Afternoon entertainment was free and was very good. Sitting in sunshine watching Saxophonist playing to 90s dance tunes with a good pint. Place was full with a great atmosphere.

5th year coming and still haven't found a better place to get a well priced pint, decent food choice and plenty of entertainment for the kids

Only had a drink here during the day but love the relaxing atmosphere here. Fruity cider is very nice. Would recommend to anyone passing by wanting a well deserved break.

Had a really good night entertainment spot on as usual,plenty of staff on so no long wait to get a drink,plenty of glass collectors so tables kept clear and reasonably priced drinks.

Fantastic artist,great atmosphere. Bar staff fabulous,friendly,efficient and very polite. Glass collectors very hard working too. Overall a great day/night,will definitely visit again.

We were having a walk and came across the Long Bar. It was lovely to sit there in the sunshine and chat to another couple. The drinks were good and reasonable prices

Great place to enjoy bingo and a nice pint while if your kids are old enough can play in the arcade over the street or walk over the bridge to Knightleys Funland.

Well firstly, I've been coming to abbeyford every year since I was a kid, never had an issue in the Long bar before. I'd have put a one star if there weren't two other nice members of staff serving. Myself and my little brothers went today around 6:30. The guy, who was cocky, loved himself, making a cocktail for me, showing off, taking his time. I had a bit of a joke, stating next time just throw it in for me mate (coke on my long island), I used to manage a cocktail bar and I've managed gastro pubs, so very customer focused. Starts arguing with me that just because I couldn't make them like that in my bar 😂 firstly, you used way to much sugar syrup and it should've been a proper sweet and sour mix anyway, which it wasn't. Never seen anyone use a cocktail muddler to make a long island either 😂. His attitude was disgusting, I'd be mortified if any of my staff spoke to guests like that. Good luck in life pal, you'll need it!

Great, friendly staff and entertainment

Toilets clean, plenty of choice of drinks but bit on the dear side, bit disappointed that kids entrainment had stopped outside. Table cleaning staff are prompt so no glasses and rubbish on tables for long. Lots of seating, other staff including door staff friendly and serve fast to avoid build up of queues.

A fantastic place to visit The staff are great On certain nights they have an artist Also play money bingo A nice yard lit up Children are welcome as there is a sweet counter that does soft drinks In with the area is an arcade that you win tickets to be exchanged for prizes and a fish and chip shop the Àrea is run by the knightly family

This is the place to be in Towyn if you are looking for a relaxing evening out. Everyone was so friendly, chatting to each other. The staff are absolutely fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble. Our granddaughter asked which night they did the bingo games and the lovely young man (staff member) asked all the customers if they wanted to play and actually put on a game of bingo for us all. He wasn't sure of his 'bingo calling talent', but he did a fabulous job. We also enjoyed the nightly live entertainment. The man who does the 'ska' music is amazing, especially when he sings the 50's/60's songs, what a great voice, so entertaining. We ended up visiting the long bar every night and the welcoming, friendly atmosphere made for 4 or 5 fabulous evenings. We will definitely be patronising here next time we are in the area.

Not been to Towyn for years, but went last night with family to knightly fun park. I must say very well organised very clean and staff very pleasant, good few hours out the house.

Great little place, but a little expensive for Towyn and no good if the weather is rubbish.

Really enjoyed our visit today. Excellent set up and in the Covid climate I have never felt safer. From the security on the door taking details to the 2 lads collecting glasses, all lovely and friendly but main credit must go to the bar staff and servers, so busy but there nowadays on drinks. They do social distance however because table service is dropping noticed a few going to bar as fed up of waiting in a heatwave also could you sort out litter issue between arcade and pub. Other than this it looks like it's on the up

After a very poor experience at a nearby pub went into the long bar was so impressed staff were pleasant waitress was so pleasant drinks served nice and cool ordered meals were served quite quickly nice and hot good value for money choice of sitting in a very nice bar inside or a very large garden social distancing well observed overall a very enjoyable hour in a lovely pub with good customer service thank you

Popped in for a quick drink with my 2 kids..got charged £5.40 for a glass of coke and a pint of coke, thought that was a bit dear considering a pint of lager at same place is £3.40 . Either they overcharged me for soft drinks or its expensive for fizzy pop. Didnt go back after that and spent my money elsewhere. Sunnys bar on front drag was only £6 for all 3 drinks.

Doing well trying to keep people 2m apart, busy enough lots of kids as youd expect. I wish they would sort that toilet smell that seems to be around forever. staff friendly enough, service quick.

Bit eerie inside. Everyone looks at you when you go inside. Glad we was only using the toilets wouldnt of stayed for a drink or any food.
