Pret a Manger in Hackney

Ordered several items through Uber Eats from a branch near my home (delivery time 15 minutes) and the app then decided to use this branch to deliver my items instead even though it is much further away and took much longer to arrive (54 minutes). When it did arrive the one hot item was cold. The other two items were fine although pricey. I do not know whether Uber Eats or Pret a Manger are to blame for redirecting my order to this branch but it has made me wary about ordering in future.

Embarrassingly I’m here pretty much every morning for a Green Tea FOC on a Pret subscription . It’s a great deal for me as I’m local . People working here are brilliant , place is clean and exceptionally busy . Shoutout to manageress who makes sure shelves are full , lines are kept to minimum. Only issue I have is their croissants are small and bland compared to local competition and yet priciest of all . Their pricing is also unfair to those not on subscription. Please just drop your prices by 20% to all instead of just to subscribers
