Had the best service and freshly made kebabs from this place highly recomended , me and family went there saturday tea time and they were very busy and still had the best kebabs. Very clean you can see the kicthen

Just had a delivery from bay grill in Llandudno junction and it was the nicest takeaway I have had for a long time Lamb shish kebab and the lamb was cooked to perfection, so tasty and tender, salad nice and fresh and a edible pitta which wasn't rock hard. Crispy chicken strips were really tasty too Quick delivery , will definably be ordering again.

Ordered delivery service 3 burgers and a portion of chips and a drink. Ordered at 11:03 pm was told it would be 45mins. Phoned at 12:01 to see how long it would be but no answer closed at 12am. Lucky I was paying cash on delivery so not out of pocket just hungry

Well 10 out of 10 for baygrill yet again tonight :) ordered 2 of the triple cheeseburgers and chips.. very filling and delicious...definitely worth the money. Fast service and hot food. What more could you want. Will be ordering again soon x

I eat here all the time, it’s the best pizza kebab by far that I’ve eaten, staff are great, really friendly and 2nd to non. I’m not a pizza lover but this is the only place I’ll eat a pizza. Very highly recommended. 5 star

Never disappointed with the amazing friendly staff here! Super quick delivery time as well as Collection times. If I mistake is made (rarely ever) quickly fixed with a phone call. Ozzy makes the best pizzas 100%. So many different options of food to choose from and I’m never left unsatisfied with the food. Great portions for great prices.

Tonight I had the mushroom double cheese burger with salad and jalapeño, it was amazing! Best burgers around the area. To be fair all the food from here is spot on never a fault with any order I’ve ever had.

I am a regular with this restaurant, I absolutely love the pizzas, and the fact they are square fitting the whole box making more for you money, so tasty, the team in here are great and make every sale personal, each time I call they know it's me! Regularly order from Bay Grill ii as we are always satisfied with the delicious food. On this occasion there was an error with the online order which meant the pizza I ordered didn't include some of the toppings, however on calling the takeaway, the staff were very helpful and provided me with another pizza in its place at no extra cost. Great food and customer service is excellent.

Customer service is disgusting. Will not be returning. Such a shame. Went there at 11.50pm but wouldn't serve us. They close at 12.30!

Almost a year since my last review and what can I say, they're still living up to the standards they've set themselves over the years I've ordered from them, you spend just around £10 for a solid meal.I ordered a pepperoni/onion pizza with special burger/chips and chicken burger/chips, asked for half of the pizza with no cheese and half with cheese and they accommodated to this request, also asked for garlic mayo on chips and no tomatoes on special burger, everything that was asked for was listened to.Great job as always guys, keep it up! The food is as wonderful as it always has been. A+

Been going to them for years lived in junction so went to them all the time now that iv moved I get them to deliver no complaints from me food always nice

This place is an absolute waste of time. I used to love it here but it’s gone down hill so much over the last couple of years. Couple of weeks ago we ordered at opening time 4pm thinking we will have it soon & in time for kids tea. Told an hour wait which was fine. An hour and a half went by, I phoned to question where food was. I was told “Please don’t phone, we are top top busy! Driver is 2 minutes away”. Another hour went by before food arrived, 2 and a half hours in total! They just lie to you constantly! £5 delivery charged in top! Pizza was stone cold and half the order was wrong. Please don’t waste your money here. Never again!

Overpriced, cold, paid for delivery was told an hour which was ok but 2 hours wait!! And it’s not only this once it happens on ever occasion

was in the area in February for a month, went in there 3 times, 1st we had burger and chips, 2nd was a donor kebab and the 3rd was a big square pizza, and all was good quality and taste was brilliant, service was very good, the guy gave my 2 year old a free carton of juice to keep her happy, Thank you, was hoping to go again this week but due to local lock downs we had to leave the area as dont live in the county, keep up the good work guys,

Ordered a takeaway from here with my husband paid by card on the app came to my door asking for more money, the money extra trying to charge for things what was included in what we had picked within a meal deal to share amongst ourselves this includes cheese on top of chips in a meal deal box, and a salad we asked to be separated from a kebab if was possible, they did deliver on doing so but delivery driver turned up at my door asking for more money to which I didnt have as I didnt get paid till the next day it was our treat night and made me feel humiliated as had used my card with what I had left on my last meal before payday. We are regular customers have been for years but after this it may not seem alot of money to some people but it's the principal of charging without asking me if it was ok for me to pay extra once delivery had arrived.awful experience

Ordered from junction instead of Llandudno as their website was down.Food is absolutely lovely but I can’t eat my food plain I was meant to receive a pot of bbq with the chicken strips. It’s important that you remember sauces as it can let the food down, thanks.

The lamb shish was tough couldn't chew it , chips were cold and chewy , onion rings cold all in all pretty awful meal !!!

I work locally and nothing is too much trouble for these guys! I ring them or catch them. In my shop to order and they have it ready super quick, cash or card and the food is amazing! Best kebab shop around! I don't live local but I pick up here before going home its that good!!

