I strongly recommend this shop for it food and customer service they are the best takeaway in the cirencesterand the staff are so friendly

Very poor service from this establishment today, order took over an hour and 10 mins to arrive, I was on the phone to the shop when it arrived although the person on the other end said it had been delivered 10 minutes ago 🤷‍♂️ no bottle of drink that I had paid for in the meal deal which the delivery driver did not seem to have a clue about, and to top it all off the pizzas 🍕 were cold, unhappy kids, did not get what I had paid for and bad service. Could not be bothered to call back and complain again. Everyone has bad days so use at your peril.

After one to many disappointing pizzas from dominoes we thought we would try here. We weren’t disappointed, came few mins early to. Lovely delivery driver even rang to ask how to get to ours as not easy to find. Pizza looked great cut nice toppings spread out evenly and really tasty , would have preferred a little more BBQ sauce on pizza but can’t complain. Definitely recommend and buy again

Pizza and chicken burger I ordered and omg the pizza and burger was soo delicious much better than what I would get around mine in Liverpool the pizza was extra tasty nicely cooked

Our driver went over and above, I put the address from the AirBnB at it was slightly incorrect. He came to the correct address and was very polite and understanding.

The pizza was nice, however the fries were slightly over done and they delivered the incorrect ice cream, I ordered the phish food and received the cookie dough ice cream which wasn’t enjoyable.

Having after placed my order and having to wait 1 hour my order still did not arrive. I then waited another 10 mins then called and was told it would be 5mins. 10 mins later the food turned up. I was shocked to find so much grease on my pizza. I ordered a pineapple pizza and their was hardly any. My wifes chicken burger was not up to standards aswell and the twisted fries where very over done. The only item worth eating was the cheesy garlic bread. Order time to delivery time 1 hour 30 mins. For not even sub standard food. I will not be ordering from American pizza again

Pizza arrived 25 minutes late, I called the store, they told me I was talking to the manager. It transpired it was not the manager, and the employee felt that it was unfair of me to ask to any money back as it would come out of his wages?? Rude, unable to explain why, chips arrived cold, I wouldn't bother. Poor at every level.

Lovely food, and lovely customer service, especially delivery drivers!

Ordered from here yesterday and food was good, ordered again today and waited over an hour for 2 pots of ice cream to turn up and 2 bottles of drink. Everything was fine in my property in regards to pests leading up to tonight after the order was finally delivered to open up the bag and 10 seconds later to find a cockroach running round my living room next to and under the sofa. Only reasonable explanation for the roach is the high possibility that it came from the restaurant as there is no food waste or anything within the property to cause a roach to appear. With a food hygiene rating of 3 it wouldn't surprise me if the roach did come from the restaurant. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED!!!!!!

Fantastic food but takes awhile to deliver

Used to be my favourite place, but under the new lead the quality has dropped slightly, which is a shame though the stuffed crust still beats dominos, my favourite was the Hawaiian but with the new ownership they got cheaper ham which made the pizza almost unbearable due to how good it used to be, I haven't had one in a while so I hope this issue is fixed, also there have been incidents where lateness of up to two hours have occured whilst I was still a regular customer but apart from those few and far between still a very good place to eat

Have no idea how food can take so long to arrive and still turn up Cold and Under cooked. Sad to say but I've had better meals from a kids party buffet.

Biggest pizza in town, a level above pizza planet but not as good as dominos

Always on time, always call to say they're there when asked (front door is 3 floors down). The only thing they don't offer is a counselling service to ween me off the hot wings, which are a moorish addiction :)

Ordered from here tonight waited two hours to have them ring me to say they had knocked at my door twice but from my sitting room I can see my front door and I have a dog! Which would let me know someone is there... so I will not be ordering from here again as clearly you guys just like to have a run around
