Actually i bymistakely order my pizza for collection to poole pizza hut ,Ashely road one but i live nearby christchurch so they help me to trasfer the order and made it .Staff was very friendly and polite and the newely lauched hancrafted dough was so delicious. Thank u mr Ankur and Ramish for help . I will order again from u guys .

Absolutely shocking got the complete wrong order and even the food they delivered looked disgusting and even felt cold, phoned up couldn't understand a word they were saying and had people laughing at me then hung up. Shocking staff someone might need to go sort the place out.

I had a great experience on my first order , I ordered 5 pizzas from this store and I told them to do thin crust and I received as I said , I was a bit confuse on the meaty pizzas so the guy whom I spoke with on reception he helped me to choose the pizza according to my taste the staff are very friendly and polite ,and I get my pizzas in just 15 minutes will soon buy the pizza again from this store delicious pizza with delicious dips

Food delivered hot and on time.

Never told that the order was cancelled by the restaurant, so my two daughters and I were left waiting for the food without knowing that it wasn’t coming. Lame.

Delivery staff had a horrible attitude. When they arrived he just grunted at me then walked off. The pizzas base was undercooked and cold when it arrived. One star is being generous. £30 quid wasted.

Delivery staff had little interaction and didn't care for anything much I had to say. Large pizza came and the base was undercooked entirely and the pizza itself was smothered in cheese with little amount of BBQ sauce. If I could rate this 0 stars I would because of how many times i've had issues with the quality of food here. £25 wasted.

Food was delicious as usual however, I ordered at 5:50pm for a 6:30pm delivery. The delivery time was set at 6:50. At 7:20 I sent a message to chase, food was delivered at 7:50, 1hr 20 minutes late from the requested time.

The woman at first said my order hadn't come through!. When I showed her the address and queried if I was at the wrong location. She said right location and went on to say my order is in the oven so made me wait. Having waited for 5 to 10mins. Another guy came as if I was waiting to order. I said I was waiting for my pizza to cook, only to know that my order had been ready all this time and out waiting for pick up. Not good.

I haven’t received any food and it’s been 2 hours since I’ve ordered it, not happy !!

Order was very late, forgot my dips and there was no garlic on my crust

Really disappointed, had same order last week which was top drawer. Tonight was cold, no garlic sprinkles on pizzas and delivery driver forgot the garlic bread, won’t be rushing back.

Ordered food on the 10/10, Selected a delivery slot. Food hadn't arrived by then so gave it another 15/20 minutes. Rang the store to ask where my order was. Manager told me his driver had let him down and it was now going through deliveroo. Thought fair enough food will most likely be delivered in the next 10 mins or so. Still no food. Was now over an hour since I'd ordered food. Rang the store again to be told this was no longer there problem and it was now deliveroo I needed to contact. Despite having ordered through the pizza hut website not deliveroo. Told the store we no longer wanted the order and to cancel. Food arrived 20 mins later by a deliveroo driver who was very apologetic. Wasn't his fault, We sent the food back. Took us over 10 days for a refund after going back and forth with pizza hut and deliveroo. Manager was extremely rude to myself and my wife. Would not recommend ordering from this one.

I like pizza hut 🛖 now they do vegan cheese and toppings , gluten free 😋 Carbs are crucial to build up and a strong and healthy body 💪 Eat them responsably :)))

The pizza that arrived was incredibly dry, the cheese had slid to the end so was dry and had no cheese in the middle. My drink was also missing. I phoned the restaurant and told them about this and the manager was condescending and almost argued with me that he had prepared the pizza, it was good and that I was wrong about my opinion of the pizza. He offered to send a new one, to which I agreed. The new pizza weighs a tonne, it is drowning in so much cheese it's like a fondue. I have photos of both pizzas and there is a stark difference. I'm very unimpressed with the service I have received, mistakes happen during deliver which is probably why the pizza had gone dry but the manager has tried to prove a point by sending the pizza with an entire block of cheese on it. Would have rather had my money back.

Food was really late, missing the ice cream with the cookie and the pizzas were pretty bland and dry. Thought we would treat ourselves to a named brand, but wished we had just ordered from a local shop instead.

Garlic bread had Next to no cheese on it!! Onion was burnt & pizza was hard.

