Premier Inn Christchurch West hotel in Christchurch

No complaints ever about this premier inn stay. Beds wonderfully made and served with a smile by 5 star Silvanna, absolutely positive!

I had ordered a pizza last night for dinner and it was one of the best pizzas i’ve had for a long time thanks to the chef Brad

Nice room adequate for my needs. Paid extra for breakfast which was excellent. Cooked english breakfast or continental.

Always stay here when visiting family and never disappointed.

If you have got the extra go Premier Plus It's worth it

We are a senior couple. Could not use the bath as it was too high for us to get in it also the shower was fixed so could not wash our hair. Told reception. We were told there is only one walk in shower room in the whole building and it was booked so we had to stay put. This hotel needs to be updated with walk in showers as there were a lot of senior couples staying there and like us would only be able to strip wash. Its more hygenic for anyone. Had to ask for towels from cleaner. The shower gel/soap bottle at the sink was empty. Had no sleep for 4 nights we stayed due to people above our room probably a child jumping off the bed or heavy suitcase being dumped onto the floor from 10pm to 2am then the noise started again from 6.30am. Glad to get home!

The rooms were very clean, beds extremely comfortable, good service but the restaurant was not impressive ,burgers and fried food very little imagination put into the menu we had to eat out every night ,which was a shame.

A stay that far expected my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well presented. All of the staff were very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate in staying again or recommending this Hotel. A very enjoyable stay and thank you.

Started in a basic room as no premier plus rooms available,moved on the following day to a premier plus room. Basic room ok but not for us. Premier plus much better as we appreciate fridge and coffee machine, however disappointed, having stayed in other premier plus elsewhere, that the shower was still in the bath and shower head was fixed. I like to detach the head when washing and rinsing my hair and a walk in shower is also preferable. Rooms clean, Staff were all lovely but location quite a long (,approx£20,so£40 both ways) taxi ride from Bournemouth. Massive bonus is that the windows can be opened,we won't stay if they don't, regardless of air con (don't like it!)

Breakfast wasn't a buffet and the food took longer than half an hour to arrive. Unlimited breakfasts only work if they are a buffet, was very disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms clean and spacious. Would recommend
