Good bits overall a brilliant experience. Clean rooms. Comfy bed. And quiet 🤫. I didn’t eat the food here but breakfast is good. The only bit about the breakfast is no halal sausage or turkey ham. Good selection. They take your order and get breakfast to you. Poached eggs are a treat ! Couple of lads did say the sausages are not cooked well enough so maybe keep an eye on that. Now comes to bad bits I paid just over £600 for the week and the company does not have anything to help with the Parking , well that’s what they say, when you pay for the Parking using your card machine it shows that money has gone to Premier Inn so it is their Parking and they are coming their own customers that are staying in the hotel for extra expensive not even half price If you want towels, they are great. They will give you another set of towels however I asked for fresh bedding on the third night and they said no, apparently I can only request to get fresh bedding on my fifth night but they will change it if I had poop or pee in the night. That is shambolic. To top it off the staff seem really friendly, and they are very nice. They will engage into a conversation. The biggest bug bear that I had was the fact they don’t offer to change your bedsheets and bed covers until it’s your fifth night of stay.

It's exactly what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Location-wise, close to the station and city centre.

I have stayed in hotels and premier inns all over the country and the service and staff at this hotel are amongst the best I’ve ever experienced. Cheerful, helpful and really professional. Led by the manager Laura the whole team are exceptional with nothing being too much trouble. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area.

Currently staying here, check in smooth and efficient, room comfortable and clean. We have just taken advantage of the meal deal offer, our waitress Amy was super efficient, friendly and totally professional throughout, going the extra mile to provide us with extra milk for our room. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, thanks for a great stay!

You usually know what you're getting at a premier Inn. Decent pub food, affordable drinks, safe parking and nice staff. Most of that was true at this premier Inn. The Guiness was flat, items forgotten from the food order, breakfast wasn't self-service so you couldn't just keep going (without feeling guilty) and we needed to pay for the parking. The staff were nice though, very well situated and the room was clean. Eat out and you shouldn't have any problem here

Great friendly staff, would definitely stay again, lady in the restaurant, unsure of her name was the life and soul, we loved her

One of the best Premier inns we've been to. Close to local bars and restaurants, which are just 2 or 3 minutes walk. Close to town centre, literally 5-10 minutes walk into the town centre. 10-15 minutes walk to the Cathedral and river. Onsite parking is a bit hit and miss. Decent onsite bar and restaurant. Just one downside, we couldn't open the windows in our room, although the air conditioning was fairly good. Upgrading to Premier Plus rooms is definitely not worth the extra. And the free Wi-fi is abysmal! Trying to connect and staying connected is a nightmare.

Consistent. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and with really friendly and helpful staff. No issues. Bang in the middle of Hereford and happy to accommodate my bike inside the hotel. Nothing has changed since my last visit. Still excellent.

Can't beat a Premier Inn.You know what your getting every time. No complaints, except there was no orange juice at breakfast, instead some oversweet tropical drink that we couldn't finish, and looking round, neither could the rest of the guests.

I suppose I'm a bit biased as this is my local. But it is a traditional family run pub and tea room and bookshop that does food as well. Like Sunday lunches. It's a good family pub, the puddings are amazing, all cooked on the premises, not like some where they are bought in. And the atmosphere is welcoming.
