De passage par hasard on a mangé un sandwich frais et bon pour un prix correct. Le personnel est très sympa et a l’écoute. Seul bémol 1 wc sur 3 en fonction.

Disgusting. Just like the larger store further down Old Broad Street, this branch has a problem with flies in the cakes display. I will have to assume that this is a systemic problem across all branches. I just don't understand why a company of this size cannot sort out this problem.

We're longtime enthusiastic "Pret" Fans/Customers, and when we're in London, our most frequent Port-of-Call for Coffees & Snacks, over many years, is their South Kensington Outlet, which is close to where we stay. This is an extremely busy place, at times it's a struggle to get a seat, and the Toilets are not well-maintained, but there's a great atmosphere, "Pret's" range is excellent & fairly-priced, and the Staff are friendly and competent. Now, we were delighted to discover another "Pret" Outlet, in HEATHROW TERMINAL 2. What's more, it's thoughtfully designed, with a layout offering Tables & Alcoves to groups & individuals, such that people can relax, and the tasteful decor - which highlights many famous Cities, using Food Ingredients - is extremely clever too. "Pret" offers it's usual excellent range here, and the Staff are - as one expects from "Pret" - pleasant and helpful. But there's an unfortunate, and less than admirable, downside here for regular Customers of other "Pret" Outlets : PRICES are noticeably & significantly DEARER ! We didn't check everything we consumed, but we were disappointed & saddened to notice later that at the Heathrow Terminal 2 Outlet, for example, an Americano is all of 35 Pence dearer, a Cappuccino pricier by a similar amount, a Bakewell Tart 25 P above the regular Price, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie an incredible £1 dearer ! As I've said earlier, we're longtime, supportive Customers of "Pret a Manger", but can't help feeling, in light of our very recent experience @ Heathrow Terminal 2, the company is, to its discredit, crudely engaging in "Price-Gouging" at this Airport.

Poor service, not what I expect from Pret. The staff were so busy joking about behind the counter that I had to repeat my order three times. Next time, pay attention to the customer and complete the order.

J’ai découvert cette chaîne de restos à Londres en décembre 2022. Soupes chaudes prêt-à-servir, de généreux sandwichs, sans parler de la variété de salades. Une belle pause entre deux visites ou un arrêt pour déguster biscuits et gâteaux accompagnés de café ou de thé anglais naturellement. Pour un service rapide il est préférable de payer avec sa carte de crédit. La file est souvent longue à la caisse de paiement en argent comptant.

This must be the best Pret in town, setting standard for all other venues for customer service. The staff is always smiling and super nice. They know my favourites and on a hot day suggested an iced version of dirty chai - I've never been happier with a coffee. They're situated right next to my work, so I prefer going there than my own cafeteria! A++

Busy and well stocked Pret a Manger at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2. Expect lines at busy departure times for airlines, but the lines go fast. Many checkout lanes. Wide selection of food and bakery items (bakery items mostly at glass counter at checkout). Many prewrapped sandwich choices. Otherwise a typical Pret. Decent prices for an airport restaurant. Limited seating during busy times, so grab, pay, and go.

Start of the school holidays, we popped in for breakfast. Bacon and egg roll and two drinks, reasonable value, slow service due to busy numbers

5am and this place is well stocked, open and ready to serve. Fresh baguette, almond croissant, tea and water for less than £12, and served by a polite young lady. Comfy seat choice to make eating more pleasant.

Pret is a good consistent coffee shop and snack restaurant at Heathrow. Clean tables, rapid service and good drinks standards

For the category of fast food to which it belongs I found them really excellent for quality and price. Often abroad... London... Paris he frequented them especially for the wonderful soups!

I understand that it's busy (especially with the new subscription kicking in), but some members of staff seem to have an attitude that makes you feel not welcome. A smile goes a long way – I'm sure it's hard to smile when you're tired but maybe then the management could do something? Shorter shifts, more rest, better pay? I know it's easier said than done but I think it's important for Pret to up their customer service game/ after all, people who use the subscription code are still viable customers... Plus, Cafe Nero next door, no matter how busy it gets – very different customer service. You feel like they really care! And the prices are the same (if not higher at Pret)...

