Premier Inn in Chipping Norton is my favorite so far. We arrived behind a large group of men but Laura checked them in with speed, humor, and professionalism. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed very comfortable. In general the location of the inn was very quiet. The price can’t be beat either. At this rate in the US hotels are far inferior. Breakfast was excellent and enjoyable. Again, Laura made the experience wonderful. We are looking forward to staying in other Premier Inns.

Ideal location, ideal spot in the town, close to shops/cafes. Parking good, great restaurant. The best porridge ever, super friendly staff. Too spot.

Stayed here for maybe the obvious reason of visiting the area including The Farmer's Dog and Diddly Squat Farm , 5mins away from the farm shop , 20+mins away from the pub. Hotel was brilliant, friendly staff & clean rooms. Beds were amazing also , so comfy.

I had a great stay here. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Only issue was the air conditioning wasn't working too well, and the windows weren't able to be opened. I even got locked out of my room without my phone, apple watch or ID and not wanting to wake my friend up inside, I went down to reception and they were great. I confirmed my details and they helped me out. Overall really good. Premier Inn is always good, because you know exactly what you're going to get.

I have stayed in many Premier Inns for both business and leisure and this was one of, if not the best I've stayed in Unlike many, this is NOT situated in an industrial area on the outskirts of town but was within easy walking distance of the centre of this Cotswolds market town. Very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food (breakfast and dinner) at the attached Thyme restaurant. Plenty of parking.

I want to give this hotel a 5 star because the location is perfect! We were lucky enough to get a lovely view too but unfortunately a comfy night sleep is what you need after a long day out. We always booked a Premier Inn for the guarantee of a good nights sleep however they've changed their mattresses and it was so uncomfortable. We woke up with very bad backs and aches. I know a mattress won't suit everyone but we knew when booking a Premier Inn, we'd always be comfortable. We even bought a Hypnos mattress we loved them that much! We used to love the breakfasts too but this one really fell flat. Everything was bland. I cannot fault the staff who were really welcoming! The girls in reception and also the cleaners. I'm gutted that I won't be booking a Premier Inn again.

This Premier Inn was lovely to stay in and has a great location, however there are just a few small issues that really need to be addressed. Disability access is very poor, there is a very heavy fire door that doesn't have a button to open it, so you pretty much have to just ram your scooter or wheelchair into it to get it to open. There are two lifts which you think would be great, however when you press the button to call one of them they open and stay open for about 2 seconds before closing again. So you don't have time to back up your scooter or wheelchair to even attempt to get into them. The amount of times I had the lift doors close on me because I was trying to rush was insane. The disability room we paid extra for was nice and very spacious but then didn't have any grab rails aside from in the bathroom so it was pretty pointless. Lastly was the restaurant, there was 1 member of staff, and she was lovely, but she was expected to run the entire place which was impossible. So the wait times were very long. The two female chefs kept coming out to get drinks and were just stood around instead of helping. The food was amazingly bland, and I literally watched the chef with glasses drop something on the floor and pick it up and serve it. The morning chef guy was amazing though, and the food he cooked was great.

Nice budget hotel just on edge of town. Walk in less than 5 minutes. Nice big comfortable rooms, comfy beds, plenty of tea, coffee in room or downstairs. Car park big. We had to park our motorhome here and car overnight whilst staying. Plenty of room, seemed safe and secure. You need to register your vehicle on check in to avoid charges. Self check in, but help around if needed.

A great little find close to other amenities in the shopping village. We had a stop off post shopping for cake and hot drinks. Fruit Scone, jam and clotted cream - still warm. Absolutely delicious! The brownie was also very yummy! Clean, friendly and plenty of seating.

So thought we would try this place. Honest opinion. Ordered chicken tikka masala, chicken bhuna, roti, rice, chips with masala sauce and coriander. So the food isnt nothing like anywhere else in witney. The masala doesn’t taste like a masala in the slightest, although tasted ok. The bhuna was again nothing like a bhuna but again tasted ok. The masala covered chips had no masala sauce so not sure what happened there. So would I go back there. Unfortunately not. Not really anything special. And hardly any choices.

Fantastic, friendly, beautiful interiors and delicious menu. We had an impromptu pop in supper: ideal small plates: perfect liver and mash and a side of kale, fig/burrata and charcuterie platter, delicious and excellent value, house red is delightful blend, we sat on a table near a huge wood burner and leather winged arm chairs.. perfect ambiance’s!, highly recommended and thank you, we’ll certainly be back!
