Premier Inn Grimsby hotel in North East Lincolnshire

Hi. Stayed 3 nights and want to mention Jessica. She is an extremely hard working and has looked after us in restaurant and behind the desk at hotel. Does she ever sleep. Management please commend her.

Absolutely amazing service from jannine tonight really happy to do her job she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Food was lovely 10 out of 10

"I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve been staying away for work a lot recently, and this Premier Inn deserves some recognition. While the rooms are what you’d expect – clean, comfortable, and functional – what truly sets this place apart is the staff. There are two incredible women who seem to keep everything running smoothly. One of them, Jessica, really stood out, though I haven’t caught the other’s name yet. These two are absolutely phenomenal – it’s like they can walk through walls or teleport, always appearing exactly when you need them and with such a great attitude. Their energy and professionalism make a real difference. The food here is also surprisingly good. I haven’t met the chef, but they’re doing a great job. Meals are served quickly, arrive piping hot, and are consistently delicious. To top it all off, Jessica went above and beyond by sorting my dessert and drink to-go, which was such a thoughtful touch. Little things like that really make a stay memorable. I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back!"

Had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Reception staff were polite and friendly. We went to the restaurant and were greeted by Jannine. She was very polite helpful and friendly. It seemed that Jannine was a woman of many talents as other than the chef whose food was fabulous Jannine was the only member of staff there. Jannine was doing the work of about five people on her own and was doing it exceptionally well. It became a bit of a laugh at the end when I asked her if she was the only member of staff working there. Jannine was very polite in her answer and seemed like nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel, staff for every recommendation

Everything was as expected. Location good for where I had to be. Staff are polite and helpful when needed. Breakfast was ok but bacon not great. Buttttttt there was blood stains on the bed sheet and on the pillow. This made me believe the sheets hadn't been changed as the blood was on the part of the pillow that touched the blood on the sheet. If these where old stains and the sheets had been washed it's unlikely they were washed just as one set and put back in the same order. There was also the leafy bit of a strawberry on the floor further adding to the thought of the room not being properly clean. Very basic stuff that makes a big difference to a stay. Luckily just stayed a night and barely spent time in the room.

Breakfast should start at 6am for people who are working way. not everyone starts work 7.30 and has to travel 45 minutes to work , Grimsby please open your doors at 6am please so we can get a hot drink and cereal at least. thank you .this is a serious problem for people working away from home. travel lodge breakfast starts opens a 6am just saying

Really good hotel, location hard to find but good

Regularly came here to the bar/restaurant for food and drink. Was great value for money with excellent staff. If Premier had kept it open then ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ easily deserved. 1 star now, a crazy decision by Premier Inns to close the popular bar. Special mention to Jordan and Allen who tirelessly worked here, now sadly made redundant!

Didn't go in to the inn, visited auto windscreen. But great location.

Can't fault it. Just the flies in the room when I arrived , due to window being open.

Receptionist very helpful. Restaurant staff friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Made you feel like you were their only guests. Will book here again should we come to this area.

Staff unplesent and rude . Customer service with i cant be bother attitude! You must think customer hve hearing loss and cant hear you slag off guest which you did! If your old if your old or even need help forget it here. If they where my staff they would be sacked its us little people who keep the lights on and your business open .Worse priemier inn ever it's a dump!Dont feel safe full of workmen worn out hotel .Think when the family want to stay anywhere again premier inn can forget our cash. Weare not stay there again. NEEDS ATTENTION OF HIGHER MANAGEMENT!

Rooms clean, public areas clean but scruffy. Staff exceptional. Staff are let down by the dated and scruffy public areas of the hotel.

Nice comfortable super king size bed. Room 6 and bathroom clean. The bathroom extractor fan though made a high pitched sound when it was turned off. I could even hear it through the bathroom door. Only way to stop it was by turning it off from the isolator above the door. On leaving i did explain this to the reception team.

Really lovely staff who went out of their way to be helpful and make me feel welcome and comfortable. Room was huge, bed comfy, and I really enjoyed my shower!

A bit of a disappointing stay, especially as it was over £190 for a night, the room was a little dated compared to other premier inns, the extractor fan was noisy in the bathroom and the heater was very noisy, it was squeaking every second when it came on and woke me up a few times through the night. Everything seemed clean though and I wasn't disturbed by anything else except the heater.

the experience at premier inn was amazing the room i stayed in was spotless and very clean , and the lady think i think she was called Dee on reception she was lovely and very helpful and did an amazing job at helping me and my stay at the hotel

Meal in, dinner. Both meals were fine, waiter was attentive. What you would expect from this type of dining experience

Lovely stay at the Premier Inn Grimsby, lady on the reception was lovely, chatty and welcoming. Location is great, just a stones throw from Cleethorpes and the surrounding areas . Room was large, clean and comfortable, no air conditioning in the hotel but a large fan is supplied. There's also no lifts in the hotel, but a quick friendly telephone call to reception secured us a ground floor room ( wheelchair access required ) Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again. Hotel has ample free parking and is attached to a Brewers Fayre pub for that all important best ever unlimited buffet breakfast!

Charged twice for same room told manager not helpful what so ever now fighting company to get money back. Freezing cold room very bad staff. Manager wants find another job. Not helpful at all just got told deal with head office when they know it was shut. For bank holiday. Find another hotel if I was you.

Been staying here a while with work fabulous staff Donna and the team always accommodate and exceed customer service and expectations fantastic team love my stay and made to feel really welcome superb all round no negatives at all

It was late afternoon, I decided to eat out, steak was lovely and Coffee ☕ there is very good. The staff made me feel so welcome, drinks are self service,but because I walk with two sticks it would be difficult for me. But straight away a member of staff offered to get it for me and came back later without me asking and got me another drink. Definitely worth visiting.
