Rej has been a star since I checked in on Sunday night. After a 4 hour drive just what I needed, a fella who's very friendly and chatty, gave me a bath mat when asked. Happily stay here again as long as he's here to check me in 👍

Good location, you need to pay for parking. Reg was a good bloke on reception

The Premier Inn, Secklow Gate West. Good location, quiet with lots of eating places nearby. The Staff at Premier Inn were all frendly and helpful. However, small complaint. We had asked at reception for room cleaning but noone came to clean.

Checking in process was very easy. Rej made the experience hassle free and is a credit to Premier Inn with his friendly service. Thank you.

Helpful and friendly service from the Check-In staff. Chargeable parking was very reasonable, compared to many other "chargeable" Premier Inn's.

Duty Manager Rej was very kind and helpful.

Easy to check in and the staff named Rej was very helpful and provided us with great service.

Very disappointing. The room was actually vile, the walls are covered in dust and hair! All right next to the headboard, by the curtains, on the bathroom walls, everywhere just dusty. The lampshades were dusty. The bed sheets had hairs on them, short dark hairs and also 2 long blonde hairs! Did they change the sheets?? The bathroom is mouldy, the ceiling is peeling, the skirting looks rank, the room was just dated and really needs a good clean!! The light coming in from under the door kept me up most of the night as it’s so bright!? Can’t they make them sensored lighting? The barn restaurant next door was quite disappointing this visit. Last time I went, the food and service was spot on but this time it was quite a let down. Overall I would not like to stay here again and I certainly wouldn’t spend my money here if the room is in the same condition as this one. I only have to go due to work commitments otherwise I’d avoid. Also don’t understand why I need to pay for parking when I’m staying at the hotel? Surely guests should get free parking!
