Solid Premier Inn, you know what you're going to get... Staff very friendly and the Breakfast in the Beefeater next door was fine.

The receptionist (Mabel ) was very kind and very friendly and very helpful, definitely recommend staying if you want a little weekend away, and the coombe lodge is only next door so if you want a nice meal then you could just walk there, very impressed !

We stayed here on Friday and Saturday night. We stayed here a few times, so we weren't expecting anything more than basic. And that's exactly what it was. We arrived at 2:30, so half an hour before the official check-in time. Edwin, the guy that reception initially just turned around and stared at the oversized clock on the wall and turn around to us and said you are early. A comment which he repeated three or four times during our interaction with him. That said, he did check and our rooms were made available within the next 10 minutes so we were able to check in early. The rooms are very basic but on the whole clean and tidy and have the amenities you would expect. We stayed in room 226 and the bathroom really does need some attention. The shower fittings are quite lime scaled. Also the toilet bowl is stained and that needs a good thorough deep bleaching. As you always find in these kinds of places, noise can be heard from adjacent rooms and people need to be more considerate, but that's not the full of Travelodge that's the ignorance of other people.

Genuinely impressed by the service received tonight, exceptional service received by staff within the premier reception, found very helpful and pleasant welcoming nature, and also the staff member Connor at the bar, food was quickly delivered and very fresh & tasty, decent sausages cooked well," all meats cooked and looked very nice and drinks were very clean and fresh and can only highly recommend, will definitely be staying here again and recommend others to do so. And beautiful building also to add. Thanks

What a lovely find this Premier Inn was. Excellent location.Obviously rooms are all the same in each Premier..But this one was lovely. The Beefeater Coombe Lodge was really lovely.

'COPY' & 'PASTE' - Not much more you can say about PremInn. During my stay for the one night, there was an issue with a food supplier meaning Beefeater was running a reduced food menu, but the staff dealt with it well 👏

Not stayed in the hotel but go to the restaurant at least 3times month. Food delicious hot and staff very welcoming and recongine you when you revisit

After a tiring week of bad independent hotels, wasn't expecting much from a Premier Inn, yet the room was great, best night's sleep all week, a decent breakfast- and Mabel on reception was and is a total star:friendly, warm and was just the tonic for a weary guest she deserves to be commended!

Clean room, comfy bed and good breakfast what more can you ask for.

Beautiful setting. Comfortable rooms. Plenty of parking. Fabulous outside seating areas.

We booked a 4 day stay in this location, it was not cheap but we figured the nice location warrants it. Our room was the last on a long corridor, no views (looking at a wall), no phone reveption, no proper internet (unless you pay £5 per day on top). They have flyers that state you can order burger to your room, but when asked at reception they say it's not the case. All in all, it's the bare minimum at not minimal prices. Would not stay here again.

The room was pleasant and spotlessly clean. The Combe Lodge Beefeater, next door was wonderful with the most attentive and friendly staff. A wonderful 2 night say.

I often stay in the Croydon south location on my visits from Scotland. I always choice this location because not only are the rooms spotless, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. No problem is too big. They go above and beyond. The location is perfect too, not too far from the town centre and public transport.
