I can't seem to leave another review so I will add to this one. Again we ordered from her at 7pm and the food didn't arrive until just before 9pm! We tried calling but got no answer!! Again the order was wrong and it was cold! It is clear to that you are not taking reviews into consideration because this is the 3rd time we have ordered from here within the last 3 months and it is the same every time! I don't want to have to order my food at 5pm just to get it before 9pm! _______________________________________________ My wife ordered takeaway around 7:30pm, by 9pm we thought it would be best to check if our food was on its way. Food ended up arriving at 9:15pm. We waited 1hr 45 minutes for our food to arrive and the order was wrong. The garlic bread turned out to be curly fries and the cans of Rio turned out to be Coke. The food was still hot so it was clearly only just made when my wife called. This isn't the first time we have ordered for delivery from here and each time it follows the same pattern. We order from here because the food it's nice and it different from the selected takeaways of pizza, pizza, kebab and Chinese with a hefty delivery charge that we have available to us. Please please work on your delivery times.

This place is is the best fast food I've ever ate in my life l they are always adding more ideas to the menu and neve fail! Best tandoori wraps ever and loaded croissants are to die for

I didn’t get what I asked for on my order again, didn’t want to put this review down but as it’s happened so many times I need to express this so they can try to improve. It wasn’t busy in there and I’m pretty sure I was the only order they had and I didn’t get what I asked for

I was having an awful day today and asked for extra chocolate and they delivered!!!!! So much chocolate it made my day. Delivery was a little bit long so was given a free item! Delivery driver was AMAZING shout out to him. Unfortunately I was too late to tip him through the app but he definitely deserved it 👍🏻 Apolagies for the half eaten waffle I couldn’t help myself 😍😍

Our order did arrive late, but the quality of the food more than made up for it. everything we ordered both looked and tasted great, and the waffles especially were really good.

They need to add extra toppings as an option or easier to add as I couldn’t find an option to add an additional sauce.

If I could’ve put 0 stars I would have. Absolutely terrible from start to finish. We ordered at 8:30pm and been told that the food was going to be delivered in 60min. At 10pm still nothing, we called multiple times with always someone different replying, no one could speak or understand English properly and from what we understood the driver was off somewhere but nowhere near us plus apparently he didn’t have the order…We asked for a refund but they couldn’t even do that. So we ordered something different and asked if we could have a dessert for the same price for the inconvenience. Food arrived at 10:56pm almost COLD and…the dessert wasn’t even there! Honestly, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The crepe was VERY heavy with black pepper and there was no description about the 3 different kind of smoothie so I just picked on by hasard

Every time I order from here it takes a extremely long time to come and when I called up and asked they put the phone down on me and when the food finally arrived it was cold

Multiple issues with order- solution was to “give us free stuff next time” not very helpful.

Food was fifteen minutes late, but they rang to apologise and it arrived with free drinks, way better service than most. Food was hot and excellent for the price. Would recommend.

Never delivered after a 2 hour wait. Called twice, told 15 minutes the first time (after an hours wait), rang again after another 45 minutes, told the driver had broken down. Overpriced, bad service, won’t be using again.

Food was good no issue with it but the food said it was hear for more than an hour and a half befor it actually turned up . It kept saying it would be here in 5 minutes that was not the case what so ever so ridiculous!!

The ice cream had melted, the food was cold and quite honestly want a refund

A wheelchair accessible shop in a very inaccessible town. We found that they were open at 5pm on a Sunday and wanted to have a try. They sell wraps and fries, hot sandwiches and also Waffles and crepes. You can also order half a waffle (one) for £5.50 for kids or if you're not sure. It's a great place to go if you are poor or just need a snack. I would definitely come again due to the opening hours and price range.

Ordered the food at 12:04 was supposed to be delivered between 12:45 - 13:05, Food said it was 'Delivered', We then called the restaurant and was told "My driver will be 2 minutes" it has now been an additional 34 minutes and the food has only just been delivered.

baguettes are lovely and my son enjoyed his kids meals. no complaints from me 😊

Curley fries burnt wrap is disgusting put garlic mayo on baguette when I clearly asked for normal only thing that was okay was the garlic bread my partner had which is hard to get wrong even the milkshakes were fairly rubbish

value for money is not worth it. waffle was burnt. won't be ordering again.

Pre ordered for a specific time, with an hour's notice, but still turned up late. Cold and and burnt crepes. absolute waste of money

Place was not welcoming at all, no greetings from anyone when I entered. I was eyed up and down and just told one minute. I gave myself the menu I saw on the table, and For their extortionate prices was I VERY disappointed by what they offer. I asked a few questions and the guy over the counter seemed not interested at all. I then tried to order what is on the menu and the guy seemed to be shocked that the menu has what I was ordering until I pointed it out to him, then he proceeded to tell me they don’t have it. I will definitely not be wasting my time again trying it, I guess my family and I will continue to travel to didcot Creamz.

Can’t even believe this place receives ANY positive reviews. Place is dirty, ice cream is freezer burnt and dried out, milkshakes flavourless and skimpy (especially for £6) and it smells in there! Never again.

Always yummy food and the crepes and waffles are absolutely lovely. Wraps have a slight heat to them but i enjoy that. Delivery can sometimes take a little while but overall nothing major, always friendly and polite.

We have eaten from here many times and never had a issue tonight it's come cold chips over cooked and the wrap may as well been a saled wrap more than half was just lettuce. The omelette was just not how normally is. If this was my first time I would come back. Did not enjoy at all and was not happy

Luke warm crepe doesn't appear cooked should have sent it back. Multiple times on the loo since getting home likely uncooked eggs or out of date eggs/cream.

Food was lukewarm. No pot of tea, brought in a mug with 2 teabags! Very odd. Strange place. Staff pleasant enough, just didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

Been a customer with Cozzy Lounge for a while now. Great food and super friendly staff that makes it the best local place to order lunch from.

Fast delivery and toppings fresh, unfortunately waffle was cold this time around and missing sauce.

Best takeaway that delivers in Grove. Interesting and different menu with some healthy options as well.

We popped in for breakfast but it wasn't the best, the portion size was good but the mushrooms were very salty, bacon was just weird, hot drinks were pretty good though. Bearing in mind that they've not long opened I will definitely give them another go as it's always possible we caught them on an off day.

Ordered a ham and cheese baguette with no salad and no sauce. Came with lots of salad and mayonnaise :(. Waffle was really good though.

Food was of good quality, arrived well presented and tasted good. Although the delivery came on time, it was only luke warm on arrival so a bit disappointing. I also ordered a crepe with strawberries and white chocolate drizzle, but received a crepe with milk chocolate ice-cream sauce and strawberries.

The price for what you get is extortionate £30 for 4 mini sundae things!! We just ordered the sundae’s and we was not impressed with the size and the taste..where was the icecream?! Won’t be ordering again.

I called to tell them there egg mayonnaise was made with salad cream ( there’s a very clear difference in taste ) and the man on the phone wasn’t listening at all saying it was mayonnaise but as someone who cannot stand salad cream there’s a very strong difference in flavour… waffles are good though. They were 10 minutes late but made up for it with a free coke which was lovely

Lovely lady serving but coffee was dreadful, littlens hot choccy too. Uninviting atmosphere and seemed unfinished decor/layout. Went here as huge queue at open cafe and all other cafes closed but will make drinks at home next time.
