Best waffle I’ve had from Cozzy’s it was still warm and the ice cream was still frozen. Delivery was quick. Great service today

food was cold. waffles lacked topping that was ordered. overall poor

Usually I order from here and turns up pretty quick. But the last 2 times I have ordered have taken over 90 mins from order acknowledgement. Cant really fault the food other than stone cold waffles/crepes used to be delivered warm when delivered on time.

Food was nice but cold, diver clicked delivered but turned up 20 minutes later. And one of the boxes exploded in the bag so food was ruined

The wraps were amazing, great size and super yummy! The only downside was that the chips were a bit cold but even so they were nice!

Could of been warmer and definitely not as good as it used to be waffle was dry m&m were cooked so had gone funny ice cream wasn’t the one I ordered

If you go for an ice cream or a desert cozy lounge is fantastic, but don’t go for food. If you’re unlucky you might be served food from the previous day.

near 2 hours late, every time you call the place "its 10minutes away". Glad these guys dont run the train service

It's a tough one how to grade this experience, as the guy behind the counter was nice, and he's just trying to do his job....but, when c.11% is automatically added to the bill when paying, and when questioned i was told 'that is an old menu', you've been charged the new prices...trust is pulled out from underneath you like a magician doing the table cloth trick. It's not the money, it's the point...a refund was offered...but how many other people have been impacted by this same thing? Food was lovely in fairness, so that was a lift in review rating. But, the biggest thing is the stink of the place....there's a thick smog hanging at head height when we walked in, and upon getting in the car all I could smell is stinking grease and food on all our clothes, and it's proper gross...that ventilation system needs sorting, because I will not go back as a result 😖

Driver couldn't find me. So my friend had to go out to him. Food was nice. But burgers small for the price could do With being a big bigger. But other wise really nice.

Took over a hour to come then came cold on top of that looks nothing like the adverts show it on the menu I know it never does but had no way near enough toppings on waffle tight on the sauce poor and junk and over price

Very disappointed, in the last Cozzy Lounge delivery was decent, on time, hot food, always tasted great. Past few times I’ve ordered in the last month or two, it’s always been 30+ minutes late, cold/hard food. Not been delivered this time. 0/5

Food arrived extremely late, when it did arrive it was practically inedible, the ‘hot’ food was the same temperature as the ice cream and the waffles were prepared that long ago they had become solid objects that I might use as bricks for the wall in the garden. Second time this has happened and it will definitely be the last, I will not order from here again.

From ordering it on a Sunday at 8:30pm and being told it would arrive around 9:15-35 it did not arrive until ….. this is the third time we have ordered three items from cozzy lounge and each time they are freezing cold. I am wanting my money back for these items as no where in their terms and conditions does it cover the food being cold nor taken over an hour longer than said to be delivered. If a refund is not accepted then a complaint will be placed and this will be taken further.

Ordered over an hour and a half ago and still haven't received my order, even though it says on just eat that it's been delivered. I've tried to ring the shop multiple times and each time the line is "busy". This time frame for 2 waffles is ridiculous and I definitely won't be ordering again. absolutely appalling customer service.

Delivery was late but driver was friendly and apologetic so all good and food was piping hot and delicious so I would really recommend.

Waited over 2 hours for my food to arrive. Called the restaurant multiple times after an hour had gone by to see where the food was, was told to wait 15 mins, half an hour went by and the food still hadn't arrived so I called again and was told to wait 5 more minutes.. 15 minutes later the food arrived stone cold. Called to complain and was told to wait for a call back from a manager, who then told me he would remake my food for me TOMORROW!!!! AVOID!!!

They delivered my order and forgot items so had to re send but took a further 30mins and were slightly rude on the phone also do not order the filled croissant as not only was it hard like it was stale it was a tiny croissant. It was half the size of a normal croissant and cost nearly £6

I can't seem to leave another review so I will add to this one. Again we ordered from her at 7pm and the food didn't arrive until just before 9pm! We tried calling but got no answer!! Again the order was wrong and it was cold! It is clear to that you are not taking reviews into consideration because this is the 3rd time we have ordered from here within the last 3 months and it is the same every time! I don't want to have to order my food at 5pm just to get it before 9pm! _______________________________________________ My wife ordered takeaway around 7:30pm, by 9pm we thought it would be best to check if our food was on its way. Food ended up arriving at 9:15pm. We waited 1hr 45 minutes for our food to arrive and the order was wrong. The garlic bread turned out to be curly fries and the cans of Rio turned out to be Coke. The food was still hot so it was clearly only just made when my wife called. This isn't the first time we have ordered for delivery from here and each time it follows the same pattern. We order from here because the food it's nice and it different from the selected takeaways of pizza, pizza, kebab and Chinese with a hefty delivery charge that we have available to us. Please please work on your delivery times.

annoyingly they appear to ignore the fact that I didn't want anything else on a Tuna Mayo and Sweetcorn and they decided to put all the salad in, what's the point of these options if they don't listen.

