We stayed here for one night and it was a great experience. The staff are friendly & helpful & the hotel was clean. We arrived early & an early check-in was no problem for them at all. The hotel is actually very quiet given that it’s in London & we all slept so well. The location is good for Tate Modern & Borough Market.

No coffee machine, limited refreshments generally. Wardrobe/hanging space, is a triumph of design over functionality. Quiet room, comfortable bed let down by average (at best) pillows.

Just needed a room for the night. So always Premier inn delivers.

Can't fault this Premier Inn. Premier Plus rooms and beds were excellent and we were blown away by the sound proofing. Considering it's just off a very busy road and on the London City flight path we heard nothing! Really convenient for London Bridge Station (6mins walk with bags) and Tower Bridge (20mins ish). Breakfast was well stocked and the usual Premier Inn self serve all you can eat continental and cooked options. Only reason for putting 4 star was that there was usually either homeless people or people smoking down the alleyway to the entrance....not so nice especially when walking back at night.

The rooms are spacious, neat and clean, and the toilets are also spacious. The beds are comfortable as they sell mattresses under their own brand. There are almost no worries about bed bugs, and the staff is very kind. It is highly convenient for transportation and has easy access to sightseeing spots. The location is perfect, with pubs and restaurants around and a tesco express next to it. Security is also solid, and you need to touch your card key three times in total: at the elevator, hallway entrance, and guest room door. You can leave your luggage after checking out. Although it looks perfect, I deducted a star because there are a few issues, as described below. First, the entrance is difficult to find. If I hadn't read the reviews beforehand that it's behind Tesco Express, I might have gotten lost. If you wish to have your room cleaned and towels changed, please inform the front desk every morning. However, you can get new towels even at night. Since you are only given one card key, it is difficult for only one person to go out when multiple people are staying. Due to high security, you will not be able to return unless someone comes to pick you up. Cheaper rooms don't have refrigerators or air conditioners (although they do have heating). There is no safety deposit box. There are no tissues. The water force of the shower is weak. There's no soap dish so I can't put anything on it. The temperature of the hot water in the sink is unstable (the shower is stable). Lastly, there is a smell of feet coming from the carpet, maybe just in my room.

Terrible experience. "Family room" for 4 had 2 beds. 1 double and a single. Single bed mattress kept slipping off. Their "good night guarantee" is an absolute scam. I was told by Customer Services that if in their opinion I couldn't have had a bad sleep, the guarantee doesn't apply! Would never stay again. Food was nice. Staff on site were friendly.

Starting to be quite impressed with the standard that premier Inn is setting. Rooms and service is great, would be full 5 stars if the shower was not so narrow that I was constantly hugged by the shower curtain

Pros: good location very close to London Bridge and in 5 minutes you can also reach the underground. It is a colorful and varied neighborhood, although at night you may find peculiar situations of people in bars. It is a safe place, the receptionists were nice. They have a luggage room to store your luggage. Good views of the Shard and a bit of London Bridge. Cons: I think the price is higher than what is offered. They should also have USB ports to give the possibility of charging electronic devices that do not have an English plug. I think the room could be a little more modern and in some rooms, such as the bathroom, there were areas that could have been better painted. To speed up the procedures they should also have all the check-in machines available, when I went none of them were working and that delayed the check-in process.

Food great, bedrooms clean and very comfortable. Quiet, so a good night sleep was had, and we were overlooking the front. Right by a tesco express. Only down was I felt the bathroom needed a bit of love, and some usb chargers in the room would have been lovely.

Clean, friendly, small but perfectly placed for Borough Market and some good pubs. The area has picked up somewhat since I lived here, more shops, more people, more things to do and this has reflected in the price of a room.

This review comes late as we were there in January 2024. Wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff who went over and above their jobs to create a birthday surprise for my daughter, providing lovely decor, balloons, and even 2 chocolate boxes! The rooms are spacious and managed to fit my family of 2 adults and 3 young children. Rooms with bath tub are slightly smaller but still adequately sized. Can let the hotel know beforehand if you prefer room with bath tub or not. Everything was very clean and working well. Only thing we wished the hotel could have but didn’t was a mini fridge. Anyway, still a great value hotel for central London! Short walk to London Bridge train station (and hence easy access to Gatwick), plenty of food shops around it. In-house restaurant is not bad too!

We spent 4 nights in this super well located hotel. A stone's throw from the metro, in a busy street where you will find lots of restaurants, the rooms are nevertheless super quiet and well soundproofed with very comfortable bedding. The staff is very friendly. The luggage storage service is very practical for visiting the city without having to worry about luggage. I recommend.

A stone's throw from London Bridge station, very convenient for traveling around the city by metro and to the airports by train. Located near the Borough Market, it offers excellently soundproofed rooms and an excellent breakfast service. Friendly and helpful staff.

Is OK. A bit hard to find, in the forest of buildings, shops, restaurants that is London. As you expect for a big city, small rooms.

Expect typical premier inn quality from the rooms, that is to say clean and comfortable with a functional bathroom and just enough storage space to get by. The issues with the hotel start and end with its locations and the consequences of that location. The entrance way to the building being constantly covered in broken bottles and homeless people sneaky into the building make it clear the rooms are the only safe spot you'll find. As usual with premier inn skip the breakfasts unless you're in a rush as their quality is exactly as mediocre as you'd expect.

Very functional hotel, no noise. Not very far from the metro or bus, several shops not far from the station. Perfect service, too bad the staff doesn't speak French. Decent breakfast The hotel is located in a crossing.
