Experienced Pret porridge for the first time and can say with confidence that I WON'T be having it again. Although the texture is what I would expect from a porridge, all it tasted of was water and there was no flavour in the compote. Can't believe there are people out there that rave about their porridge!!! If you have hot water available you are better of getting a 50p pot from tesco/Sainsbury's.

This Pret has been my regular for months and it’s always clean, the staff always sweet and smiley. People come and go but it’s nice to see some regular staff ‘s faces. They recognise me and occasional gift me a little treat :) I love my Matcha’s and I always ask for it to be hot so it melts really nicely so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of my cup! Cheered me up after a long week. ❤️❤️ much love to all the staff there I come across .

Good coffee, and nice baguette but these have been shrunk in size compared to what they were.

Fast delivery - thank you to the delivery driver who perfectly followed my delivery instructions. Very impressed that the coffee arrived piping hot!

Pret have lost their personal touch that originally made them unique and a nice place to get lunch or coffee. The staff seem to rush you and have a ‘don’t care’ attitude. Food is okay but overpriced. On two occasions I’ve been served by a staff member wearing their outside hats and coats whilst serving its strange.

Just replace the entire staff team. They're awful. Concentrate on getting my coffee right instead of pretending to be Italian.

One of the baristas has been getting my orders consistently wrong for the last three weeks. I've tried to be patient as they're probably new, but this has gone on too long. Going elsewhere

Pret always hits the spot but this branch is badly managed, 90% of the time there is 5 people serving but only one person making the coffee 🤷‍♂️

Three flies were lazily circulating in the cabinet for cakes and croissants, right under the noses of staff, who obviously need lessons in basic hygiene. I left immediately.

I get my coffee every morning from this Pret A Manger. The staff is just amazing. It is amazing how good they are working together and as soon as there are few people queuing, they will all jump on the till to make sure no one is waiting for too long. They are all smiley and they give you such a an energy for the whole day. The Manager she's so lovely and smiling all the time. This Pret wouldn't be the same without this amazing team !

I basically didn't receive anything of what I actually ordered and the restaurant gave me "Similar items" that were not similar at all

They have a great variety of options, from vegan and gluten-free to meaty and cheesy. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the service is fast and efficient. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The only downside is that sometimes the shops can get very crowded. Overall, I would recommend Pret A Manger to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat.

Excellent and kind staff. I get a coffee every morning and the staff are super kind and polite, honestly no joke, the best coffee shop in town with the politeness of staff and order of delivery time. The manager is always smiling giving a strong impression, strong environment. Absolutely love it, the team in this store should be praised!

My Oder was over 45 minutes late and I got wrong items delivered. Never again.

No fault of the delivery driver but the food was 40 minutes late - I needed it to be delivered on time or as close to 11:30am for a big event with lunch at 12pm. Very frustrating when you don't have a phone number to actually speak to anyone at JustEat!? The order tracking wasn't updated for over an hour and even at 12:10pm it still said 11:30am. No way of contacting customer service on JustEat (no phone number or live chat!) so had to phone the Pret store directly who were extremely helpful. Unfortunately because of this, won't use JustEat again.

Very busy and non-performing Pret branch. They are always running out of smoothies even at 9 in the morning!

Gave me the wrong item — but delivery was punctual, and the rest of the order was fine. I guess they're busy and understaffed during this heat.

AVOID!! Music is far too loud!! Hard to even have a conversation let alone have a relaxing coffee

Breakfast was delivered very late. We had to make alternative arrangements for our meeting. Completely unacceptable.

Clean and spacious. Quick service. Reasonably healthy.

Good service, very busy and the soup was really hot and tasty. Just what I needed on a trip into London and helped me to stick to my diet.

Lots of space to work, meet people and of course the standard fare of nutritious, healthy food.

If you takeaway, cutlery should be given by default

Hot chocolate was barely warm, had been poor packaged and spilt all over food. Sausage and egg roll was cold, Saha sage and egg both over cooked. Banana cake was missing and replaced with a chocolate mouse I didn’t want.

