If I could, I would give this restaurant a zero-star rating. If you’re looking for a place to pass out in the bathroom and being food poisoned, this is the spot for you. I used to order the peri-peri chicken meal, which I enjoyed until I suddenly felt a wave of nausea in my stomach. I had diarrhoea for the entire day and the next day. When this happened, I thought it was just my stomach acting up, so I ordered it again during my work break. That’s when I realised that the food wasn’t fresh or that I had been deliberately poisoned. The aftermath was no joke. I felt like I was going to faint. I wanted to write a review, but two or five years ago, there was no indication of this restaurant on Google Maps. I believe they did this to cover up negative reviews from customers. My brother went there recently, and the experience was the same for both of us. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.

It's really good place to eat with great food

I just love this local restaurant. Last night I had steak in mushroom sauce and it was excellent. Great prices and very friendly atmosphere. Go and support this local gem@

Typical Portuguese café, run by Azoreans. We loved it and went there every day of our stay. Whenever we return, we will definitely go back there.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the employees were very friendly! I recommend the piri piri chicken and the prawns.

The chicken escalopeEscalope special was fantastic and would buy again. The portion of chips was came hot, but I was disappointed about the amount of chips I received for the price it cost. I don’t think I will get the chips again but 100% will get the sandwich.

Enjoyed the spaghetti bolognese very much...very tasty...and thanks for the parmesan that I asked for

Typical Portuguese Café... great for coffe and Pastel de Nata or to have a beer and see a Portuguese football match. My beef sandwich with chips was great and tender.

Steak preform roll was 👌👌👌 unbelievablly good sauce and perfectly cooked. Definitely hitting that up for a lunch time snack again!

Ordered three meals from this restaurant unfortunately only one meal arrived, two meals missing. Very disappointed and I’m still waiting for my refund.
