We stayed here last night 26/05/25. The rooms was clean and comfy beds. But the staff here are absolutely amazing, the reception staff, cleaners and the staff at the beefeater. Unfortunately my daughter was poorly and they where very helpful and understanding. We will definitely be back!

This place is good for a basic, reasonably priced night stay. The first time we stayed there, the bathtub was too high for me to feel safe to step into. So the second week we stayed there, Mike, who was very helpful to us us, put us in an accessible room where the bathtub was much easier to step into. For some reason the accessible bathtub was very narrow, so when taking a shower you kept rubbing against the shower curtain, which was barely long enough to stay in the bathtub. The water pressure was so low, You had to stand next to the the faucet to get water on you from the shower head. Mike from the front desk was very helpful as he brought us an ironing board and ironed to use while we were there. All in all the rooms were okay. It is a very busy hotel.

13 miles from Bristol Airport, rooms as always at a Premier inn, were spotlessly clean, big and spacious....... Staff at the reception on our arrival were, very helpful curtious and polite at our checking in. However the night staff ( a girl ) whom i had asked specifically for an early morning call at 3.15am, was not so good..... I never received our early morning call.... But as luck happened, we were awake anyway...... The roads were very dark travelling on our way to airport, as there were hardly any street lights on........ I am now at Bristol Airport leaving this review, time is now 05.35am, and I still awaiting our early morning call 📞

Positives: - Clean - Comfortable (Relatively) - Easy to get to - Friendly staff - Reasonable price (£98 for two nights and two adults) Negatives: - Room temperature awful to control (18c is too warm to sleep) - Noisy inconsiderate guests on the night of 21/02/2025 (banging doors at 00:30 and 04:00 and letting kids run up the corridor). I note that this is NOT the direct fault of Premier Inn and do not hold it fully against them, but it would have been good if a staff member had been on hand to deal with it. Travelling 280 miles is tiring enough without this sort of disturbance. I also note that this was not an issue on the 2nd night. All in all not a bad place to stay at all.

A decent Premier Inn with the same level of services as all the others. It's set just off the main road at the back of an industrial/retail estate. Half an hour from Bristol airport, so we chose this as our stop over the night before our flight. The only issue with this is that there is no lift, which is quite difficult when lugging suitcases up and down the stairs. Other than that all good though 👍

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare East for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, making arrival stress-free. There were plenty of parking spots available, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive vibe of the stay. One of the perks of this location is its convenience for traveling into Bristol, though this does depend on the time of day due to traffic. While the hotel has an onsite restaurant, we opted to explore the nearby dining options and found some decent places to eat. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a great balance of convenience and hospitality. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Off Hutton Moor Road turn into the leisure centre then immediately left through the car park, it's sign-posted from there down a narrow lane. Premier Inn has a large, free car park if you enter reg number at reception. The room was as expected, clean and generally well kept. No loud noises overnight. Food is available from the beefeater next door, as a vegan there's little to choose from their dinner menu. However, the vegan cooked breakfast was nice with plant bacon and sausage (need to order on arrival), although the sausage was weirdly mushy. Soya milk was also available on request. The rest of the breakfast area looked clean and food was warm. The staff in both the Premier Inn and Beefeater were polite and attentive. I would stay here again but find an alternative restaurant for dinner.

Having stayed in premier inns for well over 10yrs now for trips and stays away, I have to this one is the worst! Up arriving after navigating through the jungle to find the entrance (over grown signage, poorly literally back lane and no clear road markings), we finally arrived on the main entrance. Once in there was no working self service desks and no staff to be seen. After pressing the attention button for what seems like a life time (actually 10 mins), a staff member appeared. The room had no bottle opener that's standard in all premier inns, no extra duvet (only a used empty bag un the bed), no hdmi wall ports, no raspberry tea bags (again standard in rooms) and no plug sockets next to the beds. The phone single was shocking and wasn't mentioned in the extra hotel info on the app, the rooms was grubby and the window wouldn't close That said, it was a reasonably quiet night and the black out curtains worked. That was the only 2 positives. I can honestly say I will never return to this particular hotel as generally premier inns are great.

The room was 30.5°. We had 2 fans. Didn't sleep. I didn't moan to the staff about it as there was nothing they could do and I don't see why they should have to deal with complaints out of their control. Premier Inn. Sort it out.

Booked and paid for an accessible room a few days in advance. When we got there the receptionist seemed confused as e had apparently been booked in already, luckily another accessible room was available but it's worring that mistakes like this can be made. The room was comfortable and livable, it was a bit noisy and our of the way of the main area of Weston-super-Mare but it was OK for a night.

