Where do I start all the staff were absolutely amazing. 2 young lady’s on an overnight shift where very kind and helpful when I told them I could not sleep and asked for earbuds. Although they did not have them she made me a pair which is above and beyond the customer service I expected from a hotel. 10/10

The usual you'd expect for a P. I. Clean and comfortable, does the job. I just wish P. I. didn't have all the windows sealed up in their newer buildings, I like to be able to open a window, hate using a.c. all night to keep cool, such a waste of electricity.

Lovely spacious room (unlike the one in Cornwall Hayle), much cleaner, my child loves the vanity mirror and LED lights round the bed. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Just perfect in every way. Mel on the front desk was so nice, helpful and generally a pleasant person. Best Premier Inn that I’ve been to.

One of the nicest Premier Inn's we've stayed at. Reception staff very friendly, room clean. The only negative thing for us was the traffic noise.

Didn't stay there just used their EV charger. £25 to charge up makes the EV twice as BAD on fuel economy than my 15 year old diesel car. What silly gooses we are.

Identical to all other Premier Inns and all the better for it. If you're not familiar, Premier Inns are basic but comfortable. A little storage, a bath and shower, comfortable bed they pride themselves on, television and tea/coffee making. Usually attached to a large family-friendly restaurant. This site is on an industrial area which isn't glamourous but it does have a Tesco and Aldi open until late so you can top up drinks, snacks, and toiletries as you need. A large Morrisons' and petrol station is also just down the road. It's about 4 minutes drive from the Glastonbury town centre so you can see the sights, and 4 minutes the other way from Street which has a more typical high street plus Clarks shopping village. We had a room on the ground floor but couldn't hear the busy road at all. Air conditioning worked great, we had mobile phone service, breakfast was perfectly fun and staff were super happy to help any time we wanted advice. Great location for the South West (Glastonbury, Cheddar, Bath) and well maintained.

A little Disappointed that there was no bath. One of the highlights for me, was soaking in the amazing long tub.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Bit miffed to be asked to pay for WiFi tho. Spend £4 at Costa you get free WiFi , spend hundreds on a room here and you don't get free WiFi.

I am always impressed at how consistent this chain is with cleanliness and comfort. This one is always busy but still remains quiet. I stay here upto 8 time a year for over 5 years and have never had a disturbed sleep because of noise.

Stayed here many times over the last couple of years, staff are always friendly, breakfast good. Slightly disappointed that I received 2 parking charge notices a week or so after our recent visit. I assume there have been changes to the car park and you have to enter your registration number on a touch screen (like most places now) but staff failed to notify us on check in. Managed to avoid paying the fines when I sent the car park management company a copy of our invoice, but it was an inconvenience I could have done without.

When I came to stay at the hotel, I honestly wasn't expecting much and didn't think it would be a particularly great experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The bedroom and bathroom were both spotlessly clean, and the rooms were simply decorated but cosy. The lighting was pretty good, and the room had a great number of mirrors (something which I personally believe is a neccessity). The shower pressure was great, and the bed was also super comfortable, with the room temperature being just the right amount of cool. The staff were really friendly and welcoming; and the walk to the town centre was about 30 minutes, which was not too bad. I don't really have anything to fault, but then again I did only stay for one night, so my review may not account for everything. However, I would say that it is a perfect hotel for short stays!

PROS: friendly, super-helpful staff as you expect at Premier Inn. Well placed for visiting the sites of Glastonbury. Comfortable beds and clean room. EV charger in the car park so I could charge my electric car - more of these please!

CONS: You cannot open the window. This wouldn't be a problem if the air-conditioning worked. There was no way to make the fan blow air into the room on the thermostat without asking reception to change it on the central system. Guests should be able to control their own air flow, particularly if you can't open windows to get fresh air.

Toilet paper is not a normal roll but little sheets, it is a pain. If you have a lot of 'business', best buy a proper roll from the nearby Aldi.

We stay in Premier Inns fairly regularly, but this is not a good one! Cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, and there was no information in the room. Staff didn't seem concerned with helping with any requests (when they weren't standing outside the front door smoking) it's also very noisy. The food in the bar was not what was described on the menu, and I had to go and ask for our main course after an hours wait from the starter. I then had to go and ask for dessert. The crockery and cutlery were grimy, and the coffee machine wasn't working. Not one we will be returning to.