This place is is the best fast food I've ever ate in my life l they are always adding more ideas to the menu and neve fail! Best tandoori wraps ever and loaded croissants are to die for

I didn’t get what I asked for on my order again, didn’t want to put this review down but as it’s happened so many times I need to express this so they can try to improve. It wasn’t busy in there and I’m pretty sure I was the only order they had and I didn’t get what I asked for

I was having an awful day today and asked for extra chocolate and they delivered!!!!! So much chocolate it made my day. Delivery was a little bit long so was given a free item! Delivery driver was AMAZING shout out to him. Unfortunately I was too late to tip him through the app but he definitely deserved it 👍🏻 Apolagies for the half eaten waffle I couldn’t help myself 😍😍

Our order did arrive late, but the quality of the food more than made up for it. everything we ordered both looked and tasted great, and the waffles especially were really good.

They need to add extra toppings as an option or easier to add as I couldn’t find an option to add an additional sauce.

If I could’ve put 0 stars I would have. Absolutely terrible from start to finish. We ordered at 8:30pm and been told that the food was going to be delivered in 60min. At 10pm still nothing, we called multiple times with always someone different replying, no one could speak or understand English properly and from what we understood the driver was off somewhere but nowhere near us plus apparently he didn’t have the order…We asked for a refund but they couldn’t even do that. So we ordered something different and asked if we could have a dessert for the same price for the inconvenience. Food arrived at 10:56pm almost COLD and…the dessert wasn’t even there! Honestly, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Walked in and sat down with my wife and 2 children . One member of staff was sat down eating. It was so unwelcoming we got up and walked out .

Every time I order from here it takes a extremely long time to come and when I called up and asked they put the phone down on me and when the food finally arrived it was cold

Multiple issues with order- solution was to “give us free stuff next time” not very helpful.

Never delivered after a 2 hour wait. Called twice, told 15 minutes the first time (after an hours wait), rang again after another 45 minutes, told the driver had broken down. Overpriced, bad service, won’t be using again.

Food was good no issue with it but the food said it was hear for more than an hour and a half befor it actually turned up . It kept saying it would be here in 5 minutes that was not the case what so ever so ridiculous!!

A wheelchair accessible shop in a very inaccessible town. We found that they were open at 5pm on a Sunday and wanted to have a try. They sell wraps and fries, hot sandwiches and also Waffles and crepes. You can also order half a waffle (one) for £5.50 for kids or if you're not sure. It's a great place to go if you are poor or just need a snack. I would definitely come again due to the opening hours and price range.

Ordered the food at 12:04 was supposed to be delivered between 12:45 - 13:05, Food said it was 'Delivered', We then called the restaurant and was told "My driver will be 2 minutes" it has now been an additional 34 minutes and the food has only just been delivered.

baguettes are lovely and my son enjoyed his kids meals. no complaints from me 😊

Curley fries burnt wrap is disgusting put garlic mayo on baguette when I clearly asked for normal only thing that was okay was the garlic bread my partner had which is hard to get wrong even the milkshakes were fairly rubbish

Pre ordered for a specific time, with an hour's notice, but still turned up late. Cold and and burnt crepes. absolute waste of money

Place was not welcoming at all, no greetings from anyone when I entered. I was eyed up and down and just told one minute. I gave myself the menu I saw on the table, and For their extortionate prices was I VERY disappointed by what they offer. I asked a few questions and the guy over the counter seemed not interested at all. I then tried to order what is on the menu and the guy seemed to be shocked that the menu has what I was ordering until I pointed it out to him, then he proceeded to tell me they don’t have it. I will definitely not be wasting my time again trying it, I guess my family and I will continue to travel to didcot Creamz.

We popped in for Sunday breakfast. The staff were very friendly and great service, there is an excellent variety on their menu, and the delicious desserts!!

Can’t even believe this place receives ANY positive reviews. Place is dirty, ice cream is freezer burnt and dried out, milkshakes flavourless and skimpy (especially for £6) and it smells in there! Never again.

It has amazing savoury food (especially there curly fries) but they do the best deserts I've ever had in my life definitely recommend
