Pret a Manger in York

No es la mejor crítica que es triste, ya que nos encanta el estilo allí - - No a menudo gimoteo, pero en este mundo actual con la gente perdiendo allí vive con intolerancias ect pensé que debía publicar esto - - No estoy culpándolos por esto, pero no les importó, que es lo que me molestó - el personal simplemente se encogió de hombros y dijo que estamos de acuerdo - Así que la historia 2 de mis niñas son comedores quisquillosos que no tienen intolerancias y sí, quizás deberían haber leído la etiqueta - ambos querían tostadas de queso simple - por lo que recogieron lo que aparentemente era queso clásico pensando que era solo queso y para ser honesto, yo también Lección 1 leer los ingredientes La imagen de abajo es lo que tenemos - le dije a la joven detrás del mostrador que pensé que era una pequeña señorita liderando y ella dijo que lo es y no somos los primeros en decir que pasa todo el tiempo ! ! Wow Wow - vamos la alta dirección seguramente deberías volver a mirar esto?

Bastante realmente sé cómo hacer comida de buena calidad en mi opinión. Los bocadillos son frescos y sabrosos. Buenas opciones para los requisitos dietéticos y un gran café. También la tienda parecía limpia y bien cuidada.

I’ve visited this outlet hundreds of times, but never again. Last visit the prices had gone up hugely and after getting the food all free tables were unclean - so we’d no option but to take away.

We bought a salad each with a small French stick. Amazingly when paying I asked for some mayonnaise for the salad and butter for the bread, whereby the sales assistant said they didn’t do mono or butter!! What kind of a restaurant doesn’t do such items fr the food they sell!! Thankfully a very kind assistant at Subway kindly obliged with a small portion of both. We’ll done Subway, shame on you Pret A Manger

Total p^#@ take. Quit literally unable to the basi a of a cup of tea. Its unbelievable that you can choose your coffee 50 diffent ways yet a cup of tea as to be an underbrewed slop of milky water.

Don’t bother. Walk across the food court for a better coffee at McDonalds. If this place wants to compete they need to up the quality of their coffee.

Dirty. Inefficient. Cold. Slow. Rude staff cold drinks. Can’t tell you how bad this place was. When I complained about the slowness of the service I was told they were short staffed! Avoid this place.

This Pret is far better than the one in York City Centre. It’s pleasant to grab a quick drink and a bite to eat if you want.

Enjoyed a latte and a hot chocolate along with a chocolate cookie. They offer a full range of sandwiches and snacks.

A nice place to stop for a hot drink and a snack. An attractive cafe with comfortable seating. A good range of hot and cold drinks, friendly service and prices what you would expect in York.

We enjoyed a hot chocolate and a coffee. Spotlessly clean. They offer cold snacks as well as some hot snacks.

Friendly service. Excellent coffee at a very reasonable price in large mugs :) just what we needed after a long shopping trip! The cafe was very clean quite a feat considering how busy it was. Recommended.

Soon after arriving at York Designer Outlet, we stopped here for coffee and pastries, all very nice. The cafe is spacious, with comfy chairs and plenty of room for a wheelchair, and the staff are friendly. We came back for lunch, enjoyed toasted sandwiches are more drinks.

We called on for hot drinks before the shops opened. We enjoyed a hot chocolate and a latte coffee great flavours.

Lunch for two when energy levels were fading. Excellent smoked salmon - really smokey - in a really tasty bread and ‘POSH PROSCIUTTO’ a toasted baguette with prosciutto, cheese and tomatoes - also very good. For those with allergy concerns, the lessons appear to be learned and there were labels everywhere. Drinks in proper mugs. If they had plates they’d get 5*. Refuelled we returned to complete our shopping!

Had lunch here when shopping in the outlet. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. A big queue but soon cleared. I had an egg and cress sandwich and my husband a toasted baguette. The food was fresh and tasty. We shared a mug of tea. Total bill £9.04. We were happy to pay for this food and one word delicious. Love that you can see how many calories in each sandwich. Friendly efficient staff we will be back.

Half shop skinny latte are perfect every time, their granola bars and lemon tarts are to die for. Nice atmosphere although some people, especially with small children, leave so much rubbish I really feel sorry for the staff. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and always smiling. Mo and Hollie dealt with me last time and they were great and deserve a pay rise!!

Very busy for breakfast.Lots of fresh foods.Large seating area which is cleared & cleaned often.No-one rushing you to move on if you want to sit & chat.

York Designer Pret is very comfortable, plenty of seating and lots of variety of sandwiches and light snacks to have.The staff are very friendly and efficient, shout out to Kate for the free coffee! lovely gesture, thank you!

Lovely ambience; comfy and not too loud. I have had their frappes, which are both delicious. I've also had their coffee; also amazing. My favourites are their hot chocolates, now, about 4/15 hot chocolates I've had there were not very sweet and too dark and watery, however the majority were amazing. I'd say it has the same price range as, say, Costa but a little less expensive than Starbucks. I hugely recommend you drink/eat there!

This is my wife's favourate coffee stop when visiting this Outlet. The food is individually prepared on the premises and the shelves are repeatedly refilled.

