Pret a Manger in Camden

Came to collect my too good to go order on Sunday at 17:41 to find out that the shop closed at 17:00 that day. It so not professional...

My tuna baguette is completely ruined coffee all over it

Appalling service from this branch, bullying from the manager, they were unable to make a simple cup of coffee, without asking me to leave...never again

This morning i was witnessing such situation. The customers a father and a daughter tried to use the bathroom, the both were locked with codes. They came to a male worker he tried to open one bathroom, and couldn't. So he explained the customers had to wait, as there was someone inside. I was sitting there for a long time and didn't see anyone entering that bathroom. Anyway. The poor customers had to wait around 15 mins, nobody went out. They knocked both bathrooms unisex and for people with disabilities, nobody obviously answered. Then a young lady went back to counter and asked again the other worker, a female one. she came to bathrooms, entered the code and the door opened, there were noone there, and the customers finally got access to that bathroom. I mean i would like to give a credit to those patient and polite customers and to female worker who was attentive, but the male worker was just ignorant to check one more time the code number and made people waiting for 15 minutes. Unbelievable ignorance. And it's morning only. I wouldn't want to be on the place of those two customers who had the right to use the bathroom when they needed to.

I am a regular customer and I must say whenever I am served by Nihome, I am just in awe with her customer service. She is very skilled and always makes my coffee with great efficiency and a smiley face! My favourite barista!

The service and atmosphere below average 3 stars: The manager Luna received from me and another customer complaint against loud music and she hadn’t any action. I tried to heard her explanation but the high level of music and the pressure of the queue behind me didn’t give me opportunity to understand. I didn’t argue with her to respect her busy time. I felt like I was in Hard Rock Coffee. I had been there more 15 minutes and the sound kept in the same level, even after the service to have turned to quiet. A space to sit and read for a break, Pret A Manger in Camden High Street isn’t the right space. The music was louder than usual for a coffee shop and it seems a night club or a pub. Sorry but if it continues I will give up to be Pret A Manger’s customer.

Awful and rude service. Don’t take into account people’s allergy needs, training needed on this asap. Cafe dirty inside and staff are using the same manky old cardboard cup to pour your coffee into the coffee cups, again could lead to serious cross contamination. Grim.

I asked the barista for a cappuccino, the first one the milk was boiling in the cup. I asked her to make it again. She gave me this... very bad service, and milk. Not coming back. No recommended.

They never have ice for the coolers.

Missing item without notification from restaurant and atrocious behaviour from delivery driver which was extremely discomforting

I’m regular costumer every day before going to work . No one can make my coffee better than Nouf (her name ) . Excellent is really absolutely amazing. I wish everyone to make coffee same as her 🌟🌟🌟

Tried to use there toilet. Left me standing at side, for 10 mins.. no eye contact, no inquiries as to why I’m standing there waiting. Served 15-20 ppl and just ignored me. Shocking service provided here. Won’t be using them again. No good

If you order a sandwich, please be patient. The reason is that I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich to be ready. The service is very bad.

Well, pret a manger, great staff, but £2.90 for a cup ot tea!!! A local old fashioned Cafe costs just £1.60 how do they justify this.

Great staff, very hospitable, couldn't catch the name but the women who worked today at 9am was very friendly and good at helping me with my needs.

Very rude and unwelcoming lady with glass on serving at the counter who had a face like thunder and clearly didn't want to be there took 15min to even notice I was there the snap at me for asking for a napkin to clean the sicky table don't really post reviews but being in the hospitality myself I just had too

Today at lunch I went to Mornington Crescent Pret, and the very friendly Ketki gave the free cappucino that another customer didn't want. Every time I go there, I see the staff being very welcoming, helpful, friendly, and clean. All the member of the staff are also very friendly and helpful to one another which is very pleasant to see. I recomend to anyone to have their breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners there. Xxxxx:))

I could not give this Pret a lower rating. They were closing the upstairs area, so I was going to use the bathroom before leaving - only located on that level. Then I realized I never got a receipt with the code for the toilets, so I went downstairs and they wouldn't give it to me saying that the upstairs was closed. Total madness.

J´ai découvert l´enseigne à Londres, fast food de qualité : salades fraîches bien garnies : pas trop de salades et plus d´accompagnement. Jus, salades de fruits, soupes et sandwichs pour tous les gouts J´ai apprécié bien que je ne sois pas fan de fast food.

Facilities are nice, coffee is fine. However the customer service makes this place really hard to go to anymore. Absolutely no enthusiasm during interactions. As a clear customer I waited for the lady to finish taking orders and once there was no que.. I asked her politely if she could unlock the toilet. She looked back at the screen with her face mask and gloves as if I wasn't there only to hope I'd dissappear. After a few moments, clearly fighting every urge to help the me, she then gave in without acknowledgement of my presence, walked straight passed and opened the door. Regardless I showed gratitude and thanked her. I'm not looking for 5 star service here but it amazes me how someone can't learn basic customer service skills in an industry that demands it. This isn't a one off experience I've been coming here pretty much everyday and it's rather consistent. The lack of manners and basic communication skills is the reason for the one star regardless of the quality of coffee. In this industry customer service goes a long way.