Not taking online orders? What is a Pizza Hut delivery branch doing if it cannot take online orders via the website or App in the Christchurch branch? Also bonkers they don’t deliver 3 miles away. And they wonder why they lose business? But I can’t collect as can’t order

Well all I can say is I will definitely be returning ☺ mixed my order up by accident only very small mix up but rang up and they completely re made my order and let us keep the old one and gave me a free ice cream to say sorry. Lovely customer service on the phone and by the delivery driver too .. definitely turned an unhappy situation into a happy one quickly.

Terrible staff. Asked for extra chilli peppers was told I couldn’t. Embarrassing really how can you not put extra chilli peppers on a pizza. I’m not surprised pizza huts are closing down because of stupidity like this. I will not order again.

Really hit-and-miss honestly. I’ve had both positive and negative experiences with this place before. There have been times when we’ve ordered pizza and it has come two hours later than originally said via the online tracker (not exaggerating - it was *literally* two hours and we were soooo hungry as well 😩) and then other times it’s been delivered no problem 🤷🏼‍♂️ Although I remember one time I phoned up because the pizza was taking ages and the guy said ‘yeah it’s just left and is on its way to you now boss man’ and I was like ‘ah sick cheers’, and then waited 50 minutes (we live a 7 minute drive away), phoned back and was like ‘yeah so about that pizza…’ and was told by the same guy the same thing ‘nah yeah it’s actually just left sorry about the wait yeah’, and then it proceeded to arrive 25 minutes later. I’m vegetarian and so Pizza Hut, I’ve found, offers the nicest veggie pizza toppings so I’m sort of stuck with them if I want a nice pizza and sort of have to sacrifice customer experience haha I think at the end of the day, I’ve never had a pizza delivered to me that isn’t hot and banging 🤤 and to be fair, it is a chain pizza store so the people working there are probably doing a lot more than what they get paid for so if you aren’t desperately hungry and have nothing in the house then I’d say go for it but beware of the risk you are taking (although I have read reviews of people saying they got ill after having a pizza from here and I’ve never had an issue like that at all - I’ve no doubt all the food is prepared hygienically) This is such a long review haha so I’m gonna leave it here and trust that you are now happy and able to make an informed decision about getting your dinner from here or another place 👌

Lovely hot food. However the pizza came with some sort of herby, salty dust all over it. I wasn’t a fan! The wedges were good. Delivery took ages but driver friendly and polite.

Delivery was left on door step without driver knocking the door. When phoning the store wasn't helpful at all and was told was my own fault that he left it there. Store was no help what so ever. Will never order from this store again

The worst customer service experience ever!! Pizza order was wrong, so phoned up and 59 calls later they picked up to say another would be sent out straight away and be with you in 10 mins. I waited 1 hour, so phoned again and 30 minutes of phoning I finally got through and spoke to the manger and he said it was sent to the wrong house and another will be sent out straight away. 1 hour later I phone about to see where it was and he said there are closing soon so won’t have enough time to make it!!! So all in all I waited 3 hours 40 minutes for a pizza that was never going to turn up. Asked for a refund, so let’s see how that goes.

Ordered at 5.30pm, pizza came but it was the wrong order, phoned 29 times, no one answered. Went down there at 6.15pm, told it will be send out. 7.30pm, still no pizza, phoned again to be told it was sent but they will resend. 9.15pm. Phoned again to be told they are now shut and won’t be getting pizza. We will never use Pizza Hut again!! Avoid at all costs. Rude, obnoxious staff, hung up on us 3 times. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely shocking service, I pre-ordered a meal at around 5:15 to be delivered 6:30 (plenty of time one would expect...) Waited til 7 and it still hadn't arrived so tried to call the restaurant and no one wants to answer the phone (I guess because it rings constantly with irate customers) 7:30 nothing still so I drove over to the restaurant only to be ignored for 5 minutes by the staff. Once acknowledged he had a look around to see if it was there, then told me it's out for delivery... But alas here I am, writing this at 8:10 eating a Domino's that was ordered and delivered within 30 minutes. Do yourself a favour order an independent spot, Domino's, Papa John's as you'll actually receive what you order! Let's see if this useless company now drag their feet processing a refund.

The food was late and cold when it got here, the takeaway is less than quarter of a mile away. Will go to Domino's next time.

Very friendly staff, excellent pizzas exactly the way we wanted them, as always. Just make sure you get the garlic sprinkles on your pizza, they are the best thing ever.
