Premier Inn St. Austell hotel in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

messy room and you have to wait for food for a very long time and they even brought a cold one that you couldn't even stand, I don't recommend it

Rooms were OK, bed comfortable. You can't beat a Premier bed in my opinion. Had a rather loud hum for a lot of the night, from heating maybe? Temperature of the room too hot and couldn't turn it down. Hubby liked the long deep bath. Choice of food for breakfast was good, continental was good, however, the hot buffet was definitely below the required temperature of 57° as a holding temperature.

I use to love staying at premier hotels but for some reason the rooms now seem to have 8 electric socket on one side of the room but not one socket on the side of the bed. My artner has sleep apnea and needs to use a machine to help him sleep. We had to buy an extension lead to stretch across the room. Sadly we are going to have to look for other places to stay. Your staff are always so friendly, it's a shame this let's you down.

We had a great stay here. Plenty of parking and a warm welcome from reception. We had a room on the first floor, which was very clean, aired and a spotless ensuite; plenty of fresh white towels, too. We had a quiet relaxing night and woke refreshed after a busy night at a family party. Would definitely recommended this Premier Inn. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Room was good as expected, AC would be nice, restaurant better than Wadebridge. Out of town location will suit some people but I would have preferred closer to the town centre for an evening walk.

Great stay. Room was lovely and clean. Reception very helpful. Breakfast was great.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly and i will definitely be going back there again in the near future
