Premier Inn Chatham/Gillingham (Victory Pier) hotel in Medway

The rooms are good but the service isn’t. Clearly miscommunication as I booked a room beforehand and there suddenly is to a room for me. Took a while for them to sort that out After that the rooms are good but service is clearly lost amongst themselves

Love it. Quiet ideally close to shops and amenities. Lovely breakfast. There's a certain chef when you see him at breakfast it's going to be yum 😋. Great seating area, tasty black pudding

The staff a very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was cooked by Les and Beth , which was delicious and he even made Sunnyside down eggs when asked,The restaurant staff are very helpful, especially John and Sarah

It's is usually good value for money but I don't understand the reason customers are charged for parking. For this reason I shall not return.

No fast track check in terminals were working. Service wasn't as good as most premier inn hotels I've stayed in previously. However, it does seem extremely short staffed. The room smelt musty and the window couldn't be opened. The price was expensive for what service you get.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely showers. Friendly service at reception and helpful too. Only criticism is no sockets for charging phones near the bedside but it's not the end of the world, still clean and comfortable accommodation

Good and reliable. Staff was very friendly. Check in machine broken, as always. Don’t understand why they bother.

I stayed at Premier Inn Chatham/Gillingham during my vacation from U.S. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and care, especially from Sharon and Les. Les made the most delicious breakfast. I kept going back for more hash browns. Sharon was so sweet and made sure I was ok. I certainly will go back on my next trip to England.

Honestly, for the price absolutely amazing. Nice rooms, wonderful service, and really great breakfast. We had an awesome stay and are happy to recommend it.

Good rooms and location for the price, staying near to friends living in the housing development nearby on the rocks, great to be able to walk to the rocks. Emma on the front desk was lovely and really made the start to our stay super positive. Thanks Emma!

Stayed a number of times now through work who send us on training courses in Kent from North Yorkshire. The staff make this place and the managers are always avaliable for help with advice if needed ( they are usually working I any department to assist their staff). This Hotel could teach other hotels how to work as a team from the manager to the newest member of staff. Well done Premier inn keep up the good work. Definitely recommend to all.

Comfortable clean room in a good location for my needs.

I have stayed at this Premier Inn for business regularly since the first week that it opened nine years ago. The staff, quality of the rooms, food and the location are always of the highest standard. Special mention to Nick, Joanne, Emma, Martin, Les, Liv and Keighley who always make every effort to look after myself and my colleagues.