I love going here as the food is freshly prepared and its consistently good. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and I have never had any reason to complain.

Was really busy with people everywhere but queueing system extremely efficient with a member of staff directing people into different queues so we were served within around a minute which was pretty impressive. Nicest cup of tea I've had in a long time (Earl Grey with Soya milk) and husband said his coffee was really nice. We both had a cheese and pickle baguette which was also very good and tasted really fresh. I never usually go to Pret after a couple of bad experiences in my local branch, one with an awful sandwich and another with a rude member of staff, but I'll give them a try again as this was excellent.

Pret a Manger is a bakery cafe. Spread all across London, it's convenient if one want to grab a quick bite. Affordable food, good coffee and a good place to catch up if u r not wanting a drink

Lot of seating which was great as crowded when raining. As always food was to normal quality. Service fast and efficient.

What's not to like? Great sandwiches, tasteful paninis, scrumptios pastries, warm coffee, all served with a friendly smile. Always my 1st choice for breakfast everywhere i stay in London and Canary Wharf was no exception. Definitely recommended.

In Londen konden we op bijna elke hoek wel een Pret vinden. Het eten is lekker vers en niet te duur. Het gaat allemaal snel en de meeste zijn zo groot dat je altijd wel een zitplekje kan vinden. Wij waren er tijdens de kerstperiode en zelfs toen was er plek. Sommige waren ook met kerst open wat voor ons goed uitkwam. Zeker een goede plek als je even snel ergens wil lunchen!

You know what to expect here in the way of coffees, pastries etc but the bonus is the little seating area they have. It’s cosy and feels a little different from the general waiting area nearby. The coffee is very, very good.

Tal vez un poco de luz sobre el pollo y lleno de un montón de tomate y espinacas más baratos, pero en general lo disfruté bastante. Un zumo de manzana también era muy bueno, ya que era de una variedad turbia y sin filtrar. Una buena selección de pasteles debajo de un mostrador de vidrio parecía muy tentadora, aunque no probé ninguno en esta ocasión. El personal es amable y servicial. El único inconveniente era que los asientos eran muy limitados si quería comer, solo tres taburetes aplastados contra la ventana.

The range of healthy choices at Pret a manager is considerable and we were delighted with the sandwiches and fruit juice we chose. The service we had from one of the Pret staff at terminal 5 and gate 9 was outstanding.

We've seen dozens of Pret's on dozens of high streets but never tried one until recently. We were enroute from Paris to Inverness and had a couple of hours to kill at terminal 5 and fancied a snack. We popped into Pret and got some sandwiches plus some own brand fruit juices and crisps. I must say I was especially impressed with the sandwiches which were really fresh and well filled. My apple juice was not as expected but was definately better than expected and the kettle crisps were spot on. Overall, we were really impressed with our Pret experience and will definately go back again.

Disfrutamos de un café y queso y jamón sandwich baguette antes de volar a Bangkok. La frescura de la baguette era exquisita, como siempre lo es en esta cadena. Después de sólo un par de horas, baguettes son removidos y reemplazados por otras nuevas. El jamón tenía un mostaza deliciosa aplicado. También es estupendo que los precios no están a más de Heathrow en cualquier calle de alta muy buena relación calidad-precio.

I always try and visit pret whenever I travel. Nestled in among the unhealthy food options and post-travel bloating they are always welcome. On this occasion I had my favorite chicken and pistachio salad, a chicken and rice soup and a green juice. Just enough time to eat it before my next flight! And I don't have to worry about going home to an empty fridge!

