Smallest meat portions ever. I asked for onions she gave me one strand of an onion lol. Paid £2.50 extra for more meat, she gave me 2 nuggets of chicken. For £26 for two bowls you'd expect more.

It was a pleasure to be served by Naresh & Mayur! They were exceptional with their customer service and made me feel at home! The food was amazing and very good portion. Glad the coriander ride is back on the menu ;) definitely recommend.

I came to spend the weekend in London and I'm just saying that I discovered it on Friday when I arrived and on Sunday I had to come back for dinner, a spectacular meal!! 😃😃

After a 6 month hiatus due to shocking and inattentive customer service when ordering, I decided to give Southwark Tortilla another go tonight. The quality of the chicken burrito I ordered was above average to which I felt the experience was redeemable from my first time visiting / ordering. Until I found a LONG, blonde hair, intertwined in the ingredients of the burrito about 3/4 way through. I will not be stepping foot into this restaurant again, even if it’s the last option available.

This is my go to place for lunch whenever I take my break from work. I've lost interest in all burritos except theirs since I've tried tortilla. The staff of this branch is really kind and welcoming, especially Divya who knows I'm a regular now and starts preparing my burrito as soon as i walk in. Thank you!

Was ok…little pricey for the cost but the food was good.

The food was amazing. Yet the staff handling my food was super rude. She said something twice and I didn’t get it then she started to yell at me. I mean if you want someone getting what you are saying just SPEAK LOUDER. She even yelled at the customer before me, great staff.

Have had some good experiences here but the last lady was too rude for me not to leave a review… rolled her eyes at me and gave me a sorry-looking wrap. Will avoid this franchise.

Service is great. But the food is just meh for the price. There is a food market a stones throw under the railway arches, miles better, for similar if not cheaper prices. Ordered a burrito, not much meat or fillings other than rice, and despite having cheese and cheese sauce I couldn't taste any cheese.

I had an amazing experience at Tortilla in Southwark, London! The burritos were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and packed with the perfect amount of fillings. The staff especially Divya was friendly and efficient, and the portion sizes were generous. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the balance of spices was spot on. It's easily one of the best burrito spots I've visited in London. Highly recommend to anyone craving authentic and satisfying Mexican food!

Food is good but last time I came I asked for a naked burrito bowl and the person who was serving me put only one spoon of rice and half a spoon of chicken. It’s disappointing how expensive everything is but the portion sizes aren’t filling

Been to a few Tortillas but this has been the best by far. Maybe it was timing or different standards but the flavours were sharper. The rice more fragrant. Small location but more seating upstairs.

Paid extra for extra chicken and could not detect any chicken at all, was just mainly filled with plain rice! Also couldn’t taste any sauce (had to add my own!) so all in all was very bland and disappointing.

I bought a naked bowl and found a worm in my food. When we went to complain the assistant manager said it was “natural because of the lettuce” and didn’t even know how to process a refund.

Wandering the streets through London, hungry and desperate for a quick bite to eat before meeting some friends for beers. Did a quick Google search and found this place. So glad we did! The place was packed, which was a great sign. The food was fresh and delicious. We both built our own bowls.they have great options like steak, chicken, beans, two different types of rice, sautéed veggies, corn,, pickled onions, jalapeños. I really loved their piña, hot sauce!

I do love a good burrito, and this totally lived up to my expectations. It wasn't busy and was served right away. I wanted mine to be vegetarian and the server went through all the options and made the wrap right in front of me. We ate in and it tasted great, I was so happy and would definitely go again when I'm in the area. Also so convenient having the underground station opposite

Service at this location was great. There was a lovely blonde woman working there who made ordering easy, but also fun. The guacamole was really nice, and the chicken was yummy. The rice was a little bland on its own, but it balanced well with the other flavours. Overall, it's quick and easy food. Great value for the large portions. Highly recommended!

I came here to have my treat for birthday, Deepak was really helpful and nice with me. He even gave me extra toppings that really made my day❤️😍 and Antony was very friendly and fun as well.💕

The guys working here were incredible! One of the friendliest guys in gastronomy I met past few months for sure!!!! Would come back just for this. The food was amazing. This is a great place to eat well and relatively cheap in London. I remembered going with my brother when I lived there and I am glad to have been able to see that the quality did not decrease over the years. The burritos are the best thing on the menu in my opinion, and the service is always friendly. I recommend it for all people passing through, whether they are locals or tourists.

Ordered via just eat and didn’t even receive the food as requested, no salsa no sauce just dry chicken and rice (not even the correct rice!!!) worst experience

Quite nice food for under 7 pounds

Dried chicken that feels old. The beans were boiled dry so it made a very roughing dry burrito. Staff were lovely but the quality isn't the same as other Tortilla branches. Shame as the restaurant is pleasant in decor.
