Noodles tasted just of tomato ketchup , beef dish was just onion little beef and watery, chicken dish was dull and watery too. Best thing was seaweed. I’m local and not been there for years , definitely won’t be going again . Very disappointing indeed.

We’ve been going here for years. Recently the last few times they have missed food out. We always ask ‘is everything definitely in here’ they always say ‘yes’ and yet it never is?! Given it’s a take out driving all the way back is extremely inconvenient so you’ve paid for food you haven’t received. The food this time was also inedible in parts. Not sure if they have a new chef. It was awful.

What can I say! Was on a fishing trip so popped in for some food. The woman who served us was dirty and needed a wash. She took our order and then just microcars 2 boxes for a couple of minutes. Supposed to be crispy beef but was a soggy mess and mostly onions in a vinegar sauce. The ribs were like fingers with no meat . How the owner had the nerve to crack a joke with me is unbelievable! Filthy place and filthy food.

Just picked up a takeaway. It was the most disgusting Chinese i have ever had. It’s in the bin now. It was ready in 5 minutes. I’m shocked you can get away with selling food this bad.

Well over priced for the quality, we came here last night spent over £50 no prawn cracker we asked were they were and he then charged us extra for them!!!

Food was terrible, the worst Chinese we have ever had if I’m honest. Soaking in oil which made half of it inedible and we found a black hair from the chef in the spare ribs. Never again. Such a shame as the owner is really nice but appalling food and hygiene. The girl serving was dripping in sweat and kept wiping her forehead with her hands and then going in and helping in the kitchen. Yuk!

Short opening hours and days, but nice food.

Ordered from here last night online the food was very poor quality for the price, the beef with noodles was something I’d feed to my dog.(she enjoyed it) And the chicken was very chewy, the best part of the meal was the prawn toast and that’s isn’t good. Won’t be ordering again :)

The food quality and hygiene in the restaurant is just not the same anymore :( its like the love is gone and I've felt this on several occasions now. Sorry to say but I just don't think its value for money and quality anymore.

Came with a group of mates to the new restaurant. The combination starter was amazing, never tasted aromatic duck as nice as what we had anywhere. The owner then let us have whatever we wanted, Salt & chilli King prawns, beef curry (so nice), Singapore noodles & loads more. Fantastic quality food & lots of it for £16 per head! Bargain. Lovely friendly staff too. Definitely would recommend

I tried this takeaway for the first time & am so pleased with the quality of the food & quantity. The staff are really friendly & accommodating. The chef is also very accommodating too!

Tried the new restaurant which is all you can, well it was amazing. The presentation of the combo starter was beautiful with beautiful flowers which were beetroots carved into a flower (I have never seen this before). The choice was good & there was lots for me & the Mrs. We had the all you can eat buffet which was all our favourites brought to our table. Would recommend

We went for the roast dinner on Sunday. There was a great selection of roast meat including lamb which is very unusual for a carvery. There was also lots of veg available & including my fav homemade cauliflower cheese. There were pigs in blankets too, yum. Would recommend

Please ignore the Sophie Iles review. I was sat on another table & I heard everything she said. The manager was very polite & was not rude at all. The manager was trying to say the food on offer was more akin to authentic Chinese cuisine. Sophie was just after a freebie along with her 6 children. I have been coming to this takeaway for years & always have been delighted with the food which is always top quality & very generous. Now the owner has a restaurant which I have been to & was there that evening & the food was great. This lady is a very big lady & obviously the all you can eat wasn't enough for her. Its disgusting that people can write bad reviews like this & get away with it. DON'T pay any attention to her review its slanderous & I am proud to say that I have reported her to Google!

Fantastic combination starter including duck & pancakes. The all you can eat buffet was tasty & we got to taste some unusual dishes. The staff are very friendly & accommodating. I often saw the waitresses cleaning door handles so I would say its very COVID safe too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Awful experience and such a rude person. Tried quietly to give feedback that the starters were lovely but mains left us disappointed and a lack of choice to be told, in a loud voice, they cater for a more upmarket clientele! Dessert was included in the set menu, we all ordered brownies. The last two to be bought out were different to the first four and tasted awful. Again waitress/manager was really rude. How can you claim to cater to a high class of clientele when you're running from a cafe with spider webs, broken chairs and ceiling tiles! The two young waitresses were lovely.

Had a take away from here and it was truly the worst take away iv ever had. Everything was fried and caused me health issues afterwards . Even Peking duck dripped with fat. Will never eat fro here again
