Premier Pizza & Kebab in Conwy

Ordered food received phone call to say food was at holiday camp I was staying at payed for food received phone call ten mins later saying my food was ready to be collected checked my order in the bag was wrong explained To them on phone And apparently it was my fault and they never delivered the first order even tho it was the same number for both staff aggressive towards me On phone cuz I’m Not a local person used To use theses every time I come down on holiday no more digusting service

Good ingredients, cooked well, clean kitchen, polite staff. Tasty, affordable, clean, happy !!! Would recommend and re visit!!!

Love the pizzas from here always so nice been coming here years every time I'm in towyn, the dough was a bit different this time but it was still really lovely

They put Mayo on my chicken strip wrap and I asked for a onions and salad chicken strip wrap not again I am allergy

Normally this is a nice place for food, but got a large chips and they were disgusting coukdnt eat them.like warm ups put me off now wont go back

I had crispy chicken and chips , it was disgusting the coating on the chicken is vile and I’ve never seen so much fat drip from something, chips were like card board to ,and the place looks unhygienic. do yourself a favour and go down road to the Indian or chinese I very highly rate them .

Me and my team got ourselves some pizza’s, burgers, and sides today. Everything was absolutely perfect, the meal was filling, presented well and tasted great! I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future. I honestly can’t rate this place enough, definitely the best place on the north wales coast 10/10

Just amazing! These guys work so hard and deserve recognition. A special shout out to Mr Boss Man, Tom Cruise on the tills, Raz on the pizza and Roo with the curls. The food here is consistently great and they are all so friendly. I've witnessed horrible behaviour when people order - you should be ashamed of yourself. Be kind. Food amazing and service superb.

Tried to ring for delivery and was told delivery doesn't start till 5. Was asking my neice if she would walk down to collect and whilst doing so premier hung the phone up and ended the call... Needless to say as a local I won't be using them again in the near future so they've done themselves out of plenty of money due to being rude and having a lack of customer service skills

BANGING !! No other words needed. Delivery guy was buzzing had good banter and was extra polite. 100 recommend for burgers and pizzas

I only found this place due to the chippy being closed and what a blessing that turned out to be. The sausages from here are delicious and they have amazing thick and tasty gravy. It is that good that we went every evening after the pub. The staff are super friendly, even the owner works there and chats to you. My friend had the chips and also said better than the chippy. Definitely visit this place as highly recommend!

The hols may be over but the locals and caravan owners still enjoy a kebab? Can't go to the pub then order, seems 10pm-11pm is around the usual closing time, not good if you are a late nighter in the local pubs who wants to grab something to eat on their way home?

Use this shop a lot. Nice food. However I had a delivery because the weather was bad and the driver was totally ignorant. I answered the door as fast as I could and he was still very anger. He muttered under his breath lots of nasty comments about English people in caravans. When I asked what he was on about he went off on one, saying we do not social distance and should go back across the border. I was shaken and upset. We pay 5000 in site fee s and have a right to use our vans, would he or his shop have as much trade if we were not in this village. He was not polite and I do not know if he had a bad or what but I will never order from there until he has gone. Pity as foods nice.

Well were do i start ordered yesturday and thy got are order wrong so rang back n thy made us pay 5 pound for are order even thou we had just spent 32 pound then when we got that still wrong we tried ring back wudnt answer then today rang ordered agen and spent 30 pound for them to get the order wrong agen but this time not even answering the fone to tell them so thy must have my number saved so i had newt to eat cuz thy messed the order up wont be ordering agen disgusting serves n disgusting not answering the bloody fone

We ordered here for first time 18/07/20 now we have a caravan in this area. A lovely young man met me at the camp entrance after a mix up getting into the site, He insisted carrying the delivery to our van.The food was absolutely lovely will definitely be using again.