Had the worst night sleep here due to very hot room. Upon our arrival window was open and fan was on, outside temperature was 17 degree but in the room was 26. We kept the window open during the evening with the fan on and while temperature outside was dropping, room's temperature stayed the same. Window was dirty with bird poo on it and plenty of spider web that noone bothered to clean for a while.. Floor in the bathroom was disgusting with massive yellow stain around the loo.. Breakfast was good, typical Premier Inn buffet style choice, nothing more, nothing less. We were sitted by the fire exit and it had a massive spider web on it too... Start to think that's the part of hotel's decor.

Stayed here before. Avoid the restaurant! Hotel is ok but kept getting woken as we were near the fire door in the corridor being opened and clunking shut. Also with window open the refrigeration unit from the beefeater was ten mins on, 10 mins off all night. Pleasant friendly hotel staff, restaurant staff rude and unhelpful. Food has not improved since last visit. Can recommend “the super mare” hungry horse just up the road though.

Friendly welcome at reception. Although the young woman seemed to be rushed off her feet. The room was tired despite being in the newer annexe. Room had no towels on arrival, but this was rectified by the receptionist. This is well placed for both visiting weston on to use as an overnight stay if travelling north/south approx 1 mile from the motorway. The restaurant gave poor service with mediocre food. There are plenty of places to eat in and around the hotel.

Despite the spacious, clean, and quiet room at a reasonable price, the receptionist asked random questions, such as ethnicity, which I found unnecessary. If such information was needed, it should have been requested during booking or not at all. Additionally, it seemed selective, as not everyone checking in was asked this question.

I’ve been using premier Inn for the last 10 years but on this occasion the experience was bad. Staff were very friendly that’s about it. We stayed in room 15 as we travelled in traffic for five hours. I just wanted a hot shower and my Kids. The shower pressure was so low room looked dirty but on this occasion it wasn’t l went to the staff. I made a complaint about the shower pressure they turned around and said there’s no maintenance men due to to the bank holiday Easter weekend I was so annoyed I just wanted a hot shower the receptionist said I did check the shower but I don’t know why the pressure is really low but couldn’t do anything about it so I thought when I get back home I will make a complaint to the customer services! then two nights we stayed. Someone was banging the floor it felt like I was sitting at home and my kids are upstairs, banging the floor, worst sleep ever. so when I got back, made a complaint to the customer services, l was absolutely disgusting, no sympathy. Nothing no good gesture. I will never use this company again as I work myself in a hotel we will make sure our customers go back with a big smile on their face. If they are unhappy, we were always Refund back, or give good gesture, pathetic money, grabbing Hotel well all staff denied that I didn’t speak to them about the water pressure and I didn’t log a complaint about it so l can’t do anything about it. please anyone who wants to make a complaint please record everything so you got evidence I didn’t do that and I’ve got no proof now but it was my word against them. I felt like I’m the biggest liar and their staff was telling the truth! The manager was supposed to give me a call back because I rang Direct to speak to the lady and she said to me she get back to me and send me email which she didn’t I’m still waiting for a call back from the manager, what does that make them big liars That’s how disgusting this hotel is l will never go back again, don’t waste your money on this hotel worst and customer service!

I have been using this beefeater restaurant for many years. Used to take my toddlers there ecery friday morning for breakfast, where the staff would not make a fuss of them walking around even getting them to help with the service. We have always been made to feel welcome and have even been sat elsewhere when there were no tables free. I would definitely recommend

Huge hotel! Relatively easy to get to. Decent parking. Self-check in service available as well as a receptionist. The rooms are tidy and clean. Good size. The bathrooms are clean and towels are provided. The only issue I find is that the vents smell. When we first got into the room, the vent is on the ceiling just after the front door. The smell hits you instatlntly. We opened the window and went out for a walk but unfortunately, when we got back the smell was still there. The rest of the room doesn't smell as much. Barely noticeable. But the initial hit as soon as you walk through the door was quite the shock for me. Other than that, it is a lovely hotel. Beefeater is also available and the prices are decent. There is a kids area and playground as well. Overall, we're happy with it apart from the vent smell.

Arrived a little early (2.00pm)after a long journey. Was told you can't check in before 3.00pm. We were offered an early check in if we paid £10. The room wasent ready. We declined and went for some lunch. The Beefeater did not offer a lunch menu. Came back after 3.00pm and there were long queues waiting for staff because self check in machines not working. Finally our turn, room was ready but was on the first floor. My wife can't cope with stairs and there is no lift. Was offered an easy access room (disabled). It was situated two doors away from the main corridor door. Big mistake. The noise from people coming and going all night was awful. A warning to less mobile people, do not stay at this establishment.