Positive: warm place with some nice sandwiches. Unfortunately, even a cup of water is given in plastic cups, which is unacceptable for a decent coffee shop in this day and age, where plastic is everywhere including in drinking water and people's blood. Also bathrooms closed for no reason an hour before closing time.

What a friendly team of staff. Warming you better than hot coffee. Ferusa is the best.

Poor customer service.Toilet facilities closed although they are happy to sell you drinks the coffee shop does not close until 7.30pm. Will not consider coming here ever again..Also not enough seating area purposely closed.

Can't go wrong for food or drink at Pret. Open at 06.30 on weekdays and doesn't close till 7pm. 7am on Saturday and 7.30am on Sunday.

Lovely Pret branch with outside & inside seating with a great view! The interior feels spacious and airy. The food choice is always superb (they’ve got all the Pret classics as well as most of the new items) and the staff are highly efficient and friendly, even on the busiest day. Would recommend this cafe to anyone!

Really sweet staff and they all seemed to be really happy and getting along, it was really cute as one of their staff had their birthday so they all sang to them which was just adorable, clean nice venue, food, well it's pret food so good? Good experience and a nice branch. Can't fault it 👍

The trick they use That all toilets are broken is unacceptable, since there is no toilet available for Their customers. They could just use a code for entering the toilets and share it only with their customers via receipt.

La je m'etale avec mon premier café du matin et mes courriels. Endroit sympa, convient aux chiens bien qu'aux familles avec une petite terrasse, ensoleillée pendant l'après-midi.

On a Sunday morning, very few places were open before 9am. I stumbled upon this branch of Pret. CARLA was so welcoming and happy to serve me. I enjoyed my breakfast and cappuccino there and will definitely visit again because of Carla.

Is ridiculous, 2 people working just. Stop to save money and luz our time in waiting. Today 22 of January 2022 at 11 am. So if you order Delivero, by ready to wait 30 -40 if you live 0,5 mile 😂😂😂😂

Good coffee. But there is no urgency to make it. The lines are absolutely huge. Often only one of the espresso machines in use while staff are pottering about, or taking orders, contributing to the bottleneck rather than addressing it.

The coffee is hot and strong. One of the better Prets. But the 'system' of writing down orders on paper is absolutely ridiculous. Time to enter the electronic age and stop losing people's orders.

Do you need a strong coffee… 🤔 Do not make the same mistake, what I did (… order a double espresso 😂🤣😂) … believe me, an espresso is more than enough 😉. … oh and you are hungry 🤔 Not a problem at all 😜 (… as you can see in the pictures. ) I am sure you can find something to stop your starvation 🤪.

Rude and disrespectful!! I’ll raise a complaint to pret head office as well. Today my husband, my baby and myself had drinks & sandwiches, we stayed outside as baby is very active. Anyway I asked barista for if they have any baby changing room, she said disabled toilet has one, since the door is locked we started waiting for it to be available again. Because there wasn’t any sign!!! Another customer dropped coffee and floor got wet. Meanwhile we were trying to keep baby away from wet floor to avoid any accidents. A women came out from office and start scolding my husband that he is blocking the way which he wasn’t and it was the corner of toilets. And with a very rude manner, she said the toilet isn’t operational. There wasn’t any sign!!! We had to change baby at the street and she was rude and disrespectful!!!

Super bad customer service! Back today in this store and the service was super orribile! Arrogant staff, and orribile customer service! The staff look like they are there only to get pay and not to give a nice experience to the customer! They never say hello or thank you when you are buying stuff and also evrey time I need to ask for a napkins when buying toast! I’m te the guy was there I never see him look like they have new staff!

Spacious place with plenty of sitting space. The baristas are nice and quick in their service. I ate most of their food selection and never had an issue with the quality.

It's was my favourite sandwich shop after casual treatments in the hospital however today i wasn't allowed to use the bathroom. I asked a lady and a man name Eric( wearing barista apron). I understand that it's a lockdown and Your toilet is closed however i also know that you could open it for some people(pregnant) who really really need it . I also was the only customer at that time. No humanity ☹Or at least you should warn customers that toilet is not allowed before they make a purchase.

Difficult to get a seat with lots of single occupancy of tables. Don't be afraid to ask someone to share their space - untypically British thing to do.

A good coffee to wake up in the morning, well located and not too expensive. The service looks really good. Great place to stock up if you are staying nearby. Not too long to wait. Very suitable to start the day. Highly recommend the mocaccino. The menu on this occasion is organic.

Stopped here for a quick coffee. I was served by a young black girl. To describe her as obnoxious would be to good.

First time in pret as I usually avoid ready made sandwiches. But actually it was pretty decent! I had a hot wrap with chicken. Service was speedy plenty of seats.

I had a salad. It was a good salad. I used the wifi and electricity port. Also adequate for my needs... ... Who reads a review for Pret? If you're a tourist it's a decent spot for health food. But, a tad pricey.