Came to towyn in holiday and was feeling peckish so I decided to give this shop a try I was incredibly suprised withchiw high quality the food is highly recommend

Me and my "husband" arrived to towyn on holiday and looked around for somewhere to eat. We then stumbled upon this shop I ordered a large chicken kebab and he ordered a meat feast pizza. Incredible service from start to finish couldn't of asked for friendlier staff and the food was incredible. Highly recommended!!

Failed at the first hurdle. Your updating details accordingly should be an easy thing for you to correct, belatedly. We did come out of our way to visit and your being closed caused quite the problem and disappointment.

I spend a lot of time in towyn owning a van this was the best kebab in towyn.searched and tried different takeaways.

This place delivers to caravan sites which is very convenient. And up to quit a late hour not far off midnight. The food is good, prices are good. Chicken burger yummy. And garlic bread and pizzas very nice too.

This kebab shop is by far the friendliest and the tastiest kebab and pizza shop in north wales. The customer service is phenomenal and the food is out of this world. When I say the customer service is the phenomenal I mean it. They are alway smiling and are always up to listen to anything the customer has to say. All in all it’s a 10/10 and it’s a must visit if you’re in towyn

We just had pizzas and kebabs from this place again we loved always been the best place in towyn we recommend.

Went in on way back to our caravan and decided to have kebab and chips and the Wife had pie and chips..Expensive compared to what we usually pay at home and I would say the portion sizes are a good 1/3 smaller.Over all it did taste ok and was hot..Would we go here again, not sure, maybe if there was no where else open..

I got a small doner kebab and my girlfriend got a chicken cheese burger and chips. The doner kebab is very overpriced, most kebab places are £4 and you get a massive kebab whereas here you get a small one for £5 and £6 if you want it ‘large’. It was quite nice though so I won’t complain about the taste.My girlfriend was very disappointed with the chicken burger, she expected an actual piece of crunchy chicken but it was like a thin patty of chicken, she says it taste of nothing.Other than that the place it’s self was very clean and well presented, they just need to lower the prices or improve portions.

Had pizza and kebabs delivered to my caravan a few times now and always been spot on. Good food and delivery time. I like donner but my friends had chicken kebabs and they are also delicious. Will be using this place In 2019 season.

Hope they go back to 10 pound min delivery or they will lose alot of buisness. Food is always good no prob there.

As above the kebabs are so good. Especially the chicken thats done on the grill with fresh salad and a pitta or naan. Wish they done red salt fries not chippy chips though.

Normaly 5/5 ordered 2 pizza unfortunatly way below normal standard hope its a one off. Very poor this time dissapointed

Best in towyn we won’t use anywhere else. Good food and great service delivered straight to your caravan door

Called shorty after arriving at the caravan and didn't feel like cooking, had a mixed kebab and chips really friendly staff and reasonable prices, got it back to the caravan and it was delicious freshly cooked and hot will definitely call again highly recommended

Went here after few scoops with the family did not disappoint amazing chicken kebabs for myself. Donnor kebabs for other half said tasty so nice . Carnt wait for our next visit kids had a Pizza all in all good an will be returning 👌👌

We have been visiting towyn for about 9 year and we only tried this place for the first time when we stayed at Easter this year, it was fantastic, food was really nice especially the pizza, it is lovely and clean inside and they even deliver to caravan sites which is really handy, we have just returned from a three night stay in towyn and 2 out of the three nights we were there we had premiere for our tea, can't believe we have only just found this place this year as most of the take seats around here are just average, but this place is lovely

Food was 10/10 nott o spicy nott o un flavoured it was amazing!! Would highly recommend the donna kebab or the chickem kebab Great quality and quick service ☇☇☇

have prob tried everything they sell over time would recommend the chicken kebabs ,in the middle of the pubs and caravan parks so very handy for after the pub stays open late

This place is great for kebabs and pizzas. We ate here several times while staying in the area for a few days. The only downside was the chips. On 2 occasions they tasted like they had been cooked in old oil.

