The food at Milton Keynes Fat Twins is of great quality and packed with flavor, plus it’s all halal. I recently tried the beef-loaded fries, and they were well worth the price, generously portioned and packed with beef, onions, cheese, jalapeños, and plenty of sauce. However, I wasn’t a big fan of the BBQ wings; they had a bit too much sauce and a strong, overpowering BBQ smell when I took a bite, though that’s just a personal preference. Customer service is excellent. The owner, Ahlam, is very professional and welcoming, and Sabbir at the tills was patient while I took my time deciding what to order. That said, service can be a little slow since there are usually only two to three staff members working when I visit, but overall, it’s still a good experience. The atmosphere is great, the place is always clean, with background music creating a nice vibe. The store is bright and well-presented. I also appreciated the 25% discount they offered during Ramadan. Overall, it was a great experience with just a few minor areas for improvement.

Let me just say, the only reason they’re getting 5 stars is because of the clock they have in this specific place, i’ll add a picture. The food is amazing and has a decent price, it’s also Halal, for those who are muslim. The order system works fine, and the service is also good, I didn’t give the service 5 stars because once my friend chose a drink, then changed his mind, when he reselected his drink, one of the workers hissed at him and said “I already POURED it” but other than that, GREAT service. The atmosphere is EASILY 5 stars I mean just WAIT till you see a pic of the clock. Lastly i’ll say, if you want a nice place to eat in MK, i’d definitely go for it. I’ve been twice and i’d go a third time. Them Twins be THICCC. Now look at the clock, or don’t even bother considering any of my opinions from this whole review

Love love love. This place became my go to every Wednesday after my yoga session because its next to a tanning shop. I always order my burger before tanning and by the time I am out its ready. I am a blue cheese lover and their buffalo burger with blue cheese sauce is to die for. I'd like to give a 5 star for the lady serving me, she's always genuinely kind and smiley, she is the main reason I am keep coming back. Keep her at all costs, she's a gem! :)

I did order in Deliveroo,, the chipotle smash burger and it took 11 pound but it doesn’t look like the picture from deliveroo,, I ordered one SBT that took me approximately 7 pound and exactly same inside only the difference is the sauce,, The taste was nice but service is disgusting and doesn’t match with the picture at all.

Went here with my vegan trans friend and they were hooked on the deliciousness of the meat they’re now no longer vegan. Win win because the food was piping hot, exactly what we ordered and the mozzy dippers actually had cheese in them. Great prices, great food and little to no wait on a Saturday evening. Only down side is the staff were lacking any energy, could barely hear the guy mumble back to us while taking our order.

I ordered Cheesy fries alongwith burger and drink through Uber Eats. I am disappointed. Cheesy fried for £3.89 were sent cold and hard to chew.

Fat Twins is hands down the best burger spot in the area! The lady at the tills is always so lovely, cheerful, and eager to help, which makes the experience even better. The burgers are absolutely delicious! juicy, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The buns are soft yet sturdy, and the sauce is simply out of this world. The fresh, crisp lettuce adds the perfect touch. Their fries are crispy, tasty, and pair perfectly with the burgers. Their sweet potato fries are amazing, and the cheesy dynamite fries are a must-try for spicy food lovers! They pack a flavourful kick! Honestly, Fat Twins tastes better than any of the fast-food burger places around here. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out! I ordered the Chipotle Smash Burger but I have also tried the classic and the Big T which is like The Big Mac from Mcd's but so much better as its always cooked fresh the Beef Patty is always so juicy. The drink Choices are great too a fizzy Guava drink also the strawberry is great too.

My first visit was Decent. Good food. Bit pricey for a small to medium size burger at £8.45 but ok. Second visit I spent about £25 total for two meals. I asked for some sauce for me and my friend. She said she will only give one pot of sauce between us. What kind of stingy behaviour is this? She then said ok on this occasion she will give two more. Considering I spent £25 this is a joke! She then gave me two more as a charity case. What a joke. Not going back I value good moral standards more than I do food.

Disgusting food. Awful. Cheap quality. Went to MK branch. Ordered the smash. And double cheeseburger. Processed beef patties. Even the smash. Drinks either pepsi 7up or their own brand... mango crush full of sweetners. Yuk!!!! Never again.

I wanted to order a chicken burger meal so ordered the Chicken T which is just chicken and mayo, I asked if they can leave out the mayo and have bbq sauce instead as I can not do milk and cheese. The woman (Natasha supposedly) said I can order the bbq chicken meal as that comes with bbq sauce. I explained I would be paying an extra £1 just to have a different sauce as I wouldn’t have the cheese it comes or the gherkins. She couldn’t see sense and refused twice so I said no worries, KFC is just at the top of the road. The shop is completely empty and wouldn’t have caused them any drama and on top of that bbq sauce is cheaper than mayo 😅

Food arrived within 10mins. I was disappointed with the smash burgers. Either normal pattys were used or something is wrong with the cooking process. The sauces and flavours were good. But the meat tasted processed and we're too perfectly circular patty's to be a smashed burger. The size of the burger was not large but if quality of the patty was freshly smashed then it wouldn't have mattered. The dirty fries were also not crispy enough. I have spoken to staff about the issue. For the price of £25 2 drinks 1 dirty fries 2 premium smash burgers It doesn't compare to a 5 guys or smash burger. When I questioned the quality I was told it was a smashed burger. I was quite disappointed I'm afraid.

