Chicken shish is out of this world, cooked to perfection. So juicy and has that charcoal tase, salad good! Doner is also very very nice and plenty of it! So much food for the price. Recommended and I'm a kebab connessour.

I had a chicken kebab meal deal and OMG it was probably the nicest kebab I have ever had!! Loads of chicken, salad and the sauces were amazing, next time I would order an extra pitta as there was so much filling I couldn’t get it all in one pitta bread! I will definitely order again Amazing!!

Always get food from here. Can always rely on good food. Ordered earlier and was missing the kids milkshakes. Simple mistake and most takeaways would take another 30 mins but they were straight on it and dropped them off 5 mins later! Highly recommended 👌

The food is really bad, it is a shop bought pitta....really dry. Ordered a chicken shish kebab...it was tiny, they tried to deliver to the wrong address ...dont bother with this one guys, waste of money....-1/10!!!!!!

I used to order frequently from here. The prices have gone up and the portion sizes down. Large Donner used to be enough for 2 to share with chips and a side. Now it's not even enough for one. Chicken wings are now 7 for £7.50 making each wing more than £1 each. The food is good but the value is not.

I am a tough person to please when it comes to a kebab and there are not many places I would get one from but tonight this might have been one of the best kebabs I have ever had. I have found my new favourite place to order from. Good job👍

Went here just on the off chance to get a donner kebab. Without a doubt one of the best I've tasted. Very good food I will be coming back.

I ordered 2 large Dona Kebabs with everything absolutely brilliant and fast delivery best in Christchurch.

Have had food from here before but this time the chicken wrap was very oily and because we take them home we have salad separately one small piece of tomato, two halves of cucumber the lettuce and onion was lots. Will think twice before I go again.

Under new management and the best kebab we have had, not greasy at all, really tasty great portion size, lovely staff, around 25 to 30 minute delivery, food arrives piping hot. Lovely friendly staff/owner. Dont let the front of shop put you off! Apparently they are doing up shop as they go, always looks spotlessly clean.

Under new management - I had their doner with chilli sauce and wasn't impressed, the sauce in particular was just dreadful and the meat was undercooked, we've also had their chicken shish and though it was cooked fine it tasted of being cooked on a grill that perhaps hadn't been cleaned too well - it had that acrid burnt taste on the charred bits. We'll probably stick with them for a little while as they're still better than the local alternatives but it's shame it's gone downhill, hopefully they can recapture what it used to be like.

5/5 For sure! We are a family of 6, 5 of us had kebab. Not dripping in grease, no crispy burnt bits, just a really nice kebab. 2 of us has had large, perfect portion, not feeling so stuffed you can't move, the bottomless pit (teen boy) had a medium and was satisfied (makes a change!) And 2 little girls had a medium to share, it served them well with a bit left for the dog! There were generous servings of sauce on them too (burger sauce was delicious!) The last one had popcorn chicken and chips. The chicken was soft in the middle and lightly crisp on the outside not hard and dry, makes a nice change from the tooth breakers we have tried in the past! The chips were good too! Not hard or reheated numerous times. So food overall very very nice, tasted fresh and was perfectly cooked. Delivery, took about 25/30 mins from ordering it to it being on the doorstep! The driver was friendly and polite. No items missing. And food was hot on arrival. We will be ordering from you again. Thank you for our lovely meal.

Have ordered from here more times than I could keep track of and never had a bad meal until today, the portion size for a "large" didn't even fill the pitta and my usual kebab which I pay an extra £1 for cheese on may aswell have had none, phoned just to let them know it was a bit below par and was met with denial and a pretty rude guy (I wasn't going to ask for any money back, an apology would have done), which again hasn't happened before but won't bother ordering from there again...

Everything was excellent, polite and friendly service. Can't fault them, will use again.

We tried (what we lovingingly now call Donnie's at home) Don Ninno's on a whim just before lockdown and we keep coming back. We always get great service (allright, one order had something missing but we're all human - and it was put right on the next order) and everyone is always friendly, whether they're on the phone, serving in store or delivering. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The food here is amazing & every delivery the food is piping hot! We have been a customer for quite along time now, to the point when we ring they know our order just by saying our home address! Haha We never eat anywhere else we have stayed loyal customers to don ninnos & i tend to keep it that way! Fantastic service! Love you guys From cleaveland place 😁

Really awful, burger was very grissly and skin was aneamic. Chips were soggy and very undercooked. Kebab meat was hard. People are paying to eat your food, so at least make sure its cooked! Threw the rest away, wont be returning

Never have they not been polite to me especially the lady who works there (keep forgetting her name 🤦🏻‍♂️ lol) who is always sweet and kind and knows what I want. The delivery driver is always friendly and polite which makes the service double great. Food is always good and hot and I've recommended these guys to friends and family. Even popped in there once and they were very friendly. 👍👍

I ordered a lamb shish kebab and olny had 2 bits, but I called them up he was nice and gave me a Donna kabab for a couple of quid. And he was a very nice guy

Quick delivery, nice kebab, then went to enjoy cheesecake as dessert ...cant believe it was frozen solid , phoned up to tell them and had woman on phone with attitude, such a shame have used them since it changed from pizzia perfection. Wont use again with her attitude !!! .

Ordered through just eat, donner meat was alright, same with chicken donner. Disappointed that I didn't get my chilli peppers as ticked on the order, and very disappointed that I couldn't eat half the pitta bread due to it being saturated in grease. Below average for the area, especially when there are so many other kebab houses in the area.

Had food here before which was lovely but had a chicken burger meal last night. Not much salad on burger but seemed okay. A few hours later felt sick as a dog. Struggling with very bad food poisoning today, Won't be ordering from again.

Had food poisoning for 3 days after eating chicken from here. It was the worst I've ever had. Wouldn't touch now with a 16 foot barge pole.

not good first time i ordered, got fried chicken and chips the chips were in edable crunchy and nasty same with the chicken over cooked.... but as you do give it a second chance ordered something different and got missing chips cardboard kebab and bbq chicken that tasted nothing like bbq, but kids enjoyed pizza and burger but chicken and kebabs are not their strong point!!! when i phonned to ask about chips i got told i didn't order it and i wasn't charged for it i thought fair enough dont offer to bring me some then and i know i did ask for them because i had wrote it all down