Really nice food, delivery is quick, also they deliver to the caravan parks which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend this take away

I have been there with my friends and we had pizza and chicken doner kebab, the food was so tasty and delicious will go there again

We've eaten 3 Hawaiian and 1 Margarita pizzas. They were delicious and the service was as fast as possible. The staff was absolutely helpful and gorgeous. We were loving it.

Horrible food and rude staff phoned up and explained the issue with the food and they was rude put the phone down.

we stopped by as it was the only place open and thought it would be just average , well we were very pleasantly surprised by the lovely piza and generour portion of nicely cooked chips, we'll be back.

Was opened over Oct break. Great prices for loads on portion. Had sausage and chips. £3.50 massive tub of chips and jumbo sausage. Great service and price.

Great place fab pizzas i normally have kebab but after seeing the wifes pizza i went back to try the following week . Kebab can be in naan bread also big plus .overall prob best around having tried others keep up good work guys having bought a caravan at golden gate expect more orders

It's a lovely pizza place. Scrumpy pizzas every time. Nice kebabs but every time we go the don't have cucumber! Got one from the shop anyway.

Nice takeaway food that is cooked fresh as ordered average takeaway prices seating outside if nice will also deliver to caravans.

This is not the best pizza place in towyn well for the pizza it's not but the Donna kebab is lovely and that's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. It always seemed busy when we passed and I thought it seems to be ok but not as good when tasted. The staff are great mind quick at serving you and very polite.

I have always had great food from this place whilst visiting. You never wait around for too long whilst it is being Cooked and the food is always piping hot when served.

This place is ok if you want fast food cooked to order.Nothing spectacular but fresh and reasonably priced.

We ordered fish and chips from here - at £4.70 each, it is so so priced really. Portion is reasonable. However, they were a bit undercooked. Eatable regardless, but it is a shame they weren't done a slight bit more as would have rated them perfect.

Love this place..always our last stop on the way home after a night out at knightleys whilst we are away camping..freindly staff quick service..

Pizza's are always great the kebabs are top notch too and they deliver to caravan sites which is beltin after a few beers when your back at the caravan

Staff are always welcoming and happy to serve you. Delivery to site has never taken more than 15 minutes any time I've order over the telephone.

Ordered a mixed kebab no sauce just salad and cheesey garlic bread for delivery. Didnt turn up had to walk down to the place to collect it.Got it back to the caravan and there was hot chilly all over it (didnt know it was called no sauce) couldnt eat it tried ringing them and the phone wasnt getting picked up.Wont be going back!!! Avoid

Good value for money really nice white fish and pizza and if you like your fish its cooked fresh every time batter is thin and crispy great atmosphere staff friendly and always polite you must go and try it for yourself excellent chips nice

We tried a couple of pizzas from here on Friday evening and loved them. The flavours were really authentic and reminded us of the ones we'd really enjoyed.

We walked here 10 min walk as reviews said how good.wot a waste of time and money margarita pizza tasted of tomato puree.chips were white no taste.staff were arguing. Didnt even get asked if we wanted salad or sauce absolutely disgusting would not recommended

I had 10inch Margherita Pizza here it was really cheap yet really nicely made, very tasty too. I didn't have to wait long at all. It seems a very popular place to eat here as it's slam bang near all the amusements, pubs, entertainment, holiday parks too. also I noticed the hygiene rating here was very good. I will be back here next year trying out more food from here. It's well worth a visit without breaking into your wallet for too much cash.

Ordered chicken burger and chips which was fine , then had a child's chicken nuggets and chips which tasted fine apart from the sauce tasted cheap, food was lovely apart from that!

Loved a visit to here in towyn,would never go to towyn without a visit here,relaxing great atmosphere,with it being within a holiday site,people come from from different areas, but the friendliness is first class,even once people came in from the sea to watch a football match,great people, great pub

i have eating in maye plase before bur never had nice food like i had in premier pizza and all my frinds they eat there.

fresh made pizza with wheat ever toppings you want they will do for you and kebabs that will keep you eating for ages or coming out of pub and walking home holding a pizza box will keep your hands warm on cold nights