With 6 people in our group, it was hard to find a place to please everyone. Pret a Manger was perfect for us.They had a variety of food to offer. It was delicious, and ready to eat. I shared the crab salad & the beetroot falafel I had a Coconut Yoghurt with Chia pomegranate seeds and MangoThe Mango unfortunately was not quite ripe & therefore was hard & crunchy but overall it was delicious . I am a huge fan of Pret. The coffee is good, there's a great range of pastries, sandwiches and salads. I prefer Pret to all the other chains because their product is consistently good ad the filter coffee at 99p is just the right price. Pretty much all the staff can manage an enthusiastic smile, even during the morning rush. My only quibble is the number of people who come in and turn their table (s) into an office, but I guess that happens everywhere.

He ido a varios Pret a Manger en diferentes locaciones, Oxford, Victoria Station , Heathrow Airport y otros y siempre salí contenta, no solo porque tienen una variedad de sandwiches interesantes y a buenos precios para un almuerzo o tentempié rápido sino que los empleados siempre son muy amables, te preguntan de donde sos, te comentan agradablemente de acuerdo a lo que les respondes y la verdad que siempre están de buen humor y te lo contagian. Para mi te hacen sentir bienvenida y la comida es fresca y sabrosa. Amo los sandwiches y es una opción valida tanto para comer en el local como para llevarlos ! Aparte hay ensaladas, yoghurts y diversos postres, todo bien fresco y apetecible ! Infaltable pasar por alguno de los locales !

Often head to Pret a Manger when I'm at the airport, particularly for their soups, delicious. However this morning I bought a pain au raisin, one of my favourites of the Danish family, and was very disappointed to be eating a doughy soggy piece of pastry. Danish pastries should be light and a little flaky but this one sadly missed the mark. Cappuccino was good though.

Мы завтракали этом кафе обычно, очень вкусные сэндвичи, или как их иногда называют трамедзини, много начинки, свежий хлеб, различные варианты наполнения-от креветок до сыра и мяса с зеленью. Свежая выпечка и вкусный кофе!! в ассортименте также салаты, йогурты. Пробовали местную "шаурму"- в тонкий лаваш завернута начинка из креветок, огурцов-помидорок с соусом и зеленью, очень вкусная вещь!!! Рекомендую!!!

If you want something decent/not bank breaking and quick at terminal 5 then this is probably the best you will get. Got roll, yogurt and coffee for around £7 which is not bad for an airport terminal

Comodo sedersi e mangiare in loco, ancor più comodo farsi il proprio sacchettino e pranzare nei meravigliosi parchi londinesi, insieme ai simpatici scoiattoli che gradiscono il meal biologico. Consigliatissimo per chi ha bisogno di prendere qualcosa da mangiare mentre visita la città ma non vuole ripiegare sui soliti McDonald's e Burger King o sulle improbabili imitazioni gastronomiche inglesi (vedi pseudo pizze).

Lors d'une escale à Heathrow j'ai essayé le restaurant de cette chaîne "pret à manger" situé dans le terminal 5.J'ai pris une soupe chaude et une salade composée.J'ai adoré la soupe "south indian tomato & spice" : chaude complexe épicé bonne avec beaucoup de texture et un équilibre très juste! Elle est en plus notée sans gluten. La salade était aussi délicieuse : beaucoup de fraîcheur de goût des bons morceaux avocat poulet tomate quinoa etc. J'ai été a la fois rassasié et ravi d'avoir mangé aussi bien et aussi bon! En plus bio!Je ne m'attendais pas a cela de la part d'une chaîne qu'on pourrait penser"fast food". En plus à l'étranger manger aussi bon aussi travaillé dans une chaîne m'a vraiment étonné ! Chapeau!

The wraps, salads and soups are amazingly delicious, its all handmade food and ready to eat,generally its take away however they have good sitting arrangements also

Flight was delayed a bit over 5 hours and I was roaming around Heathrow and I found this place to grab a quick bite. It was expensive and I expected that being inside an airport. The sandwich was good and the service was ok. This is a good place if you are on a rush and need to buy something quick to eat.

We have eaten at the Pret A Manger several times while visiting the city. It is so convenient when one is in a hurry on a business clock. The selections are plentiful, fresh, and mostly healthy. I selected the sparkling water and the chipotle chicken and avocado salad. The salad includes chicken, spinach, tomato, avocado, lime, lentil, corn,and beans. The chicken was very good, and I enjoyed the small dressing portion. The self service is quick!

