Rude staff member , very disappointed with customer service

Staff we're brilliant. We stopped in a family room and the staff brought my daughter a Peppa pig toy.

Nice warm hotel comfortable beds

I have stayed three nights on the 24, 25 and 26 with my kids and it was the worst experience, the smell was dump, the ac didn’t work, there was mold in the shower , it was very cold my kids got ill . I was so disappointed, my Christmas was ruined.

Great rooms, reasonably priced and clean. Restaurant next door and bar on ground floor.

Stayed for a 2 night weekend in early December. Great location adjacent to The Brewery Quarter (eateries) and close to main shopping centre. NCP car park 400m away (£12.50 for 24hrs). Good continental breakfast choices and pleasant eating area. Room was a little tired, and the bathroom was showing wear and tear. Good shower over the bath. We were on the top floor (4th) and was quiet at night.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The manager went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble.

Pretty standard Premier Inn buy it is one of the ones that has been recently refurbished. The rooms don't have openable windows but they do have AirCon. There is a car park nearby but if you can leave the car at home, the train station isn't far Well located in the middle of town with a lot of bus connections right outside

Helpful staff, polite stiff. Me and my sister are coming back in October hopefully if the disabled Room still available.

Room was clean, good breakfast. Okay for a night or two.

Close to the centre of Cheltenham and great for festival visitors like us. Staff are amazing. Hotel is well maintained and comfortable.

Noisy room.....above and outside. No double glazing. Carpet in room a bit tatty.

Great hotel, clean & spacious room. Easy check in & check out. Secure NCP car park across the road with a very reasonable overnight rate.

Fantastic location, great value for money. We went for a premier plus room and the amenities are much better for the extra £30 ish compared to the standard room. Would say that it was ABSOLUTELY boiling in the rooms even with the ‘air con’ (which isn’t really air con) which made the stay slightly less comfortable but still can’t moan for city centre with not a lot of noise and a fairly cheap price tag!!

Daughter stayed the N night, whilst visiting friends, easy to find, good location ( she came by train), friendly polite staff too - her feedback to me 👍

Typical premier inn in a convenient central location.

Excellent location, left our bags early before afternoon checkin. Matthew on reception particularly helpful with a very nice manner and sense of humour. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom, lots of lovely hot water for a bath and whilst windows don't open, aircon easy to work. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and modern hotel in the centre of town. Good service and would happily stay here again.
