Premier Inn Lewes Town Centre hotel in Lewes

If I could leave -5 stars I would. My shoes were stolen from this site, please DO NOT stay here!!! Beds are soooo uncomfortable too. Please do not bring any valuables to this Premier Inn, somebody literally stole my shoes and it was a member of staff!!!!!

Lovely location. Room very clean and comfortable. Facility to make tea handy. Sadly I left my phone charger behind. It was plugged in beside the bed. Yet when I phoned the next morning, was told nothing handed in to the property team. Room 112.

Lovely premier inn - had a great nights sleep and could easily explore Lewes

Stayed for one night as a family of 3. Lovely and helpful staff, the room was very clean and spacious with everything that you'd need for a comfortable stay. Bed was very comfy too. Loved the breakfast, real juices not the squash you get in some other three star chains. English breakfast cooked to order, and lots of continental choices too. Central location. We loved it!

We were really looked after by Ali and the manager on the night of 9th of December. Ali was very proactive to our request to have an extra bed made up for our family room.

Great staff. Great food. Lovely room. Very comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn! Ali in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing exceptional service and a warm welcome. Highly recommend this location for a great experience and we'll trained staff! Keep it up guys 🙏🏼

A work trip, but a really good place to stay.

Nice place and nice staff on arrival. Rooms clean but only one set of towels 😞 Visiting Sussex uni. Tried in the evening to get a drink but no one around to serve so went to room. Otherwise fab.

Good location, unfortunately weak service. Thursday to Tuesday no cleaning lady, no change of towels, windows cannot be opened, no toilet brush available, bad air in the room. Drinks machine didn't work in the evening, paid with card/money gone despite staff on site.

The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, but very noisy at night, with thin walls and thin ceiling - makes it very difficult to sleep. Wifi very poor.
