Location was good but service was seriously lacking. We booked over 3 months in advance - 2 groups of 4 - and despite that, all of us booking for 8pm meal was an issue. Slowest service ever despite only us 8 and 2 to 4 others being in the restaurant. We waited over an hour for food and almost another hour for dessert. Excuse was it wasn't the normal chef, they were busy (not)! Even asked us to book the next evenings food in the morning. Sorry but no! I've stayed at premier Inn's all over and this has been the absolute worst to date!

Comfortable rooms with nice added touches of tea/coffee making facilities. They'd thought of those asking for extra milks, etc, by having an abundant supply in the foyer. Super breakfast. Rooms are perhaps better to the front as there's a slight noise from passing trains, though this wasn't enough to disturb sleep.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Staff very helpful and very easy access to all underground roots to many attractions

The room is clean and has a window. The location is very good. Although the accompanying dinner package comes with breakfast the next day, it is a good deal, but it is really bad that the steak for dinner is medium-rare instead of well-done. Ordering steak for dinner requires an additional fee of 1.9 pounds. The children's set meal, which includes appetizers, main meals and drinks, is a great value for £7.

Brilliant location just a short walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Lovely clean room and out of the way so got plenty of sleep. Evening meal was inedible but the breakfast was great.

Really nice room and very convenient for Tower of London. The only negative was the very poor greeting from the male check in staff member. There was no welcome or greeting at all. His first words to me were 'surname?' It didn't improve from there. He handed me an electronic key and didn't tell me what my room number was or what floor I was on. It's funny how one person can spoil a visit. Breakfast was good and the bar staff and catering team were very friendly. This review should not stop you going there as the hotel for an overnight stay was good. I hope Premier Inn read this review to see who booked me in to room 204 on 30th July.

Staff very friendly and more than helpful. The room we had look like it had been recently updated and was clean, fresh and modern. Breakfast was fresh and to reasonable standard. The hotel is closed to the Tower of London with good transport links

Located near the railway. Well insulated though. For sensitive ears, bring the BAB. The rooms located on the ground floor on the street side and in the basement seem less exposed to noise. We spent 3 nights there (4th on the railway side) without particularly suffering from the noise. The staff is welcoming and available. It is possible to dine. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hairdryer available as well as a courtesy tray.

The hotel has spacious, clean and new rooms. The bedding is good but a little firm for my taste. The breakfast is very generous.

Lovely hotel. I stayed in premier plus rooms and they were spacious, recently fitted out and modern. Otherwise, a good example of a good Premier Inn location

Stayed in a Premier Plus room. Check in was simple and easy. The room itself was clean and spacious. It’s a great location for business meetings in the city or if you want to explore London with Tower Bridge and Tower of London close by. Beds are really comfortable as well. I had the breakfast one morning which was good for the price as well.

Very good hotel, simple, but very good service. Spacious family room, clean and with a pleasant lighting atmosphere in the evening. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from Tower Hill (metro) and Tower Bridge. Breakfast is a continental buffet where there is everything you need. We tried the restaurant part in the evening. We ate Indian. Good value for money. 🇬🇧👍😋

Stayed for one night with my partner. The hotel is within 2 minutes walking distance from Tower Bridge. Our room was big sized, clean and quiet. The bathroom was also modern and clean. Only commentary is that the receptionist could have been a bit welcoming upon first check-in arrival however we would definitely stay again!

The rooms are great, they are super spacious and have the basics. The towels are very fluffy and dry very well. EYE! You have to notify them so they can make your room for you. Even so, they forgot to do it for us on the second day (the first was our mistake because we didn't warn them...) and the day they did it for us, well... They poorly replaced and "stretched" the quilts and little else. The staff in general is friendly, although they are quite serious. The WiFi doesn't work very well. There was a connection problem and it didn't work for 2 days, the other days it worked fine... The breakfast is fine, it's a small buffet, but good, it has little things and it's delicious. It is located 7 minutes from London Bridge and 10 minutes from Aldgate tube station.

Unfortunately, money was unjustifiably deducted from the hotel, they say they can't find the payment, I have everything documented with screenshots :( accessibility is also very poor

They are the best. When checking out, l forgot my mobile in my room and only found out when at work 😞. Went back, and my mobile was waiting for me at the reception. A very BIG Thank You to all the decent and honest staff. 👍 All good, excellent service

I had a wonderful stay recently at your hotel and the service provided by Chris for my check-in was amazing as there were issues but he persevered and checked me in. On top of it I was offered a free beer!

Room was facing the railway line with frequent trains every few minutes. The rooms were pretty average. Service at the bar wasn't great. Took a while to get served. Luckily there's a wetherspoons across the road. The location is ok for visiting the tower of London and a short walk to the underground.

Stayed for 3 Nights and had a great stay. Staff are friendly obliging and welcome you with a smile. Room was spacious and warm. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is a must have as the buffet is excellent. The hotel is walking distance to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast and close to Tower Hill Station giving you direct access to Westminster, Horse guard parade and Buckingham Palace. Will be back as is a perfect setup for a visit to London.

Great pub, awful awful security. The security need to be fired for any of our group to consider returning. Seedy to the women in our group, to the point they did want to go past them without one of the lads. They also became overly aggressive physically and verbally for a minor issue with a glass at the door. This was unacceptable and the owners/venue need to take this seriously. Do not trust these bouncers to keep the venue safe. They are dangerous and violent.

Was looked after by Krish, great lad and single handedly managed the restaurant floor. Food was good, and great atmosphere!