Regularly use Premier Inns because you know what you are going to get. Not ultra luxurious but clean, tidy and spacious. Generally opt for ones with a Beefeater on site since these generally provide the best evening meals. Nice friendly staff at this one, both on reception and in the restaurant . Slightly out of town but good parking.( Lugging your bags from a multi storey car park in a town centre isn’t to be recommended. )Slightly quirky entrance via the local leisure centre.. big hotel and can be quite a walk to your room. (Common to a lot of Premier Inns) Worth noting this one doesn’t have a lift so it helps to be fit!

Went today for a Sunday carvery and if it was honestly the worst carvery we’ve ever eaten the meat was chewy and the potatoes were not cooked through so were raw in the middle disgusting slop. That’s the only way that you describe it. Certainly won’t be returning 😞 how can you charge almost £16 ahead when you get a decent carvery down the road for less at Brent house?

Dirty beer. I took my pint of Peroni back to tbe blonde bar manager and advised it tasted foul only to be looked at like I was a piece of rubbish. When quizzed how often they cleaned the lines she responded with "once every 3 weeks". For those nit in the know it should be at least once a week or in perfect circumstances after each barrel (not realistic). Anyway, the beer is awful but yiu ought get lucky with a nice beer once every 3 week.s

Absolutely appalled by my treatment at the hands of the hotel staff during my very short (Thank God!) stay this Tuesday 1 April. They let out 2 single rooms (I had to move out of Room 317 at 9.30 pm after finding the en suite loo wouldn't flush - very disruptive as I had just unpacked everything and was about to go to bed) which clearly hadn't been checked or attended to, the hospitality tray hadn't been stocked in either room. It was clear that staff would have left me in a room without a flushing toilet overnight- no-one came up after I reported it, I was going up and down the corridor looking for the new room, couldn't find it, back to reception again, (was really struggling as I have mobility problems) and had to ask to be shown the room and for help moving my belongings as my bags were quite heavy and I have a condition causing muscle weakness. He moved most of it but no apology and clearly didn't like me saying that the room hadn't been checked properly. Paid for late check-out at 11 am as, as explained to reception, I have health problems and struggle in the mornings. I was really out of breath by then, was stood outside the 'new' room really panting waithhg for the receptionist to hrhng the key. For a few dreadful, scary minutes, wondered if I was about to have a heart attack. Thank God I didn't- I would have just been left on my own. He came back with it and could see I was really having trouble breathing - didn't bother to ask was I ok, did I need a chair or water. The new room smelt so stale it made me feel sick - just wanted to go there and then. Towels smelt disgusting- just had to shake my hands as I have a low immune system. Toilet smelt - it was leaking. Checked out at 6.30 am, had to wait till gone 7 am for a receptionist to come in, told them how upset I was but the staff were more interested in absolving themselves than a guest's obvious distress. I heard the Nightwatchman telling the receptionist I was just moaning and heard him laugh -I don't see anything funny about it; it impacted on my walking for the next week. No-one asked if I was going to be ok on my own at 7 am on my own or was I OK to get back to Bristol. So uncaring and the hotel management have caused me more distress by refusing to refund me my 74 pound. Shame on them and I am sickened by the way women on their own can get treated in hospitality. Re: value for money - I paid 84 pound - ten pound was for late check-out at 11 am, which, as my night there was so horrendous, I didn't use - I checked out at 6.30 am. Hotel immediately refunded the late check-out fee but are refusing to refund the rest. A form of stealing, in my opinion- and the issues were raised either the night I arrived or the next morning. It was clear that the bedding in neither room had been changed- yuk! So now, on top of all that, I am 74 pound out of pocket for the "pleasure" - absolutely criminal!!! (Hotel now pretending the flush in the first bathroom worked all the time (their excuse for not refunding me)) - I tried it 3 times and it didn't, and if that was the case, why did I have to move rooms at 9.30 pm? Why didn't the receptionist check it himself before we moved my luggage?! I would suggest customer service and disability awareness training but what's the point when the management and the staff I encountered during my stay clearly don't care anyway -which really upset me. Still, I always find the truth comes out in the end and am confident that justice will eventually be done, even if the process takes a while

Had a mixed grill half a chicken breast turned out to be a from a chick by the size of it, gammon was a rashor of bacon burnt to crisp hard as nails. Half tomato cooked for 3 hrs by looking at it and very soggy. Sent the cold bit off raw steak back to be medium and looks like it was microwaved and returned raw and around 25c and still raw but not wriggling . The eggs had great crispy burnt backing .. but onion rings soggy but ok and 2x sausages burnt medium n raw depends where you cut in... But 8 out of 10 for the chips. Unfortunately even Hungary Horse meals are better food. Sorry but very disappointed