Good for a snack and a drink and not always as busy as the main food outlets.Seating has been improved and there is plenty of them.

We shopped a bit more and then cam back up for a caffeine fix.

This is always our first stop when we get to York for coffee and a sandwich, we love I it everything is so fresh and the staff are all so friendly and efficient, see you next time.

How can somewhere like this possibly run out of porridge when it opened half an hour ago and is virtually deserted? Shocking, normally love Pret and main reason we came here was for porridge.

My husband and I were shopping in the outlet and popped in here again for a quick bite to eat. We both had a sandwich and hot drink which as always were good, the sandwiches are freshly made and they always have a good selection to choose from.

First of all the price of the coffee here is reasonable however the food is a no go. So when you buy from here you expect it to be very good, the food is average . When I received my coffee the woman sniffed my drink about three times before actually letting me take the tray. Not impressed! Don't wish to have your nostrils near my coffee. How unprofessional !

After braving the queue at the old Ralph Lauren shop, we dropped in for a cuppa and a quick bit to eat before heading on to the next block of shops. As always the staff were pleasant, a decent variety of food and the early grey tea was better than most places can manage to serve up. Favourite coffee place in the York Outlet !

I work at the outlet and u go to pretty all the time, good choice if food, delicious wholesome food, excellent service and attention from staff. Today I had hollie serving me with purple hair, she was stella, I'd put more names from other visits but I don't remember. I just thought it was time to say we'll done guys and thanks x

The food is always fresh and tasty in here and the staff very helpful and polite. It is always busy but you can usually find a seat

Selection of sandwiches, baguettes and toasties as well as the normal coffee's. Good place to sit and recharge the batteries from all the shopping.

Our usual place to go for a refreshing drink and a quick bite to eat when we are in the York Outlet. The food variety is good and the teas and coffees are very good.

Stayed over in Leeds and had a big meal so no need for breakfast in the hotel. We dropped into McArthur Glenn to get some bargains and popped in here for a brunch. Good variety of food and it does seem to change and a reasonable range of drinks. Pricing was good in comparison to Costa and other similar places.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch today whilst shopping. We both had a sandwich and drinks which were nice and the selection was very good. There was plenty of seating and it was clean and tidy. The sfaff were friendly and helpful I'd definitely return.

We visit the Designer Outlet at Selby (South of York) regularly and drop in here for a coffee or tea. Always consistent with a good variety of sandwiches and snacks.

My convenience food favourite. I particularly love the soups! The only downside is that you have to pay extra to eat in. Other than that, I love the conscience behind the food, many other establishments could learn from them. Keep up the good work!

Whilst visiting the outlet shops we ate lunch here. Lovely variety of in the hand lunch wraps/sandwiches rolls etc. They have listened and delivered a great choice of light food for all.

Very fast service. We enjoyed a savory croissant with our early morning drinks. Great comfortable seat.

After a heavy weekend in Newcastle and a failed shopping trip (no purchases made) we headed off to the York Outlet. By the time we arrived, we needed a cup of coffee and tea and a sandwich so as always we dropped in here. The Early Grey was one of the best I have had for a long time and the sandwiches were full of ingredients. Good value and excellent service.

The choice of eateries at the Designer Centre is now very good and caters of all sorts of styles and tastes. The Pret a Manager is my favourite as is offers a quick service and comfortable surroundings.

probably the comfiest cleanest coffee place in the outlet that is reasonably priced for normal tea and coffee - great selection of cakes and sandwiches too

A great place to chill out. It is clean with plenty of comfortable seating. An excellent selection of sandwiches and wraps. The Hummus wrap is a special favourite and great for vegetarians.

If you want to grab something to eat quick then this is the place to go. Service is always really good so even when quite large queues you never seem to wait for long. What I like about Pret a manger is that they have a very good choice of salads, soup and other snacks. I try to avoid wheat and when I go to any other places always find it hard to eat but never here and I always find the salads tasty, fresh and good value for money.

A tasty, fresh-made salad or sandwich and an excellent hot Coffee makes this my favourite in the mall because it is very reasonably priced and fast moving … so there is nearly always a seat available

Chose a brown bagette with ham, tomato and salad dressing. Bread was lovely, plenty of filling, very good. Freshly made of course, makes a big difference.

Very kindly offered a free coffee as it was closing time....will definitely return just because of that and really patronise this place. Love Pret coffee.

During a recent shopping trip to the outlet we stopped here for a drink. I had a latte and a Danish pastry and my husband had a sandwich and coffee which he said was nice. It was really busy and it was a struggle to get seats but as soon as someone moved the staff were clearing tables and cleaning. I would eat here again food and drinks were nice and reasonable.

This outlet, food court, coffee stop tries hard in the market it is in, budget coffee and bites. They meet with moderate success in a very moderate marketplace, probably a little above the normal for this type of outlet. I will be back, but I know what I am getting.

The coffee is awful gritty and bitter, very dissapointing flat white. I had a salmon super food bowl, really nice, the veg crisps are back. Dissapointed to see only one type of soup on offer. My only other complaint is the pathetic plastic cutlery, please switch to proper cutlery, better for the customer and enviromemt.
