I was at the till waiting for her honor to finish her chat.

Dirty tables, sticky food and drink boxes. Yoghurt and soup pots filled half way only. Very rude staff who always rushes and bushes customers cutting in front of them. These third world uneducated and untrained workers don’t know that customers come first and take their frustrations out on customers. All Pret branches are bad the same way.

If I won a coffee this is perfect place and ☕ for me is number one .nice breakfast .very friendly staff 😀

The staff was extremely rude/unprofessional including the manager and said that they do not wish to know about my dietary requirements when I told them as they said “they are basically giving me gone off food for too good to go app”.

Really lovely pret - although often quite crowded the staff is always nice. If you go regularly they remember you. And even after I haven't been here for a few weeks they still recalled my order!

Already said love this place. Only criticism is during busy times (lunch time ). To many people occupieing seats while on electronic devices. Not eating ir drinking,while other customers, who are eating and drinking have no were to sit. This is not exclusive, to Pret. Maybe during busy times these people should be asked to vacant seats.
