Premier Inn Portsmouth North Harbour hotel in Portsmouth

Awesome..I drive coaches and decided to phone ahead and ask if there was a place for myself and my colleague who was also driving a coach..the lovely lady on the phone promised to try her best. When we turned up she had coned off a large area for us .it was the perfect end to a stressful day...the staff in the restaurant were also brilliant..this Premier is certainly well staffed with 10/10 people...I would certainly recommend 👌

Great small hotel with free parking.

Staff are very helpful and the Beefeater restaurant next door is excellent.

Hotel was great, the reduction of 1 star is for the food. Had breakfast included in the stay and they sub it out to beefeater next door. The breakfast items had been out for hours and were rubbery and nasty from being under the heatlamp, and the bread had started to go stale. Needless to say next time I won't be having breakfast

Lovely place to stay and really friendly staff

Booked hotel. Because of storm our ferry from Spain was cancelled. Telephoned them with about 36 hours notice. We were told to pay 10 euros extra despite web price being only 5 euros more. Checked website for beefeater attached, and it stated opening until 10.30pm. On arrival reception stated restaurant was only open until 9. Which was true. Bar was only open until 9.30. 😡😡Don't book this hotel after arriving from ferry docking at 8pm if you want to eat or drink😡. Also two premier inns at same mini roundabout at final destination. 😡

Good value , clean , comfortable and spacious room , but shame about the noise from the room above .

Although about 5 miles from the centre of Portsmouth, this is a great place to stay. We were able to leave the car and get the bus straight into the city. Room was immaculate and welcoming after a long drive. Comfy bed with spotless linens, super clean bathroom and good breakfast at the nearby Beefeater. Definitely going there on our next visit.

Other Premier Inns I have stayed in have been refurbished, it appears that Portsmouth North Harbour has been missed or is awaiting refurbishment.

Usual premier quality. Charging a tenner for early entry and slow free WiFi will always stop this being a 5

Excellent customer service. Comfy room

Ferry cancelled, port in chaos. Last minute booking. The staff were awesome (especially Tom the manager), gave our young son an Easter egg. Also I left my watch in the room and they kept it for me until we returned a few days later. You don't have to be 5 star to have class.

Better off going next door, the staff at this place are very rude and aggressive
