Skinnys Bar in North Somerset

Good music, need to clean the lines of the pumps. Coke was flat when approaching staff staff agreed it was tasting off and had staff go and check the pump . Staff came back to say pump was fine and working so staff then said they wouldn't be pouring us a new one or replacing the drink in actual fact the words were the pumps fine I'm not doing anything about it. Used to really enjoy this place. Not anymore. There was a group of 6 of us and we were out for a night out. We were putting money in the pool table and buying drinks. But took our custom else where for the night. Toilet brush in the mens corridor just on the floor and the whole venues floor was sticky,

It is not even open until the hours stated on the building.

Very rude staff. Asked for a gin and tonic and it came with soda water in. When I went back and asked for tonic, the bar staff didn’t even speak to me. He just poured away the old drink and made me a new one, getting a tonic from the fridge (before it was from a tap). Clearly trying to give a cheaper soda water over tonic and hoping I didn’t notice. Not even worth going to as a joke on a rubbish bar crawl!

I loved this bar, out on a work do. Locals where so lovely, had a fab night, helped having a good looking guy behind the bar, soory😘

Lost a star immediately for the plastic pint glasses but once I sat down I realised why they were needed. Place is full of “characters” most of whom play pool and look a bit menacing. The music is completely random and consisted of a jukebox which on arrival played ‘In the Ghetto’ by Elvis followed by a tune by Evanescence flowed by The Police. Would visit again for a laugh but the place is more a community centre with a pool table than a bar.

DO NOT GO THERE Club is full of predators. Five guys where stood around the dancefloor, looking for a target. Clearly not there to dance and have fun. We took a video of these guys and reported them to the bouncers who did NOT give two *****. Place needs to be closed down and these people caught. Be careful.

Eye opener dropouts central but atleast they provide the entertainment for the night

DO NOT go to skinnys bar weston as the staff are inconsiderate unhelpful not friendly. They are rude. The door staff are rude, unhelpful aggressive. They do not look after the customers. I worked at skinnys and got told this morning 16/12/22 that I did not have a job and was not going to get paid for it. I got spat at and bite for trying to do my job.

The weirdest place i have ever visited but i did have a good crack there. All kinds of characters came by resulting in the juke box genres being off the scale bipolar 😂 will visit again if I stop by

As a local business ownerr I feel very bad for the owner and is very shame for the business to have door security with such a low iq stopping people that have money not to spent it we where 3persons 2 of us wearing me with dress my husband with suit only our friend was wearing white trouser very expensive one white shoes we get inside and we order 2 drinks in the main time we where waiting about the third person to pass and come of course they didn’t allow him to get inside so we canceled the order after one hour they where Speaking with the lady boss to explain the cancellation reason ! The point is that the bar was empty and generally it was Saturday night and the bar was full of very strange people ! You need to explain to your door staff you need to make money and you are not the ritz one bar that you have the worst quality of people and we get accidentally to your place and we wanted to spent our money never again now I understand why you are always empty even Saturdays

Nice little club, staff not very friendly, very rude. glass collector takes glasses which still have drink in them and then shrugs shoulders at you when you tell her.

This place is great for a late night drink with friendly staff and a jukebox, your own tunes and a good laugh are not far away.

Loved this place. Played 60s, 70s, 80s music, the dj is awesome. Worth visiting this place for dancing 💃

I really enjoyed my night here , real people.Fab barmaid and door security.I had a great night and met some really interesting and fun people.I would actually give it 5 stars but don't want people to get the wrong idea and turn up in straight jackets.Its a come as you are party.love it!! might move to Weston so I can be there till 4am Monday to Sunday.

Well run bar, bar staff, friendly, landlord always on site monitoring everything runs smoothly, quick service, clean and tidy.

Get here past 1am on a Friday or Saturday night out and you are in for a great time out. Nowhere else in Weston will offer you this sort of fun. A keystone of local nightlife, let your hair down and thoroughly enjoy.