It's a Pret, so you know exactly what you are going to get, and that's what you get. Yes, it's more expensive than making a sandwich at home in the morning, but one needs something to look forward to at lunchtime. The usual rapid service and smiley staff. Must be getting close to becoming one of the UK's top brands.

I love this grab and go concept. Food tries to be natural and with a lot of fancy ingredients. The only that I do not like a lot, is that it can get very crowded and is difficult to get an empty spot.

I always go to Pret A Manger when visiting London. The food is always fresh and served quickly. Due to the time of year, the festive food was available, I had pigs in blankets with cranberry sauce which was gorgeous and the regular "chicken pot pie". Worth a visit if you want a quick bite to eat.

La catena è molto diffusa in città, un locale quasi dietro ogni angolo e l'offerta è abbastanza vasta: insalate, panini, sushi, tramezzini, dolci. Ho assaggiato il tramezzino con il salmone e la macedonia di frutta fresca, ottimi.Considerando che i prodotti sono bio e il costo è contenuto, lo consiglio per una piacevole pausa.

I have frequented this location on numerous occasions when in London and the one point I am always impressed with is how quickly and efficiently customers are served. It can always be daunting when visiting any sandwich/coffee shop during peak times although they just have it so right here to clear the queue very quickly without impacting the customer service. London prices but I am a firm believer in you pay for what you get Great work

I've seen Pret a Manger countless times around London. They seem to be springing up all over. I had no desire to try one until a friend mentioned having eaten there and finding the food tasty and very fresh. So we tried one. We were almost shocked at how tasty the food was, and how fresh. What a great surprise to find fast food can be so good.

WITH chocolate.- They put mayo in almost ALL sandwiches (even in the "Italian" version of their "panini", with parma ham).- Only place that sometimes sells pain au raisin with lots of brown sugar on top (for no reason, it is ALREADY very sweet).- Terrible coffee, compared to shops nearby.After all these bad experiences I can definitely say: I WILL NEVER GO BACK.Disgusting, overpriced, unhealthy food.

The hot food selection of cheese and tomato on puff pastry has me coming back daily!! Nonetheless all the food I have tried at Pret a Manger has satisfied me and I have found it both fresh and delicious.

My impressions differ radically from those of the immediately preceding reviewer who is like me a Level 6 Contributor. Unlike him, however, I did not order things to take out but simply took two items from the shelf to eat at one of the few tables. I found the staff at the register exceptionally friendly. The shrimp-avocado salad and the dairyfree yogurt with coconut and candied pecans were brilliant—an ideal light lunch for a tourist. NOTE: My review pertains to the branch at Canary Wharf, but I presume this chain has similar standards everywhere.

Entramos por la calidad precio, buenos precios para lo que se encuentra en Londres, estuvimos en uno que está cerca del Monumento al Gran Incendio, estuvimos hablando con una empleada española, nos fuimos y al rato ya en el autobús, me di cuenta que me había olvidado el bolso, con toda la documentación, dinero, tarjetas, etc.... vamos todoooo, volvimos corriendo y sorpresa!!!! mi bolso los empleados lo habían guardado, y me lo dieron integro, qué más se puede pedir???? increíble el personal, un 10 por ellos.

Cadena de restaurantes que hay por todo Londres! Son económicos para comer (ya que en Londres todo más caro). Hay ensaladas, sandwiches, snacks, etc. Lo bueno es que están en muchos lugares turísticos y puedes estar comiendo con buena vista!

A chain cafe- scattered all over the place. Offers good variety of sandwhices, salads, soups and some hot dishes and desserts. The idea is everything is very fresh , and many healthy choices. The juices are nice as well. It's inexpensive and also nice to sit and eat, or take out. We ended up eating there nearly everyday, and boys even enjoyed the quinoa.

Consistent, convenient, fresh and very reasonably priced, these little gems provide an excellent option if you't looking to just gran something quick for lunch