Greatest place in Llandudno Junction, if you're an individual who's wanting a takeout at a minimalist price but also want high quality food, This is the place to go.Have been a customer for various years now, the only faults I've had with the food are with issues over the phone (which is a rarity with someone new they've employed over the phone to answer orders) or in an error on their website, overall, you can get a fantastic deal for your money for around £10 for one person, even with this price range, you'll still have leftovers of which you can heat up and enjoy the next day at the same quality.Amazing dealing with you guys, they've maintained this quality for years and have not downgraded in any way. 10/10 Greatest place to order from in Llandudno Junction, if not the area they deliver. Ordered food for a delivery best takeaway I’ve had!! Food was fresh and hot. The man that delivered the food was so polite and chatty!! Left the food on the door step and kept his 2m distance. He asked me before leaving the food what I wanted him to do pass me the food or leave the food and stand back I really appreciate him for doing this as we are fighting this corona virus together!! When i phoned, before i even said a word. Someone Extremely Rude answered the Phone.As i was calling to Complain as my Pizza was Feeezing Cold, but looked over Cooked.was told well its very Windy outside and i Live in Llandudno and ordered from Junction.was told if i havent touched it, they will come and pick it up and refund me.Never going to Order from Here again and will Male sure None of my Friends or Family Do Either!!!!

Terrible customer service. Had to order online as they wouldn't accept card transaction over the phone. Ordering online was a complete nightmare. Order kept timing out and making me start over again. Should not give you a limited time to place an order! Food arrived 20 minutes late and is cold. Would have probably been alot more enjoyable if food was warm. Hence the 1 star. Also charged us an extra £1 delivery to what the said it would cost online. Will definitely not be ordering any food from here again!

I recently moved to area and been there few times loved the place very clean and very friendly staff best kebab shop ever.

Ordered delivery well in pressed. Told 45 minutes food got to me in 25. Piping hot, fresh and bloody good value for money. My kids say wow to the pizza.

We phoned to see where the pizza is and they told us they forgot about it.They then said it would be with us in 10 minutes - still no sign 20 minutes later.We called back again and asked what was going on and the owner was rude and unhelpful. When we said we should be offered some sort out discount we were shut down and told “it’s not my problem”. Poor customer service and general manners.

Always nice food, fresh, cooked to perfection, But when you order over the phone the old bloke lets the place down !!! You always have to repeat urself and he can be quite rude! Quite a few times things ate missed maybe because of the old man?? But you cant fault the food tbf!!!

Food turned up uncooked!! Dough was still raw!! Not complete order rang twice to complain and the lady on the phone said apparently “she hasn’t had her complete order” I proceeded to tell them they have lost a regular local customer !! Won’t be going there ever again pizza curled up in corner of box as driver has obviously stopped suddenly so was all in corner this pic is after trying to straighten it out

Prices are ridiculous, £9.25 for a 10” meat feast!? 2 10” pizzas for £16, could get 3 or 4 from different place.

My friend suggested we use this takeaway as it came highly recommended, however the gentleman who took our order was very rude and almost grunted down the phone at us, when we told him our address he shouted another street name down the phone to us as he had never heard of our street, we were told it would be about 40 minutes, which was acceptable even for a Monday. However when the gentleman who took or order phoned us 40 minutes later he shouted down the phone at me telling me how he had been trying to phoned us more than 5 times and couldn't get through, his is not true as we had not received a single call from this takeaway except for the one we answered, he then rudely shouted at me telling me to "answer my phone next time" he had absolutely no customer service skills and I think he should be trained on how to interact with people on the phone, I'm horrified this lovely takeaway could allow staff to speak to their customers in such a degrading and embarrassing way.

Have been coming here for years. The food is always excellent and the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommended, especially the lamb shish kebab which they cook for me slightly pink in the middle ( my request). Their delivery service is great as well.

You've tried the rest now try the best, love the pizzas ozzey makes the best in town (always have the hotshot) love it, and the chicken strips are to die for, my daughter loves the donner meat chips and cheese kids meal very good value, never had a bad meal always excellent served with a smile and piping hot, would recommend to anyone:-)

The first time may husband brought home a pizza from Bay Grill ll I was shocked - SQUARE PIZZA? Unfortunately for my waistline this is the best pizza I have ever tasted! It is huge! It is moist with plenty of topping (pepperoni is my favourite) and the topping goes all the way to the edge so there are no large borders of dough. The garlic bread is also square and yummy. the staff are friendly and efficient. Try them!

We ordered take away on our vacation. The pizza was HUGE! We loved the square cut pieces, and the Meat Feast was delicious! I don't usually partake of deep-fried foods, but the hot wings were worth it. The delivery driver was so nice and polite and appreciative or the tip. That is something we are not used to in America. We definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Order takeout from here much more than I should but food is lovely. Can highly recommend the special burger. Not keen on the ham they use on the pizzas but that's neither here nor there. Have noticed that burgers can be dry depending on who has cooked them. Not cottoned on to which cook serves the burgers differently yet but still great takeout.

What more can I say? We have eaten from here on a regular basis. Great kebabs - doner, kofte and chicken are lovely with fresh crisp salad and lovely chilli and garlic sauces. The pizzas are square which is a novelty and are freshly prepared pn the premises with real dough. the Bay Grill special pizza is delicious. As a bonus, they also sell wine and beer. And they deliver to your door. Great stuff.
