Outdoor seating under the trees was perfect for 32°c on a Friday afternoon and a nice cup of tea!

Staff service is absolutely amazing and fast.

Relaxing, calm atmosphere first thing in the morning (which is exactly what is needed before a long day at work).

Service is quick and its always quieter than the other Prets in the area, ideal for grabbing a coffee to go when in a rush. Limited seating upstairs. Staff are always friendly.

Staff was inhospitable and more intent on closing early than trying to serve customers trying to purchase their goods. Would not recommend.

Very small pret with badic limited selection of usual items for this store. The outside seating area is a bit rough and dirty, although it's such a nice location just opposite the guildhall. Plenty of other coffee shops around in the area. Just ok to stop by for a quick sandwich if everything else is closed already.

This is one of the worst ever pret, the coffee is really bad and tasteless. Please make standardised coffee as per other outlets. Poor quality.

Still one of my all time favourite sandwiches.  Love the Scottish smoked salmon sandwich.  Plain and simple!  A packet of crisp and a chocolate chunk cookie!  We all need a junk food day now and again.  I was having an unhealthy day having just returned from holiday.  I should have been on detox!  Service was pleasant and fast but could be friendlier.  Busy branch with the offices around, more take away but you can eat in should you wish to do so.  Let's be honest, Pret is Pret.  You know what you will get, sandwiches, salads, soups, pastries and more.  Good quick option for lunch.  Having said the above, range was very limited and it was not even late.  If you look at their website, there are so many options but there was only a quarter of the product range available in store. 

Fast service and Prets earl grey is just so lovely.

Si bien en general los Pret son parecidos entre sí, este destaca por ser amplio, cómodo y por supuesto surtido. Fuimos un día de frío y su sopa caliente fue excelente para regular nuestra temperatura y poder seguir recorriendo Londres. Parada ideal si uno viene desde el Tower o Southwark Bridge y se dirige a St. Paul's Cathedral.

Soy un gran admirador de Pret a Manger. Excepto por el hecho de que algunas opciones de comida son demasiado caras, hay muchas combinaciones que puedes probar. Todos ellos son deliciosos y hay nuevas opciones agregadas de vez en cuando. Definitivamente lo recomiendo para el almuerzo y el desayuno para llevar.

Great location and very sizeable. Food to usual good quality. Fast service and pleasant servers. Place was very clean.

I wish I could give this restaurant 5 stars because it's quaint, available, foods good and reasonably priced but the service makes up the other half of my experiences. Unfortunately when I walked through the door the Manager was telling off the employee on the till and continued while I made my selection and ensured as she walked around the tiny floor that the employee was reminded twice that they are paid to do the job. The manager is aware of the fact I was sadly disappointed and embarrassed by her conduct and that this should not be conducted at the front counter. I hope she got the message so others can enjoy the atmosphere of a quiet friendly place for a quick meal or cuppa. It can truly be 5 stars.

Convenient tea and coffee place

I started using this Pret a few weeks ago for early morning coffee good service and very friendly staff sometimes busy but dealt with smoothly

Bryan is the rudest pret staff who has ever served me. My drink was a hot coffee and I asked for an iced one. No problem. It’s easy to get them mixed up, but when I asked if he could remake my drink, he declined to do so. No idea why 🤷‍♂️

Nice little Pret, although it is only a satellite site of the bigger one in King Street, so early in the morning their selection is not that great as everything has to be transported from the other shop. Otherwise the staff are all nice, there is aseating area upstairs. It can get very busy at lunch and at lunchtime.

Its your standard neighborhood Pret

One of the best views around thanks to the first floor seating. No kitchen, so limited hot food, but decent selection of sandwiches and even a couple of soups. Friendly and helpful staff.

Quick service, tasty food, staff slightly sullen looking, lovely green tea. Could even sit outside.

Pret is the perfect place for cheap sandwiches @nd hot food/coffee and juices. With £5 you can eat n drink.

Visited about 1700h when it was nearly empty: but this is a spacious and attractive branch of Pret, and much more attractive - with many more seats - than the Cheapside branch nearby. Pleasant staff, clean property. Recommended.

Decent Pret. Only wanted a quick coffee, got what I wanted and service reasonable.

Barista had to answer the phone while serving me as it was really busy and probably staff on the phone and because I had to wait a few extra minutes I got my coffee for free to say sorry.

Fairly standard Pret. Quick service, seating is on the upper floor or outside

Very rude, went there on 5/1/17 just one min before 6 tables were outside some one was been served inside just wanted take away and this rude girl with glasses told me off and shouts we closed!!!!!!!! Very bad costumer service from pret and their display was almost full but didn t bother to serve one last faithful costumer!!!

Clean, quick service. Comfortable to spend a bit of time at whilst charging up my phone.