I didn't get everything I had ordered and was sent substitutions. It's not a huge issue on this occasion but it would have been nice to have been called prior to receiving the order to make sure it was ok.

Wrong items delivered. I was really looking forward to my ham and cheese croissant, but got a cheese and ham sandwich instead. If you do not have what is ordered, please don't substitute, I would have preferred you to cancel the order.

My order was marked delivered and it hasn’t been delivered! This is unacceptable and ridiculous! I want my money back now!!

Served by an aloof and ignorant barista the time I visited. Shame, Prets are usually good for service.

Friendly staff who were very accommodating of our request to split one large iced drink between two children and gave us one if two biscuits we were purchasing for free.

What a dumpster fire. Didn’t receive what I ordered apart from a smoothie that arrived in a sorry state over half an hour late and warm…

Lunch time Saturday in Pret, Old Broad Street, City of London and thanks Lenner who was extremely helpful and friendly. He was exceptional and deserves recognition for this. Lovely food and atmosphere as always in Pret. Love Pret!

Had to go look for the driver who was static just around the corner. Then started moving away. That’s when I made a run for it. He took his backpack out horizontally, I assume that’s when my coffee spilled, and gave it to me. Very apologetic and polite. But still, my bacon and egg roll was a tad caffeinated after that.

My order was late and one of my items was wrong.

This is my go to Pret when I am in the office, for coffee, lunch, sweet snack. The staff are so lovely and friendly. I went in today for my lunch and I fancied trying the Vegan cookie, the manager went through the ingredients with me in the book they have to make sure it was the right cookie. Really lovely guy and nice that I get recognized as a regular :)

The subscription for Pret is very good but their coffee is not the best.

Thanks but not happy with the delivery today. The coffee was spilt all over the bag. I have also taken a picture and the delivery driver also took a picture. Very disappointed! Will I be getting a refund??

Pret serves nice coffee and a wide range of food I use it most days before work.

Unfortunately there was an issue getting a driver so our delivery time kept being pushed back. nearly 2 hours to receive lunch in the end. Took me ringing just eat to work out what was happening. Had to reheat our food as the restaurant did not think to make sure the food was hot when it left.

Typical Pret food so you know what you are getting. This particular branch had a much bigger range than most however.

My coffee was bad, no foam at all! Was like it came out of a vending machine!!

The paper bag with hot drink and no drink holder? Of course almost half of it spilt with the drink poking out of a bag. Would I want to buy again? NO. Order arrived late too.

When I was working more in the city this used to be my go to favourite place for coffee and lunch or just to get out and work in pret a little. The staff is always very friendly and smiley and knew straight away which coffee I always ordered. Plenty of space to sit down as well.

By magic with the Barista subscription they don't have Smoothies or Frappes. Only standard coffee, in 4 days asking for a frappe only one day "They have" the other 3 they didn't. Why advertise something that you aren't able to maintain? At least I don't think they will say "We run out of coffee" still worth it but disappointed.

Driver couldn't have provided a better service. Wrong crisps were delivered and the quality if the salad was poor (black avocado)

The coffee is decent compared to Starbucks, but the food is amazing! They have a great number of staff on shifts which makes the serving time pretty short.

Don’t buy the chicken, broccoli and brown rice soup. Contains about a teaspoon amount of chicken and no brown rice. Basically just broccoli broth. Happened to me twice now. Pure greed. Shame on you Pret for ripping off your customers!!

This morning around 10:35 like usual I went to have my coffe , in pret ! I asked the guy can please make a nice espresso and he answered very rude telling me to go somewhere to have a nice coffe ! I did say anything but was so embarrassed the front everybody! So unprofessional and arrogant!

I've given this Pret in the heart of the Bank 4 stars because it was clean, the staff were efficient and friendly and the shelves were well stocked. There was no queue and my table was cleared regularly. This isnt always the case with Pret so this branch deserves a thumbs up!

All the sandwiches are done well. The coffee is good and you can't beat the price of the filter (especially if you bring your own cup)
