Pret a Manger in Southwark

Not happy i ask for hot food to be kept in separate bag to cold & find i have a coffe in 1 bag & my hot soup in another with my fruit a smoothie cold drink & a cold yoghurt all now made warm & not very appetising .. very careless

I recently visited a cozy Pret, not far from Waterloo Station. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were friendly. It’s a great spot for a quick bite or coffee break with fresh and tasty food options. Conveniently located for commuters, I’ll visit again.

The croissant filled with almond cream is special. Warm environment, welcoming staff: friendly and helpful. I really liked it.

The most inconsistent branch in London when comes to Opening and closing times. Looks like they open and close when they feel Like it such disappointment...

Pret are obviously on economy mode and the customers are shortchanged on so many levels - deliberately avoiding napkins for takeaway - half shots of espresso, consistently understaffed and long queues. Time to support local business and NOT corporate chains - Goodbye Pret

Missing a third of my order. 4 salads bowls missing and no-one to talk my phone calls and the given email address for Just Eat has an auto-reply saying that this address is no longer in use 🙄

Lovely (even if short) experience at this Pret! My partner was desperately looking for a toilet so we asked if first we could go to the toilet, the guy (probably the barista) behind the counter told us unfortunately they didn't have but he pointed us to the next Pret with a toilet in a very professional and kind way. In fact we had our breakfast to the next Pret and it was really tasty, even there the service was great! Lovely hard-working young lady! Thank you very much! You deserve a pay rise!🔝😊

Just visited a couple of days ago I would like to say the staff and the manager Martina were amazing and helped me with the charger when I needed to charge my phone. Amazing coffee and selection of food as well.

If you are going to charge people to eat in then at least make sure you have the space to accommodate these customers who have paid more to sit in and eat. Numerous people sitting not eating anymore just using laptops. Incredibly rude condescending manager said he cannot ask them to leave and asking if people are sitting in Is a ‘government required question’ no it is not. Avoid like the plague

Look at this pret , opposite such a wonderfula nd cool building its in an awesome spot. However, they are often closed quite a lot of the day which sucks

5* Excellent Service by the staff. Store managers with the New Joiners have raised the bar of this outlet compared to their closer sister concern South Bank Center! Regular visitor with the £20 subscription! - **This review is only for the lady usually in the purple/violet T-shirt, point blank** I would like to edit my review - After experiencing what I did today, I feel I was highly mistaken (illusion) Customer service is appalling! Including the store manager's experience of handling grievances! Never have I experienced such lack of customer grievance address by the store manager. I popped into the store today to get my usual coffee via the subscription. Upon placing the order, I realized the subscription wasn't updated due to a technical error. However, by this time my coffee was ready, as soon as I informed the staff attending to me, she quickly took the coffee back & moved on to prepare other orders without bothering to let me complete what I had to say or complete the conversation. Though I wanted to get a solution to the subscription error nor was I able to let her know that I will purchase the coffee. This was highly disrespectful on the staff's part since all the other patrons in the store noticed. I raised this matter to the store manager (David)who was just toooo busy to address this matter - just wanted to say his scripted 2 sentence apology. No apologies were provided by the concerned staff (new employee - Massee) either but the store manager surely wanted me to leave the store as I was shocked by his treatment and he was more concerned about his staff not about the customer!! How can a regular customer be disrespected publicly like this! As if the subscription comes for free!! He openly told me to go further& put in a complaint! As if he already knew I wont get past Pret a Manger's customer services team!

I just need a place like this in my country. I loved the subscription, furthermore they have cheap and healthy plates for lunch

Coffee speaks for itself and the £20 a month coffee deal is absolutely brilliant, best deal I have ever been part of. I just love that you can have any drink hot cold even miso. At the weekend I have 4 drinks a day while I'm on the Jubilee Market at Covent Gardens

Went to this branch of Pret at approximately 0745 Thursday 30 January. There who were staff two staff serving behind the counter - one male and one female. There were about seven customers, not in a queue and being served in no order. The female staff finally served me, she was rude, didn't say hello, looked grumpy, barely made eye contact, did not say please or thank-you at all, did not offer a paper bag. When I asked for one, she didn't say sorry or anything, not even bye. I often go to other branches of Prets, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any of them.

First time visiting and was lovely. Came here to study and plugs work and my pastry was delightful. Bathroom is clean, stable wifi. Shoutout to Angel who was such an angel (haha) Will be back again and may make this my regular!

Called in for lunch at this very comfortable branch of Pret. Very well laid out, clean, with comfortable seating. Fast, efficient service, a very pleasant visit.

Overpriced and below average quality ... I know, let's remove one slice of a gluten free sandwich and then charge the more than a normal, gluten one... This place needs to go bust!

Like all other high street coffee shop! Overpriced and pay little to know UK tax! You may ask why did I go there? Cause nothing else is open that early as no normal cafe uses slave labour

Consistently serve one of the worst flat whites you can get in London. Only visit for convenience and speed of service.

I like it's falafel and halumi wrap and hazelnut latte. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Get sandwiches her emost days, and they are always a good standard for pre made. Always seasonal, so the selection changes often and always plenty in stock. Hot and cold breakfsat items are also pretty neat when in a rush.
