Location was just right, for getting out of York, or going into the city, either walking or one of the frequent buses. Have to say the rooms felt a little tired. Room service when asked to clean room, wasn't the best. Reception staff were lovely. There's a great pub The Dormouse about 3 minutes walk away. It has a great selection of drinks behind the bar, and good menu for lunch and evening. Customer service was brilliant too, making for a great experience.

Stayed here for one night for a day out in York! It a couple of miles out of the city, but it's on a bus route that runs every 15 mins. On arrival, we had a nice welcome at reception and a quick check-in. The room was spot on and a lot cheaper than staying in York. Parking was on site and free, just remember to put your vehicle reg in the tablet at reception!

The Premier Plus rooms are lovely. Very clean, roomy and warm, the little fridge is a great help. Only minor gripe is the very loud radiator clanking periodically which wakes you, other than that, a really lovely stay.

Staff cannot do enough for you, the carpets are showing their age and have multiple stains from bleaching agents, stools have split seams and the shower in the room is a little difficult to control but the room was spotless and the matress led to a couple of great nights sleep. Cannot find fault in the staff, all were helpful and friendly.

Room very small. Shower tray plug hole was blocked & water wouldn’t drain away for over an hour. Heater on the wall would continually make loud noises. Car park not very well lit & very unclear where spaces were in the dark as no white lines on the central area which is basically grass / mud / dead leaves.

A wonderful Premier Inn! A great location for a bus or longer walk into York along the river, and a lovely country pub next door. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, especially the wonderful Alberto, who made our stay! Thank you all!

An older Premier Inn. Room was ok but the hotel could do with an update. Breakfast was great & the staff were really lovely. Great pub next to the hotel.

We stayed here in a Premier Plus room. The location was just outside the city centre and room was lovely and dark at night and the bed was super comfy which helped with a good night's sleep after exploring York. Breakfast was tasty and staff were helpful and friendly. Parking went smoothly, there is plenty for both the pub across the forecourt and the hotel. Only a couple issues- the fan in the bathroom wasn't working so it was a quick dash out after showering to make sure the steam didn't set off the alarm in the room. And the lamp on the desk seemed to have a broken button. Other than that the room was clean and tidy and a great base to come back to after spending a day out and about.

My room could do with a refurbishment. In the bathroom there was paint peeling from the ceiling as well as light mold. The extractor fan was rusty and did not work. Hence the mold !! There is no aircon and the room was stifling with only a fan. The heating controls did not seem to work as I tried to turn it down but still sweltered in the room. I was booked into one of their Premium Rooms on the first floor, But there was no lift, not good as i am disabled, so I had to go into a bog standard room without the extras that I had paid for. So, between the heat issue (would hate to be there on a warm/hot day) and the loss of the extras rather disappointed with my stay.

Budget Hotel at Four Star prices. There was nothing Premier about the 'Premier Plus' rooms - our room was tiny and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. The bed was only a standard double. As for Breakfast - the bacon was rock hard two days running. Plus point: Anya was nice and helpful.

Perfect for visiting York. Anya on reception was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. The Dormouse across the car park provides food and drinks, and I can recommend this too.

Far to expensive for a room and a bed. Staff good and helpful. Did their best to justify price. Not their fault. Head Office are just greedy.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Conveniently located about a 25-minute walk to the town centre, or there is a bus stop opposite. A large car park, so there is no problem with parking.

Stayed here on a trip up to Scotland. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was great as was included in the premier room. There were a few issues in the bathroom damaged to the wall no hooks for bath towels on the backs of the door. The one thing I cannot fault was the staff every single one of them I interacted with was amazing, friendly helpful so good.

The rooms are tired and could do with refurbishment. Staff are very pleasant. Breakfast is very hit and miss. Go for the cooked option here as there was very little selection on the continental breakfast our first morning.

I signed a one-month co-working office space contract with Regus at York Tower Court with the contractual understanding that I would be able to park my vehicle every day without incurring charges. I have since however received dozens of parking charge notices from Ardpark, totalling in thousands of pounds worth of charges. I have been trying to dispute these charges with both ArdPark and Regus as my contract states that I should not be liable, but the parking company continues to harrass me and send debt collectors chasing the money. Both companies claim the other is at fault, meanwhile I am left holding the bag. I am having to get York Council and the local courts involved to resolve this shambles and my family has suffered a great deal of intimidation and harrassment at the hands of this predatory parking company. I expect Regus to resolve this matter for me but it has been 2 months now without resolution.

The Tiger lnn is a traditional two roomed village pub. It is a Sam Smith pub, so there is the usual range of Sam Smith's beer, including the brewery bitter on hand pumps. As it's Sam Smith's pub, there are the usual rules no laptops, no mobile phones, and no music. Dogs are not allowed in the pub.
