Premier Inn Rainham (Kent) hotel in Medway

This is my 3rd time staying at this Premier Inn and the service is amazing. Ross and everyone here are very friendly and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable, the location to the Rainham shopping center and railway station are a big plus, very convenient. If you want to stay in the area I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Reception staff are always very pleasant each time my husband and I drive down from Dorset. Location is perfect for us as our family lives 5 minutes away. It's close to Rainham precent and the larger Tescos. Unfortunately, the cleanliness lets it down slightly. The bathroom always seems to be rushed cleaned, hairs in the bath and eyelash on the bathroom floor. Dust was very visible on the tv, coffee unit and side tables.

Extremely helpful polite and friendly staff! Was very refreshing to be greeted and dealt with so enthusiatically. One staff member Abby even got me out of a major hole by printing off some important documents I needed for work. Definitely a level above the usual computer says no service I get from premier inns.Also shower was really powerful compared to most.

We spent a week as a family in this hotel. The beds are really very comfortable and the family rooms are spacious. The staff are very friendly and attentive, we received chocolates for the children on Christmas Eve. Small downside for the cleanliness of the carpet on the floor and the toilets on our arrival. We will come back with pleasure, very good value for money.

It's OK. Budget hotel, no expectations. Its clean, some rooms seems to be a little bit more fresh than others, but overall it's OK.

Love the staff here they go out of their way to help you. Always quiet and lots if accessible rooms .

The only place I stay when I'm in rainham. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

The only issue I had was no hot breakfast and wasn't told on arrival. When told continental breakfast was available, there was bread with no butter for toast and only cereal. Saving grace was I didn't pay for the breakfast.

An ideal place to use as a base to explore Kent. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, The WiFi was a bit hit and miss but the staff in the hotel and restaurant were fantastic and friendly. Handy for Rochester and Canterbury, not far off the motorway. Doesn't have many rooms and I'm not sure if there is a lift. Parking is free

We use Premier Inn's often, unfortunately this was one of the worst we experienced. The room was old and tired, the bathroom was, quite simply, grotty - the tiles and grout were stained and dirty, the shower door was rank. We did ask to swap rooms but they were full apparently. A full bin bag of rubbish next to the bin by the entrance wasn't great to see either. We won't be staying here again I'm afraid.

Staff couldn’t have done more to make our special day that extra bit special! We got married local to this premier inn and stayed there. They really went the extra mile for us. Place was spotless, staff were super polite, plenty of parking spots, food was delicious & honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were so sweet and it really made my day 🥰♥️

The staff really do make all the difference. They are very friendly and make me feel extremely welcome. At reception I often come across a Danielle. She OSS the very best advert for Premier Inns. Friendly, accommodating and exudes warmth.

Got put in a room with an air conditioning unit outside, sounded like a washing machine on full spin all night, so no sleep. Also, the restaurant wasn't doing food as they had nobody to staff it, and we were not notified until after we had checked in. The shower hose also had a leak, so it sprayed all over the bathroom floor, and the bath backed up, so it was about 50mm deep by the end of my shower

Always loved staying at the Premier Inn.

The room I had was tired and in need of some updating. The shower tray was black around the bottom edges and the bathroom smells musty. The left bedside light switch has some packing tape over it because it doesn't work. It took around an hour to heat the room. The air conditioning doesn't work well at all.
