Amazing stay at this premier inn . Staff super friendly and went the extra mile to cater for my stay . Very close to lots of attractions surrounded by lots of food choices . A lady I think her name was Taylor went the extra mile to make my stay very enjoyable and relaxing . Rooms recently been renovated I think because everything looked brand new !

On a very busy road, noisy from constant traffic day and night. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Construction work going on all day, so not nice and relaxing. Town shopping was OK, lots of shops to explore, loads of strange weirdos around, OK during the day, bur wouldn't venture out on my own at night, wouldn't feel safe for a lone female.....

This experience could have been better. I thought I would try one of the premium rooms, but at best I would rate it standard+. The room had a mini fridge, and a waterfall shower. I expected a two person bath that could be made into a jacuzzi. The table was smaller than in the standard rooms, a big spotlight took up a corner and was not needed, and the make-up table was a stool in front of a mirror. I expected bigger rooms, and I would have paid for it. It didn't feel premium at all and I will stick to the standard rooms in future.

I was welcomed by TWO VERY NICE guys, both hungarians, who were very nice, welcoming, helpful, kind and professional. I was amazed. The arrival was therefore incredibly positive, especially considering that it was very late at night. The two ladies when I had breakfast the following day were also very nice. The bed was comfy and the room size was overall good. Parking position and accessibility were great. Hotel location is great. Breakfast was ok - not buffet but you can order everything you want and it was good. Nobody told me that there were works being done at the 4th floor. I was at the third and this made the morning quite noisy. I could not control the room heating and it was extremely hot (28°). There was no toilet brush (...) and the toilet itself was "dark" inside, it really needed someone using BLEACH properly. The room service is only done upon demand but, this being unclear, I had my room not cleaned for three days, which I didn't quite like (especially for the lack of towels change).

Nice and clean, as always premier inn was a great choice for a reasonably priced stay. Sadly no breakfast on the second day, but they were happy to refund that cost. During the current refurb the normal car park is not in use, the overspill car park was close by and the charge was not too much.

Location great for the theatre , only a short walk away, Rooms very comfy and clean, staff are very friendly, great options for vegan breakfast. Lianne was very helpful with food options and GF menus Limited choices on evening menu but so many places to eat in the area so wasn't a problem

The premier inn quayside Ipswich is ideally placed. The rooms are comfortable & and quite ideal for a short break. If you fancy a stroll around the quayside, there's plenty of eateries & watering holes, too. The quayside also provides photographic opportunities should the weather & time allow.

A decent hotel with friendly helpful staff, who were way overworked on our stay. I am in no way critisising the staff, they were brilliant. Bad points: our disabled room wet-room door, wasn't wide enough to fit a wheelchair through. The sound of the constant traffic, day and night (although way less heavy at night). Room cleaning and replenishment has to be requested daily. WiFi isn't great Good points: close to town centre, and shopping and just across the road from the quay. A local bus can take you to Felixstowe and they're regular. The cinema is a short walk and train station was about 30 minute wakk. (with wheelchair) And of course the staff couldn't do more (literally) I contacted Premier Inn via their form, but I had problems, I asked on Facebook and never got a reply. Such a shame

A good premier inn, lovely location. Friendly helpful staff and a really good breakfast. We stayed here for one night as we had a wedding reception to go to nearby. Highly recommend.

Newish hotel but rooms already feel outdated and tired. Windows were filthy, but service was pleasant. Handy for the waterfront.

We have experienced some great customer service here. Hayden in particular really went above and beyond to meet our needs and was so welcoming. Thanks Hayden! We’d come again :)

This premier inn has a great central location- I really found it useful as it was just a short walk to the town centre. We found it easier to find and park in the outside overflow car park (after a few times around the one way system! 😂) The staff here were some of the friendliest we have ever had at a premier inn. They went above and beyond to look after us and were also very friendly! The building itself was also lovely, and despite being near busy roads, was very quiet!. The restaurant/breakfast area was very cosy, with a lovely view of the waterfront, and the breakfast was great. Our room was perfectly cleaned by Angela, and everything was well stocked. The bed was also very comfortable, and the room had air conditioning.

Not bad for what I paid. Went on a Sunday, reduced menu at the beefeater. Caused by being understaffed . Rooms clean and modern, bit stuffy. Air con is there if needed. Breakfast was brilliant.

A little tired, but none the less, it gives what you expect from a Premier Inn. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a great breakfast. Loved the location, just across the road from the quayside, and 10 mins to town.

We stayed overnight as we were seeing a show in town and it was much easier to stay in Ipswich overnight. First thing to note: the car park suddenly appears on your right, half way around the one way system. We missed it and had to go round again. Reception on 1st floor, there is a lift. We were on 4th floor and had a really good room. Large bed, day bed, large TV, plenty of wardrobe space, tea/coffee making facilities. Decent sized en suite shower room, not sure how room could be improved for the price (£64) so 5 stars. Breakfast at £9.99 each was very good, too.

Excellent location. Well presented, clean and tidy room. Everything functional and good. However, the air conditioning was non functional and my room was far too hot to sleep well. Opening the window yielded a very noisy road.

Was not happy that a pizza that usually costs £9.99 when we collect was nearly £20. Including a service charge! If I want to give a tip that should be my choice NOT just added on. It also stated FREE DELIVERY which I also had to pay for! Will not be ordering a delivery from these ever again as regular customers we were extremely disappointed
