Not a hotel to stay with children...a truck stop would be cleaner .

Just want to say a huge thank you to Ravi - I stopped by a couple of weekends ago as I was on a really long journey and my phone battery had died. He was so kind and friendly, we had a lovely chat and he let me charge my phone and made me a coffee! I didn’t stay but just wanted to say that he’s an asset to your company!

Very basic outdated cheap hotel in the middle of nowhere! There is nothing around it except a mediocre restaurant as part of the hotel! Rooms were pretty dirty, full of spider webs, no fridge in the room, no laundry facilities! Cleaning won’t even occur unless you request it!!!

Shocking charging for parking when staying at there premises just pure greed as usual everybody on the take as usual. Beefeater expensive and serves cold food although rectified quickly prices are a fortune. Rooms are dated without a doubt.

Cleaning standards in rooms, bar and restaurant need improvement. £6.50 for pint of beer excessive. Good breakfast and location ideal for my purpose.

Cozy rooms. Regular rooms are smaller than in other Premier Inn hotels. Reception had no issue checking me in earlier than usual. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next to hotel. Not sure if I would choose this hotel for hot summer days, because there is no air conditioning in regular rooms.

It's a shame they now charge for parking

Quite expensive for the facilities provided. The entire hotel was clearly dated and could do with a major update. Paying £7 for parking with the already high room prices is frustrating. Also greeted by an overpowering of sewage outside the hotel.

If you have ever wondered what a night in a sauna feels like, this is the place for you. Theres no air con and the windows have restricted opening, which means they only open 1 inch (a pathetic amount), so there's no way of cooling the room down. There is a fan in the room but without cooler air it's useless. Just a terrible place. The beefeater was nice though.

It was okay, no air con in the room and was priced only slightly less than the Courtyard hotel opposite. Check in staff lady wasn’t very pleasant and the rooms were generally noisy and you could hear people in the rooms next to us and down the corridor. Pub next to,it was okay for food, but book in advance, even for your breakfast as it isn’t guaranteed you’ll get in, even if you have prepaid

We stayed here this weekend for a weekend away wasn’t let down food spot on and staff spot on only thing I’d pick about is there was a big puddle with a blocked drain outside which stunk of stagnant water and was then all over the car on arrival which wasn’t the best greeting but apart from that room was clean tidy we requested a clean and wasn’t let down on that you could hear people walking up and down corridors at night which I thought premier inn rooms were all sound proof but didn’t seem to be the case but didn’t bother me to much Would recommend for anyone thinking of staying here for price you couldn’t complain

Good room, great brekkie. Needed somewhere near to Didcot, but preferably not in Didcot. Thus suited all needs. Handy to A34 was very useful.

I booked an accessible wet room as I have mobility issues, it was a long walk from reception to the accessible rooms, very poor planning. The shower was faulty and the water kept stopping, the shower head holder kept slipping. Very disappointed

I walked in to buy a frappe. Tristan, a gentleman working alone welcomed me with a warming professional smile. When I ordered, he was charming in the way he made me feel like I was the only customer in the café. He promised that he would make the very best Chocolate fudge frappe. As he focused on going above and beyond, I looked around to see a very well organised, and clean work place. When Tristan passed me his masterpiece Frappe, he asked me to taste and tell him what I thought. It was truly delicious. I'm so grateful to you Tristan, thankful for your kind, professional service and most importantly making a frappe which I truly can say is the best I have had the privilege to taste. The service made the experience as a whole truly freshing! Costa, this man needs to be recognised. To all customers who enjoys a frappe and now in this gorgeous sunshine ...I recommend visiting here and meeting the talented young man"any day"! Happy Easter!
