Premier Inn Norwich West (Showground/A47) hotel in South Norfolk

As always, a clean and friendly PI, this one still has free parking for guests.

Working trip stay. Food good rooms clean and tidy.

Fantastic location for the showground. Rooms were lovely and clean staff very friendly. Restaurant is poor had hardly any food for evening meals. Most things on the menu had ran out of. Was told they had everything for breakfast went in and they didn't have half of it

Being staying in Premier inns for work for over 12 months. This one is the pits! The room stank the shower area was disgusting. Went to reception to voice my concerns the receptionist wasn't bothered & said there were no other rooms available. Strange as I looked on there website & there were rooms available. I'd put pictures of the shower area on but strangely doesn't give me the option. Best place was the restaurant great service lovely staff should have slept in there.

Conveniently placed hotel. The room was pretty good but the girls on reception were awesome: polite, efficient, warm and welcoming and really fun : they really make our day!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable but a little outdated. There were several spiders on the walls in my room. And the windows looked rotten. In need of modernising but good for the money and it did the job.

Excellent service. The receptionist was very nice and professional. She was very understanding to our needs especially that we were travelling with a baby. She provided a cot in our room, stored the milk in the fridge and accommodated for a surprise birthday that we were having. The restaurant was good. Did have a lot of choice and made these reasonably well. The rooms are the usual lovely spacious rooms which were very clean. Location is good as it was very close to other restaurants and supermarket. The only down side is that it is fairly far from the centre. This is balanced with the relatively lower prices that we paid for it. Over all, a brilliant experience. Would definitely recommend.

Usual premier inn. No air-con small car park.

Had to ask for second set of towels. Only one armchair makes it difficult if two people staying. If you want to recycle, provide two bins. Otherwise, very good.

Been staying here for work for a few months , great staff , Kelly in reception very helpful and all staff in pub next door are great

Stayed here when visiting my friend. Great location if you have a car. Sainsburys and other well known stores in a 5 minute drive away.

Typical Premier Inn. Staff friendly and very helpful. Free wi-fi but occasional trouble connecting.
