We are regular users of Premier inn and have found recently that we book online and add the cooked breakfast option but when we stay at the hotel there is NO cooked breakfast available. We are staying at Circenster and yet again NO cooked breakfast but will get a refund, this is happening too often with us. I'm told that the restaurant is closing shortly so they are running down the food, school holidays very poor from the owners of this company. It used to be brilliant at Premier inn but not now, how things change. May try Travelodge and eat out in future.

Great location, which was within walking distance to the town centre with a full spread of local amenities. The room was as expected. The only issue was they allowed guests to book in, but there was a very (very) Limited menu in offer due to closing the day I visited. In my opinion, I should not have taken my meal deal when booking. Breakfast. Was not happy. Paid for full breakfast but was only able to get a continental. Only advised on arrival at breakfast. Let's see if I get a refund. Other that food issues. Was pleasantly surprised. Great room and service from all staff. Thank you

Room, very nice, clean, comfortable, all you need for a quick stay. Rather let down by somewhat lackadaisical staffing at check in desk . The restaurant for breakfast and evening meals is not accessible from the hotel. If it's raining you'll get wet! Again, staff at the lack lustre restaurant needing a makeover let down the breakfast. The chef was on the ball and made up for the other staff complaining about her job to customers... unprofessional I feel. The actual breakfast was good thankyou chef.

All OK. Needs a bar though, and the restaurant was fully booked.

Why can't we open the windows anymore. No wonder the room smelt damp, nowhere for the steam to escape.

Rooms as you would expect of a premier inn. Friendly staff although restaurant currently going through change from beef eater to generic hotel restaurant with no name. Average food and with so many good restaurants in Cirencester I would give it a miss.

Had one or two issues with housekeeping but otherwise two comfortable nights ‘accessible’sleep. We didn’t eat at the hotel so unable to comment on that. I have been a fan of Premier inns for years

As a discerning patron of hospitality services, I feel compelled to share my recent experience at a Premier Inn establishment, marked by a discord between the enticing promises proffered on their website and the stark realities encountered during my stay. My dissatisfaction emanates from the grievous misrepresentation of Premier Plus rooms, the non-fulfilment of a paid upgrade, the dearth of breakfast options, and the operational mismanagement culminating in the premature cessation of breakfast service. Misleading Representation of Premier Plus Rooms: The disparity between the lavish portrayal of Premier Plus rooms on Premier Inn's website and the underwhelming accommodations allocated to me upon arrival reveals a disconcerting lack of transparency and candour in their marketing practices. The embellished descriptions failed to align with the austere actuality, leaving a palpable sense of disillusionment and disenchantment. Including this, the windows in the room did not seem to open because there was AC included in the room, however the AC unit took around half an hour to start working, leading to the room becoming unbearably hot in the middle of summer. Failure to Deliver Promised Premier Plus Room: Having paid a premium for an upgraded Premier Plus room, the failure to honour this reservation and provide the expected enhancements represents a breach of trust and a disregard for the customer's explicit preferences. The absence of the bespoke amenities promised underscores a deficiency in service delivery and a disregard for the fundamental tenets of customer satisfaction. Inadequate Breakfast Provisions and Service Disruptions: The absence of breakfast options during my stay, compounded by the depletion of food supplies and the premature closure of breakfast facilities due to operational lapses, reflects a lack of foresight, preparation, and customer-centricity. Such deficiencies in provisioning and service management detract from the holistic guest experience and besmirch the reputation of the esteemed Premier Inn brand. In conclusion, the dissonance between the advertised allure and the tangible offerings experienced underscores a systemic issue that warrants immediate attention and rectification. I implore Premier Inn to introspect on their marketing veracity, operational efficacy, and commitment to customer satisfaction to avert the recurrence of such lapses and uphold the standards of excellence expected from a reputed hospitality entity. Overall I would recommend other Premier Inn hotels, such as the Premier Inn hotel in Poole, but this location is one of the lacking parts of this franchise. My hope is that this feedback serves as a catalyst for introspection and improvement, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and customer-centricity within the esteemed Premier Inn organisation.

Standard Premier Inn, simple, clean, free parking. It's literally next to Macdonald and grocery store. There's no USB charge plugs in the room

The person above was very heavy footed, it seemed they was stomping around the room late evening and then 6am the next morning. The plus side is great staff and spotless room also a beefeater next door

I received a parking fine for parking during my stay even it's free parking. The counter staff didn't mention registering for parking and I was fined a huge amount of money.

Very pleasant cafe with good food and service. Fairly expensive - yes, but I did have 4 cups of tea from my pot and they willingly supplied a second teabag. My cheese pastry was delicious and came with a few crisps, chutney and a little salad.

Lovely place for traditional English pub food. The drinks were amazing, we got 3 types of English lemonades, food was fresh and not much was left!

All lovely staff and very delicious food! I especially love the black bean dishes, the Singapore chow mein and satay sauce. The cooks are very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend going here
