Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

A small Pret store with fast service.

The one star is for cleanliness. Otherwise I experienced extreme rudeness from more than one member of staff. I asked to "an oat cappuccino please" When my order was spoken back to me the assistant said "One cappuccino". I corrected him 'That's oat cappuccino" He then told me I had said "One" not "Oat". I corrected him again. Only to have another assistant (who I had not been talking to) say "You said one cappuccino" . To have two people flatly tell me I don't know the words that came out of my mouth on top of the fact they I am giving them my custom is beyond rude and unprofessional. Pret is one of my usual go-tos for coffee. This branch has been wiped off my list.

The service of this team in particular is amazing. The first coffee in the morning is even better thanks to these guys.

Disappointed that they had sold out of three of the sandwiches/wraps I needed before noon. Staff very helpful though.

A Londra uno dei più grandi di Tutti i pret a manger della città ( almeno 20) ,mi sono trovato bene. Lo consiglio è per un pasto veloce un po' più salutare dei suoi concorrenti fast food. Valido anche per l’asporto. Tutti i panini sono più leggeri delle altre catene ... Grande varietà di panini e tramezzini, da provare se non ci siete mai stati. Il caffè non è niente di eccezionale.

Shocking customer service. My mother went to buy her lunch. She is foreigner and doesn’t speak a great English. She was asked if she wanted a bag and she couldn’t understand. The person serving her rolled her eyes at my mother, and repeated in the exact same way the question my mother couldn’t understand and again the consultant rolled her eyes. In the end the person behind the counter waved a bag at her and my mothe said yes. She throw everything in the bag with no manners. Very very very unpleasant especially not expected by someone working near Victoria station where there’s many tourists.

Tutti i pret a manger in cui sono stato, mi sono davvero trovato bene, è per un pasto veloce un po' più salutare dei suoi concorrenti fast food. Tutti i panini sono più leggeri delle altre catene, e non credo ci siano ingredienti fritti, non per questo comunque significa che siano meno buoni degli altri, anzi... Grande varietà di panini e tramezzini, da provare se non ci siete mai stati!

Great little Pret. Their coffees and toasted warm melted cheesy croissants add cheer to even the grimmest London weather! And the staff are charming and friendly.

I just happened to go there today (my birthday) and I was in a really nice mood, and the lovely Aline (hope I'm not mistaking the name, it's the pregnant lady) and the whole staff started singing happy birthday to me and offered me lunch!!!! I have always thought Prêt employees were very nice and friendly but today they amazed me and left me in a really nice mood for the rest of the day, and a great feeling towards the brand. Thanks so much and all the best with your baby Aline!!

A great place for meet-up's. Plenty of seating. Healthy food and drinks at reasonable prices. Right next to a mainline/underground station.

Could this be the best Pret in London?

Lovely, friendly and cheerful staff. Great coffee and good breakfast pastries.

Consistent sandwiches. Slightly overpriced. Shame there is not a full selection of sandwiches first thing in the morning. Falafel sandwiches are the yummiest.

Why do we not have these in America?!
