Itsu in City of London, Westminster

This was a great experience. Evrything looked so good I didn’t know what to choose. Decided for an”itsu classics” and some gyozas. Wow so good. But the best the atmosphere, the place, the service oh my good we spoke a little with Erica lovely girl she guided us where to go to a roof bar get some views and shopping and gave us a mango mochi for dessert that was really good.

I absolutely love going into this branch. The staff are always so lovely and manage to get food out in a good time no matter how busy it is. Erica and the team works customer service is 1000% and I love coming in to see their friendly faces.

I’ve tried itsu before because I love it but honestly the staff in this branch is amazing. Whenever I’m in the city I’ll come back here.

Ordered three items from the kiosk for takeaway. The server give me one item. I said I ordered two more items. He then shows me How to do it with scanning but I already paid for it. So did I need the lesson? When. I picked up the chicken teriyaki, I asked if it were hot. He said yes. Get home It’s cold. No microwave so no way to eat it as it don’t want to get sick in case it’s not thoroughly cooked. My udon soup was ok. What would Be nice is to have take away sausages or containers for sauces as each meal was bland. Not impressed.

Amazing sushi! Don’t let the packaging fool you! This place has great tasting sushi and a super friendly staff! I will definitely come back for more sushi! I wish we had this chain in the US!

I don’t usually like spending this much money on a work lunch. Fresh food with an extensive selection. Self service is a pain as there are no barcodes. And they need to offer extra free soy sauce

We just left that awful place Brigadiers and came here to eat food. Thank you Itsu for the wholesome chicken, rice and dragon sushi rolls. Food was on point!

Was my first time trying this and Dan was very helpful in explaining each bowl since I couldn’t decide. Had some lovely Thai noodles thanks to him :) . There is a variety of sauces and seeds available which I appreciated

Low-end food in plastic/cardboard, cold place, the worst fast food, incomprehensible that this brand is found everywhere

Food is good. Mainly pre made, but a good option to eat healthy.

Very busy branch of Itsu, limited seating, loos are a bit rank hence the lower score. Also why serve in such small containers?

We were not aware that it was all pre-prepared. However, the prices were reasonable.

Food came in good portions worthy of the price I’d say. Many vegetarian options too. Free tap water and sauces. Big bath room and it’s clean!

A great place for takeaway Sushi

Décevant Belle déco, rapidité, sourires mais portions un peu petites et surtout un peu fades. Des saveurs asiatiques sans le charme !

The way how they presented the food on the screen where u can order looks great but then when it arrives to you looks totally different a great scam! Even my dog wouldn’t eat that soup! For the same money much better Wagamama and kokoro!by the way very kind stuff

Clean outside of the restaurant. Inside was tidy. Restaurant is well laid out. Ordering is simple self serve - quite easy to use. There wasn't much engagement with the lady behind the till and we had to ask about some of our order as we were not advised what to do. The self serve areas for utensils, etc was well stocked. tables were clean. For the Thursday evening we visited the restaurant there were no many guests.

If you work around the area, it's a quick and good meal to get. Nothing special just get food and eat and get out.

Good place for lunch or snack. But constantly increasing hot food prices, annoying that its noticable, and the portions are the same.

A good place to grab a quick bite, but only in terms of the sushi. Went there trying to get warm with a chicken noodle soup, but it barely taste like chicken, it's more of a ginger soup.

Asiatisches Essen, Preis-Leistung okay, hat geschmeckt. Fällt halt viel Müll an. Nehmen kein Bargeld! Recht freundlich.

離住的地方很近看到門口貼著廣告說有烏冬面就進去了，面感覺一般般的吧不過湯的味道不錯。除了面意外裡面還有很多三明治或者其他的食物。環境很乾淨晚上去的時候人不錯位置很多

Me encanta la bebida verde - usted compra la taza llena de las verduras y frutas y luego lo mezcla en un sencillo para usted. Voila - Salud en una taza. Sushi fresco, albóndigas, y opciones de fideos.

Healthy and tastey lunch. Really like this place for good quality fresh sushi and the range of nuts and sauces to add the extra variety. Much better than Wasabi

There is a good amount of space to sit down, reasonable prices, lots of variety in the types of Bento available. Last 30 mins of the day %50 off which is very nice touch. Free water and plastic cutlery available. Great place to stop for a break or nip out for lunch if you work nearby.

Local to my office. Always fresh. Have also used if working late - they offer 50% off food on the last 30 mins of opening which helps keep you going! (830-9pm currently)

ロンドンで多店舗展開している日本食テイクアウト（店内でも食べれます）店。ロンドン市内ではよく見かけます。ロンドンの物価を 基準にすれば、お値段お手頃、お味もまあまあという感じです。

I bought a box of sushi from the fridge and my girlfriend had a teriyaki chicken and rice and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The cafe is chilled out, clean and the staff were lovely. On the tables there are a selection of condiments all of which added loads of flavour to already flavoursome food! Would definitely come back! :)

Very clean and good spacious seating area. Most visitors take out here but we opted to sit in for a while and relax in our lunch break. The sushi was very fresh and delicious with a good selection to choose from. I also ordered a hot Miso Soup - also very good, although could've been doing with some more soy pieces. The spoons provided for the soup are idea and have a hook so they do not fall into the tub. The service at the till is very fast and professional - just what you need to keep the queues moving at lunchtime. I would recommend and return next time I am visiting our London office. I noticed there is a current offer - Free banana with each coffee. Ideal fro breakfast!
