This is the worst Pret that I have ever been in, the service is abrupt and almost rude in its delivery by staff who treat customers as an inconvenience rather than a welcomed guest. This Pret is also the most expensive I have ever seen, dearer than those in Central London, filter coffee is not 99p nor the now normal £1.25 but here it's £1.60 with sandwiches twenty percent more than normal in price. Yes it is convenient for the station but the sit in area is freezing cold. Please avoid... Better places on station.

This is a good place to go and sit to catch you breath after shopping or to catch up with friends. While the cake was not my cup of tea there was plenty. The tea was a nice flavorsome. The people who were working tried very hard to please.

The most disgusting,vile and appalling eating experience we have ever had! The floor hasn't been cleaned for weeks. Children obviously eating things off the floor that could kill them. Do not go here! KFC should be appalled and ashamed at themselves! We are truly disgusted at the vile conditions this "restaurant" has. May as well pay to kill yourself and most importantly, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE ITS DANGEROUS!

After a busy day at work I thought i would treat the family to a pizza. The order went through online and said I could track our food which i did making and baking took 20 minutes and then sat in quality check for 30 minutes, finally it was on its way 10 minutes later it said my order had been delivered and still no pizza. I called the store and was told my pizza had been delivered, it really hadn’t so the lady went to call the driver who was the ringing our doorbell. I opened the Pizza boxes while the lady was still on the phone and our pizzas were luke warm at best, which i told the lady only to be told back that it will be hot as its in a hot bag.

Walked into the “restaurant “ on a sunny day and the temperature inside was so cold I couldn’t believe it. I assume they don’t want people to linger? Luckily I’d taken a jacket inside with me but I was still cold. I have a few food allergens and the information on the touchscreen ordering point clearly said ask a member of staff for guidance. That resulted in being given a paper menu with a grid to show what I could or couldn’t have. I’d have preferred some personal input but he’d disappeared. Anyhow, chose a chicken dish on rice. But so did my husband and when they appeared we didn’t know which was which. Very difficult getting assistance to tell us as the only man behind the counter was flitting around like a bee. By the time we had it sorted our food was very cold. It clearly didn’t start hot but now it was quite grim. My husbands looked much more appealing than mine as his chicken had a sauce covering it. Mine looked awful and tasted worse. I don’t know how they cook it but I’d think maybe boiled? It smelt awful :/ I don’t even know why we didn’t just hand it back and ask for a refund. The rice with a bit of sauce was ok but as I said it was cold. I’ve given this establishment two stars. It would have been one except for the fact it seemed quite clean. We will never go back there as long as we live.
