Visited the hotel and I must what a turnaround. Recently refurbished. Great space for coffee and meets. (Starbucks) the manager was very helpful and showed me their executive rooms and meeting space. A must visit and stay Venu. Massive garden to hold parties or weddings. Very impressed.

Staff amazing. I visited tonight at 8.00 PM and our server was very kind and courteous. When food was delayed, Tash offered to discount our items then comped our meal.

Coke was flat when approaching staff staff agreed it was tasting off and had staff go and check the pump . Staff came back to say pump was fine and working so staff then said they wouldn't be pouring us a new one or replacing the drink in actual fact the words were the pumps fine I'm not doing anything about it. Used to really enjoy this place. Not anymore. There was a group of 6 of us and we were out for a night out. We were putting money in the pool table and buying drinks. But took our custom else where for the night. Toilet brush in the mens corridor just on the floor and the whole venues floor was sticky,