Dear Owners; after bringing the new staff; the service has dramatically declined. The guy who took our order asked me if I wanted “BROOT DOOS” …. After several attempts to understand what he was saying; he pointed towards the “FRUIT JUICE”. Also the restaurant smelled terrible with old oil smell; similar to McDonald’s yuk smell. The bathroom smelled horrible and was clogged Change your staff to the previous young lads who spoke good English and had hygiene

Average food. Rather disappointed as I would've thought the food standard would be on point. The burgers were rather bland? All I could taste was meat with no flavour. The kids enjoyed their kids' meals, which was chicken nuggets and chips. Lots of parking available nearby (although you have to pay for parking before 1800). Would I return? For the money you pay, I wouldn't no... store was clean, however only 2 staff appeared to be working and they had some items out of stock.

First time visit. Order was not taken accurately by the youngster at the till. This resulted in a long wait for some of the family members which ruined the experience slightly for us. However, the workers did their best to compensate this delay and the burgers and chips were very tasty. My advice to the business, is it's important to have someone competent to take the order correctly. Secondly, give orders in one go. We ordered burger meals but burgers were given first and then fries after long wait then drinks. I hope you will improve as a business. I would recommend others to eat here, they have a nice clean dine in sitting area. 2nd visit, everyone enjoyed the food and was served in one go so improvement from last time. However, when ordering smash burgers, the male worker by his own choice selected every burger a double patty burger which is about £3 more. Luckily my daughter noticed it and this is exactly what they did last time. So if you do order smash burgers, and you want single patty, then make sure you mention it and spell it out to them! It just seems very crafty of them to select and charge for double patty burger when I as a customer have not said anything. So I still recommend to go, food is great but be 'mindful.

Very late review but here goes. Came to eat here on new years eve with a big party of us. Each and every one of our order was spot on with no mistakes or discrepancies. It was our first time in MK today and we came across this place, fully halal and a fantastic atmosphere, the amazing young lady (update: came back 21/01/24) and found out she was called Daisy) at the till helped us decide our orders and was so friendly. The food: Wow, super yummy and flavourful. The honey mustard wings were delightful and the t smash burger absolutely perfect. Big up Fat Twins.

Served overcooked wings that were overpriced honestly for 3 wings. Asked for a refund as I hadn't touched them. Was told the boss doesn't allow refunds which Is terrible service. So if im served food I cant eat, im not allowed to get anything in return. I only came here because it was busy everywhere else. I see now why this place is so quiet. The girl that served me was nice but the policy is awful. Wont be coming back. Also the audacity to charge 30p a sauce for a SACHET that costs no more than 3p to stock. It's ridiculous.

We were about to order. The gentleman who was taking our order was happy to let us order and eat in. But a lady with an Eastern European accent came from the back, and said we can only get a takeaway and can’t eat in. Felt very disappointed, as we use the establishment fairly regularly, and they weren’t closed yet. They also had 3/4 tables eating inside. Please sort this out Fat Twins, as we would’ve spent over £40, but had to go elsewhere.

Fat Twins hs become my go to place whenever I am working in Milton Keynes. Amazing food, generous portions, great service and fantastic value. Tried a couple of burgers as it was my first time all were amazing but the chciken burgers are amazing- nice family run busienss and were great in helping me with my food choices

Service was excellent. Nice family seating area. Prices are very good. Going large for 50p is well worth the price. Food was decent. Young man in the shop who served us was very good. He Noticed it was very noisy in the shop and he turned the music off so we could speak to each other which was nice. Inside decor is very nice. Would recommend! Updated review 2023 The prices have gone up significantly now only one sauce with a meal which is tiny and the burgers are really small for the price you pay. Unfortunate as they were very good when they first opened.

Decided to have a bite to eat before leaving Milton Keynes to go home with my family. Had a quick search and found Fat Twins. Saturday night and the place was a tip! Waited for over 40 minutes for the food to be served after repeatedly asking where is my order??? No customer service at all. Bin overflowing with mess. A lot ending up all over the floor. Saw a child slip on the mess! Only positive I could say about the place is their chips were excellent, burgers average & a good variety of drinks. Will not be recommending Fat Twins to anyone.

Best HALAL Beef Burgers in MK - FULL STOP

Had some things to do in Milton Keynes, so I stopped by at Fat Twins for lunch. It was a bit busy inside the staff were serving other customers, inside was nice and tidy and so were the tables. I ordered the BBQ Smash burger with turkey bacon rashers as extras with it. For the sides I ordered Hot Wings, large fries and a bottle of mineral water. The BBQ Smash burger was ok, the patty inside was crunchy but it lacked taste and I don’t think BBQ sauce goes well with burger patties. The best food items were the sides, the Hot Wings were nice and crunchy with the meat itself was tender. The Fries were absolute spot on, they were the exact level on McDonald’s fries!

Had the Chipotle Smash and the Hot Wings delivered. I feel like the wings may have been overdone, they were hard and crunch - however, at least they weren’t soggy so can’t complain. The burger has to be my favourite smashed in MK so far. It was delicious! It was juicy and tender and tasted fantastic. Will definitely be trying again, but this time dining in for a more overall experience.
