Premier Inn Maidenhead Town Centre hotel in Windsor and Maidenhead

Does what it says on the tin. A nice comfy bed for the night. One frustrating thing was the faulty lift and there was no signage for this. The lack of parking is a pain, and the wait for breakfast items to be replenished was painfully long,

If I could swear in a review I would. The service was beyond shocking, I order at 6.30 and received my food at 8.30, I had better reception using my own mobile data than the WiFi itself. I am beyond angry with the hotel staff for not only forgetting the orders but the time it took for the food to arrive, I missed my flight it took so long

The rooms are quite old, but you know what you get. I want to say thank you especially to one gentleman who works there during his retirement for fun! He made our day to a great day because of his friendliness! Disadvantage: the carpark is very expensive and far away.

Lovely two night stay. Really great, friendly and helpful staff especially Claudia who could not have been more accommodating. Good location too.

Typical premier inn. Clean rooms, good size rooms. But the service was great. Especially the breakfast team .

I stayed at Premier Inn Maidenhead in June 2024 for a business trip. During my 3-night stay I found the hotel quite comfortable and convenient. The location is one of the best you can have any Maidenhead with a large Sainsbury's, Tesco and several good restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. There's no parking at the hotel, so you will need to park your car approximately 100 meters away. The staff are friendly and the room was thoroughly clean. Bed and air conditioning was perfect. Bathroom was well maintained. Overall, a great business hotel.

I stayed one night here (didn't eat) I thought the hotel was lovely. Very bright and welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean although tiles could do with a good grout clean or change. Beds were super comfy. Shower good pressure. Good location to the shops. Parking is in sainsburys and I really did find it a struggle to find the hotel as Google maps wants to send you a way that has no path. There may be an easier way but the way I ended up going, certainly wasn't suitable for a lone female. Parking charges in sainsurys is between 9am and 9pm

Stayed only 1 night, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming, at night Dariusz was very kind and helpful, provided fresh ice cold water to our group of friends and attended to all of our needs. Hotel was clean and had a good night’s sleep.

Mould on curtains windows. Room smelt of damp

Location close to the station, a quiet neighborhood which allows for a good night sleep. Excellent bed. Good isolation in the rooms, enough space for everything, although we missed an extra chair and being able to open the window. The breakfast was very good quality-price. Staff were wondeful.

Despite being a P I fan I was disappointed with this one. The first room I was given had an unpleasant odour. Requested room change to be given one with brick wall 2m away from window no view of sky and very dark.

Lovely stay. Well sized rooms, breakfast was brilliant and we were really looked after by the staff at breakfast.

On and off I have been staying at this hotel for long time ,I would like to extend my appreciation I'm particular to all the hard working staff Inc sahil,Angel,teena raeez,Chris ,Claudia,elvis and the rest of the team. Highly professional,effecient service and very friendly.

I have been staying at Premier Inn Maidenhead since 19 April with my husband and daughter. It's like home now. From the location of the hotel to the room, and the friendly staff and the lovely food. I give it 5 stars all the way. We wake up to Chris and Elvis at breakfast, a yummy selection of breaky delights, absolutely recommending the blueberry muffins. Then a friendly "would you like a tea or coffee?" during the day from the staff on duty. Then dinner, welcomed by Sahil or Angel, Tina or Milena or lovely Klaudia or chef Raees. I am vegetarian but can recommend the pizza, bruscetta, pasta, burger and all the sides. The puddings are very good too. Thank you to the chefs too whi are always smiling and happy to help. Definitely recommend. Service is great at all times. Staff always smiling and happy to help.

Maybe I've got a bad day here, but seems very understaffed, with queue of people to check in with one less experienced person on desk, and no auto check-ins working. So so slow service at restaurant, sure won't be dining in again. Again, maybe understaffed, but you can't promote that you look after guests if you don't. Would have been better to say sorry, understaffed and can't serve you.

Needed to stay due to a household emergency. Room and bathroom were very clean. Shower excellent and bed very comfortable. Only gripe is that the air-conditioning didn't seem to heat the room. There is an open air carpark nearby, payment required between 09.00-21.00
